Nuclear units of nuclear power plants have a long service life, which leads to a situation when, during the operation, the technical and software tools of control systems no longer meet the current modern requirements in terms of reliability and safety of their use. As a result, in order to extend the validity period of the nuclear unit, mandatory modernization of the information and computing system (ICS) of management is required. This article presents the results of such work carried out at Unit 4 of the Novovoronezh NPP. When choosing the equipment to create a new ICS of the upgraded power unit, we implemented the principle of unification. The software of all components of the ICS software and hardware complex, including the functions of systems for providing security parameters and in-reactor control, is implemented on unified software tools. The representation of signal parameter values at all workstations of the software and hardware complex of the information system, the interfaces of human-machine interface interaction and navigation through video frames are identical, which takes into account the requirements for optimal interaction of the man-machine system. The system meets the requirements for ensuring reliability based on redundancy, independence, diversity, taking into account failures for a common reason. For this purpose, we implemented the ICS in the form of a two-channel information system. The main and backup channels of measurement and data processing in the ICS software and hardware complex function simultaneously in full. The developed information and computing system made it possible to extend the service life of 4 power units of the Novovoronezh NPP for 15 years

Abstract. Three-dimensional visualization of 3D parcels have been investigated in many viewpoints in order to fulfil the demands of expanding cities and the increasing complexity of building design. In Malaysia, with the growing strata developed area, particularly residential buildings (i.e., apartments), land administration agencies will need to improve their application in sharing and disseminating cadastral data. Hence, web-based solutions have been recognized as an important visualization requirement among end-users. It acts as a distributed information platform that allows 3D data sharing with the minimal architecture of client-server connects by the internet. There are two key topics addressed in this paper, which is the depiction of 3D strata objects on the web and the linkage to their legal data. This paper also describes the implementation of conceptual model of strata object based on Malaysian Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) Country Profile for the representation of spatial and non-spatial data. Tools such as PostgreSQL with PostGIS extension is used for storing data, CesiumJS was used to handle and visualise 3D strata objects in a 3D browser that was customised as a web application. The results demonstrate a viewer of a multi-storey buildings using web visualization to display both physical and legal information of 3D Strata objects based on LADM country profile (Malaysia). This particular paper also attempts to address 3D visualization of spatial and non-spatial data query using a web application, which also suggests further directions for 3D cadastral visualization development.

In distributed information retrieval systems, information in web should be ranked based on a combination of multiple features. Linear combination of ranks has been the dominant approach due to its simplicity and efficiency. Such a combination scheme in distributed infrastructure requires that ranks in resources or agents are comparable to each other. The main challenge is how to transform the raw rank values of different criteria appropriately to make them comparable before any combination. In this manuscript, we will demonstrate how to rank Web documents based on its resource-provided information stream and how to combine and incorporate several raking schemas in one time. The system was tested on the queries provided by a Text Retrieval Conference (TREC), and our experimental results showed that it is robust and efficient compared with similar platforms that used offline data resources.

This article is dedicated to the development of a software model with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to simulate the process of ensuring information and cyber security of information systems (IS) of Critical Infrastructure objects (CI) based on the analytical model developed by the author of this article. The specified software model with a GUI makes it possible, using the controls located on the main panel, to set the input parameters of the simulated object and observe its output characteristics using appropriate visualization elements such as special windows for displaying calculated numerical values of the main characteristics of the systems under study.

Based on the analysis of typical scenarios of information servers, the tasks that should be solved when organizing an access control system for distributed information resources are formulated. The possibilities of the Z39.50 technologies as the most suitable for building such a system are considered. Within the framework of this technology, three access control models are discussed, which differ in the degree of integration of information server functions with the Z39.50 technologies. The creation and support of distributed information systems and electronic libraries that integrate heterogeneous information resources and operate in various software and hardware environments requires special approaches to managing these systems. If the resources or data themselves can be managed locally, even for distributed information systems, then the task of managing access to distributed resources cannot be solved within the framework of local administration. The justification of the last thesis can be seen when considering typical scenarios of the information server, which we will describe below

Until now, clinicians are not able to evaluate the Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES) from the rest-electroencephalography (EEG) readout. No EEG marker can help differentiate PNES cases from healthy subjects. In this paper, we have investigated the power spectrum density (PSD), in resting-state EEGs, to evaluate the abnormalities in PNES affected brains. Additionally, we have used functional connectivity tools, such as phase lag index (PLI), and graph-derived metrics to better observe the integration of distributed information of regular and synchronized multi-scale communication within and across inter-regional brain areas. We proved the utility of our method after enrolling a cohort study of 20 age- and gender-matched PNES and 19 healthy control (HC) subjects. In this work, three classification models, namely support vector machine (SVM), linear discriminant analysis (LDA), and Multilayer perceptron (MLP), have been employed to model the relationship between the functional connectivity features (rest-HC versus rest-PNES). The best performance for the discrimination of participants was obtained using the MLP classifier, reporting a precision of 85.73%, a recall of 86.57%, an F1-score of 78.98%, and, finally, an accuracy of 91.02%. In conclusion, our results hypothesized two main aspects. The first is an intrinsic organization of functional brain networks that reflects a dysfunctional level of integration across brain regions, which can provide new insights into the pathophysiological mechanisms of PNES. The second is that functional connectivity features and MLP could be a promising method to classify rest-EEG data of PNES form healthy controls subjects.
