The issue of Islamic education management governance in global education is the main objective of this secondary data review. To complete the discussion of this study, we have collected a series of data and literature on several data sources electronically in educational journal publications, book proceedings, and website databases that actively voice Islamic education issues in a global context. We cannot describe the data that we collect directly. We analyze it using various approaches, such as sharp evaluation coding and drawing conclusions that can answer the essence of the problems of this book review. The data we take online is as much as possible to look for the more up-to-date ones published in the last ten years. Finally, we can conclude that based on the findings and discussion data, among others, issues relating to the governance of Islamic religious education still leave problems and challenges, including the difficulty of achieving quality education due to issues of teacher resources that are still low in the mastery of technology that is still lacking. Straightforward access to education is still unequal, and issues related to leadership and school leadership in general education and the Islamic religion. We hope that these results will be a meaningful input in developing studies related to issues and governance of education management that will be held in the future.

Objectives: At present, quality education has gradually been recognized by the whole society, and a consensus has been reached on its importance, which has put forward stricter requirements for the distribution of faculty in universities. Methods: In this paper, based on neuropsychology, the distribution of teaching staff in colleges and universities was studied, and the model of talent evaluation and distribution was constructed. Results: Firstly, the generalized regression neural network was optimized by genetic algorithm. Then, the genetic algorithm’s generalized regression neural network calculation process was designed. Conclusion: Finally, with the example of teacher resources in a university, the algorithm in this paper was tested. The results show that the results of the generalized regression neural network optimized by genetic algorithm can match the actual situation very well, and the method is feasible with certain advantages.

AbstractLevering change is hard, and an incremental process. In the education process it requires an interaction between teachers, resources and learners. Levering change with human resources—teachers themselves, is a long term, time-intensive process requiring investment and commitment. The teacher–resources relationship is complex and not always optimal, particularly in disadvantaged educational environments where resources are constrained, and the education system is centralized and highly regulated. This article posits a mathematics teaching framework developed in a low-income educational context to make more transparent the relationship between teachers and resources to the benefit of learning both of teachers and of learners.

This thesis aims to answer the question: how can photography collections be used as interpretative tools to build visual and media literacy skills through creative learning opportunities aligned with the Ontario education curriculum? The project has two components: an analytical paper and a teacher resource – created according to the Art Gallery of Ontario standard – to introduce teachers to teaching with photographs through interdisciplinary lessons in the visual culture of Canada from 1860 to the early 1900s. An analysis of the Ontario curriculum documents, identifying both limitations and benefits, and aims to support grade 7 and 8 teachers in the classroom are included. Using Canadian photographs from the AGO’s collection unites arts education and visual literacy with core academic subjects by prompting students, through a range of activities to engage with the subjects, aesthetic elements, history and materials of photographic media, and thus to interpret daily life at this time.
