Hospitalitas pemimpin Kristen yang Menghasilkan Kepemimpinan yang Berkualitas

Hospitality is a value that must be instilled in the life of a Christian. Hospitality is a kind of generosity, love friendship,practice or qualities that provide comfort for guests. Hospitality can also be interpreted as loving service. By that, the hospitality has actually been planted in the lives of Christians, only this practice has begun to faded. Many leaders today simply lead without an obvius purpose in other words that they pursue their positions as the main goal. The service of love that should be applied will slowly dissipate. As a God-fearing Christian Leadership, the hospitality of this hospitality is certainly not an object of symbolic significance. To produce a qualified leader, a leader must adopt an attitude an behavior that reflects the character of Christ of brotherly love regardlles of where they from. Thus, the hope of being a qualified Christian leadership is best realized where it is shared. This writing/ article aim to formulate how the attitude of a Christian Leadership who applies the service of love for humanity to procduce quality leaders. This reseach uses the literature review method.

Christian hospitality in Javanese bancaan tradition

Javanese people have unique characteristics and traditions that make them appealing for research. One of the unique things of the Javanese tradition called bancaan is that it is aimed at appreciating children. Bancaan is a simple banquet of gratitude on the occasion of a child’s birthday by inviting their playmates to pray together for their good. This tradition is rich in the value of hospitality but began to disappear as influences of current development overtake. Given this reality, this study discovered Christian values of hospitality in the bancaan tradition. This discovery is based on a survey by Lee Roy Martin and Michele Hersberger. This research is based on the paradigm of qualitative research. Data collection was conducted by examining the literature and studying the Bible. The problem was analysed using interactive analysis, revealing Christian hospitality values in the bancaan tradition. The values showed are as follows: (1) bancaan is open to everyone in nature despite their backgrounds, (2) bancaan is a form of interaction of hospitality in simplicity and (3) bancaan is a form of regeneration of hospitality values to the child.Contribution: This manuscript provided an overview of one form of Javanese culture, which was then linked to the principles of hospitality from Jesus. This culture was a form of Javanese culture towards children’s appreciation. It is hoped that this manuscript contributes to the preservation of Javanese bancaan culture.

HOSPITALITAS KRISTEN TENTANG IBADAH VIRTUAL DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID 19 CHRISTIAN HOSPITALITY OF VIRTUAL WORSHIP IN THE MIDDLE OF PANDEMI COVID 19

Di akhir tahun 2019 masyararakat di kejutkan oleh adanya virus corona.corona virus diseace 2019 yang menimbulkan kekhwatiran dunia karenah penyebarannya sangat cepat dan berbahaya bagi masyarakat,dan ada terdapat 309 kasus positif yang terus bertambah,sehingga masyarakat Indonesia tidak diperbolehkan untuk beribadah seperti biasanya sehingga masyarakat Indonesia mengadakan ibadah virtual karenah,dalam pemahaman,persoalan mengenai tata cara secara daring,banyak di temukan dalam kelompok jemaat di Indonesia termasuk di gereja toraja jemaat lengke klasis basse sangtempe dan selama masa pandemi covid 19 ini masing masing jemaat di lakukan secara daring.

Hospitalitas Kristen Yang Hampir Hilang Pada Kasus Kematian Salah Satu Anggota Masyarakat Di Dusun Beringin, Luwu Utara, Sulawesi Selatan Akibat Covid-19

The emergence of a new virus in the global world at the end of 2019, namely Corona Virus Disease 2019, brought tremendous excitement to all inhabitants of the earth. The emergence of this virus brings tremendous concern and fear to the world because the spread of this virus is quite fast, even the most frightening is that the risk of death of people exposed to this virus is very large. Indonesia itself, cannot avoid the impact of this Covid-19 case. As a form of efforts to prevent and minimize transmission of the virus, the Indonesian government has issued a social distancing / physical distancing recommendation. This situation also causes the interaction between communities to be very limited. This situation seems to be able to eliminate hospitality among the community. This paper aims to emphasize the importance of maintaining the value of Christian hospitality in society amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

HOSPITALITAS KRISTEN DALAM MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19 DI INDONESIA CHRISTIAN HOSPITALITY IN DEALING WITH PANDEMIC COVID-19 IN INDONESIA

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang juga ikut terdampak virus corona atau covid-19 yang berasal dari negara China, tepatnya di kota Wuhan. Pada awal tahun 2020 virus corona atau covid-19 mulai memasuki negara Indonesia. Virus corona membawa dampak yang sangat besar dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia, baik dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Masyarakat yang terdampak covid-19 pun kian hari kian meningkat, namun saat ini tepatnya tahun 2021 peningkatan terinfeksi covid-19 tidak secepat tahun 2020. Dan dampaknya pun mulai perlahan-lahan dapat dikendalikan baik oleh pemerintah maupun oleh sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia kini dapat menyesuaikan kehidupan ditengah pandemi covid-19 ini, bahkan hospitalitas yang memudar pada awal covid-19 memasuki Indonesia kini mulai kembali perlahan-lahan ditunjukkaan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai covid-19 di Indonesia dan sikap hospitalitas Kristen yang seharusnya di lakukan oleh masyarakat Indonesia khususnya orang percaya atau orang yang beragama Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian teologis dan penelitian deskriptif sosial.

HOSPITALITAS KRISTEN DALAM MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19 DI INDONESIA

Indonesia is one of the countries that has also been affected by the corona virus or covid-19 which originated from China, to be precise in the city of Wuhan. In early 2020 the corona virus or covid-19 began to enter the country of Indonesia. The corona virus has had a huge impact on the lives of Indonesian people, both positive and negative impacts. Communities affected by covid-19 are increasing day after day, but now to be precise in 2021 the increase in covid-19 infections is not as fast as 2020. And the impact is slowly being controlled by both the government and most Indonesians. The Indonesian people are now able to adjust to life in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic, even the hospitality that faded at the beginning of Covid-19 entering Indonesia is now starting to slowly be shown by the Indonesian people. This paper aims to provide information about Covid-19 in Indonesia and the Christian hospitality that should be practiced by the Indonesian people, especially believers or Christians. HOSPITALITY KRISTEN DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN BUNUH DIRI

ABSTRACT: The pandemic caused by the Corona Virus which has infected majorcountries has affected the world community from various sides. This pandemic notonly has a physical impact but also has a psychological impact. The distress of afew individuals because of this pandemic, so that they justify all means and look fora more instant solution. Some people have taken the way out of this problem bycommitting suicide. This seemingly more instantaneous path became popular andincreased rapidly during the pandemic. In fact, it has become a trend not onlyamong young people and even among the elderly. In this case, the church seems tohave lost its empathy in the application of the attitude of Christian Hospitality. Theauthor uses Emile Durkheim's Theory to see the background of this suicidephenomenon. The writer uses Emile Durkheim's theory because it uses asociological perspective, so that this theory is at least able to answer thephenomenon of suicide. The purpose of writing this article is first, to specificallyinvolve the church to take part in breaking the chain of this trend and preventingsuicidal intentions by implementing hospitality (Hospitalitas). Second, so thatreaders can empathize with various individuals with real hospitalities in variousaspects of life.

Implementasi kepemimpinan hospitalitas dalam konteks budaya

This writing shows that in a leadership culture, there is a need for hospitality to reveal God. Hospitality is needed by a leader, because to make someone feel comfortable. In the life of christians, hospitality is very important and becomes a value in itself. The importance of a hospitality attitude for that needs to be implemented by leaders in carrying out their duties. Things like this need to be applied in a cultural context, especially in a chrurch and society. With the hospitality possessed by leader, either church leader or community leader, it is easy to attract all members or the community to be close to him. If hospitality ha been implemented in a community or church, it is easy to open up space for people who are still closed and who still attach importance to worldly things. Leaders will encourage reletionships to want to join in building a better society.Keywords: christian hospitality, a leader in building society.Abstrak:Penulisan ini memperlihatkan bahwa dalam budaya kepemimpinan perlu adanya hospitalitas untuk menyatakan Allah. hospitalitas perluh di miliki oleh seorang pemimpin, karena untuk membuat seseorang merasa nyaman. Dalam kehidupan orang kristen hospitalitas sangatlah penting dan menjadi nilai tersendiri. Pentingnya sikap hospitalitas untuk itu perlu di implemetasikan oleh pemimpin dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Hal seperti ini perlu di terapkan dalam konteks budaya khususnya dalam sebuah gereja dan masyarakat. Dengan adanya hospitalitas yang di miliki oleh seorang pemimpin baik dalam pemimpin gereja atau pemimpin masyarakat maka mudah untuk menarik semua anggota atau masyarakat untuk dekat kepadanya. Jika hospitalitas sudah di terapkan dalam sebuah masyarakat ataupun gereja maka mudah untuk membuka ruang untuk orang-orang yang masih tertutup dan yang masih mementingkan hal duniawi. pemimpin akan mendorong relasi untuk mau bergabung dalam membangun sebuah masyarakat yang lebih baik. Abstrack The Toraja tribe is a tribe that is unique, where the Toraja tribe has a lot of uniqueness in their customs and culture, this is what makes tourists interested in coming to visit the Toraja tribe. Therefore, so that tourists can feel at home visiting Toraja, Toraja people must show their hospitality attitude. Toraja people must be able to apply Christian hospitality, namely being able to apply God's love to people visiting the Toraja area, so that they can also feel safe and comfortable traveling in the Toraja area.

Hospitalitas Kristen sebagai Upaya Mengatasi Sikap Individualisme di Tengah Pandemi covid-19

The Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic is designated by WHO as a global pandemic because of its very high spread even in various countries including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a lot of panic and public concern because of its very rapid spread. The Indonesian government made a social distancing / physical distancing policy. The policies given by the government caused various reaction. Many people see each other as strangers. Especially during a pandemic, many people take advantage of the situation for their own interests and benefits. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of overcoming individualism in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic based on the teory of Christian hospitality. Yhe method used is a qualitative method. The findings in this paperare: First, Christians must have love, care and not be individualistic. Second, individualism as a reaction to the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic erodes a sence of hospitality.
