During the operation of aviation equipment, is carried out a set of works concerning the support and renewal of its serviceability and efficient condition, if necessary and possible. These tasks are solved with the help of information systems during aviation equipment maintenance. If necessary and possible, during the aviation equipment operation, is carried out a work package concerning the support and renewal, of its operative and serviceable condition. These tasks are solved with the help of IT solutions during the aviation equipment maintenance. Aircraft maintenance is an important component of the aviation system which ensures the functioning of aviation throughout the world. Insofar as the air traffic performance grows, and the tough requirements for maintaining the schedule of commercial flights necessitate the need to increase the intensity of aircraft usage. Also is continued the toughening of requirements for the timeliness of maintenance.

Aspergillus oryzae grown in cheese whey has the ability to produce beta-galactosidase. The objective of this work was to define the parameters for the determination of cell permeabilization and extraction of the enzyme from Aspergillus oryzae CCT 0977 biomass, with high enzymatic activity. The Box–Behnken design was used to determine cell permeabilization and extraction of beta-galactosidase conditions. The fermentation was carried out for a period of 5 days at 28°C, having as substrate the deproteinized cheese whey. To determine the effect of the variables on beta-galactosidase activity, enzymatic activity was determined by the lactose hydrolysis reaction. The most efficient condition for cell permeabilization was 25% ethanol at 30°C for 90 min, obtaining an enzymatic activity of 0.44 U·mL−1. For beta-galactosidase extraction from the biomass, the most efficient condition was 5.3% chloroform at 48°C, with an enzymatic activity of 0.17 U·mL−1. The use of ethanol was most efficient to promote cell permeability of Aspergillus oryzae CCT 0977.

Inclusion dependencies are one of the most important database constraints. In isolation their finite and unrestricted implication problems coincide, are finitely axiomatizable, PSPACE-complete, and fixed-parameter tractable in their arity. In contrast, finite and unrestricted implication problems for the combined class of functional and inclusion de- pendencies deviate from one another and are each undecidable. The same holds true for the class of embedded multivalued dependencies. An important embedded tractable fragment of embedded multivalued dependencies are independence atoms. These stipulate independence between two attribute sets in the sense that for every two tuples there is a third tuple that agrees with the first tuple on the first attribute set and with the second tuple on the second attribute set. For independence atoms, their finite and unrestricted implication problems coincide, are finitely axiomatizable, and decidable in cubic time. In this article, we study the implication problems of the combined class of independence atoms and inclusion dependencies. We show that their finite and unrestricted implication problems coincide, are finitely axiomatizable, PSPACE-complete, and fixed-parameter tractable in their arity. Hence, significant expressivity is gained without sacrificing any of the desirable properties that inclusion dependencies have in isolation. Finally, we establish an efficient condition that is sufficient for independence atoms and inclusion dependencies not to inter- act. The condition ensures that we can apply known algorithms for deciding implication of the individual classes of independence atoms and inclusion dependencies, respectively, to decide implication for an input that combines both individual classes.

The most people in Indonesia depend of the live at agriculture sector. The vegetables are one of agriculture comodity can to give big contribute to economy if attemted optimally. The efforts of improvement the vegetable production influenced by factors  are  environment  (climate,  soil,  etc),  production  facility  (seed,  fertilizer, pesticide), capital and human resources. The research aim are to analyze influence  of production  factors  to  vegetable  produce  and  analyze  of  allocation  efficiency  of production  factors  using  to  mustard  farm.  This  research  was  conducted  in  the Maharatu Village Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict using the purposive sampling method with 40 mustard farmers. The results showed that production of mustard influenced by the seed, manure, urea, NPK, pesticide and labor with belief level 99 %. Score of MPP for  all  production  variable  showed  that  must  add  volume  of  production  factors  to increase mustard production.  NPM/px value for seed and urea manure is big than 1 that  mean the  farmers  can  be  add  volume  of  production  factors.  For  NPK  manure, pesticide and labor must not be increasing because value of NPM/px is small than 1 to reach efficient condition economically and get optimally benefit.
