The formation of park-monuments of landscape art was analyzed from a historical perspective. In the second half of the twentieth century, two national and nine local park-monuments of landscape art were created in Ukrainian Polissya. The purpose of PMLA is the protection and the preservation of the most prominent and valuable examples of park construction in order to use them for aesthetic, educational, scientific, environmental and health purposes. By the placement in the planning structure of inhabited localities are defined city, village and district parks. The motivation for the creation of parks was the preservation, reproduction and enrichment of tree diversity in the conditions of the Ukrainian Polissya. In the parks were planted technical, fast-growing, rare species, and species of woody plants valuable for forestry and landscape gardening with their subsequent use for scientific and economic purposes. Some of the plantations in the parks were memorable, anniversary, or dedicated to significant events (the anniversary of the October Revolution and the birthday of V.I. Lenin). In Ukrainian Polissya, there are three parks created on the basis of existing oak plantations “Klevanskyi Park”, “Park Antonivka”, “Bondaretskyi”); one - on the basis of man-made plantations with Acer platanoides L., Carpinus betulus L., Fraxinus excelsior L., Tilia cordata Mill. (“Ovrutskyi”); three parks of culture and recreation (“Horodnianskyi”, “Vysokivskyi”, “Slovianskyi”) including a meadow park (“Slovianskyi”), a children's park (“Bondaretskyi”), three arboretums (“Dubechnenskyi”, “Bairak”, “Novostavskyi dendropark”, “Zhornivskyi”), which were transformed over time, or which were granted the status of PMLA. By the size, PMLA were small, medium, and large with star, axial, fan, loop, cross-shaped and combined planning structures. In four PMLA, there were man-made and natural reservoirs, and a fountain. Five parks were combined (memorial and park of culture and rest); there were concentrated memorial complexes, monuments, and an obelisk. Plantings of parks are represented by groups, solitairs, alleys, ordinary plantings, hedges, and sometimes by groves and massifs. On the territory of 11 PMLA grew 178 species of woody plants, with 121 of them being included to the IUCN Red List. In 4 parks, since their creation the number of species increased by 75–129%; in 6 parks tree diversity decreased, with 29 to 87% of tree plant species remaining, among them 66–94% of trees were rare. 11 PMLA are valuable centers of tree diversity and unique plantings of Ukrainian Polissya; and an example of the formation of didactic, ethnographic, memorial, children's, culture and recreation, and combined parks that need further protection and expansion of the area and collection. Some parks are in need of planting reconstruction.

Are the Boundaries Between Language Attitudes in Town and Village Deleted? The paper presents an analysis of data from a nationally representative survey of the language attitudes of Bulgarians regarding their opinions on the processes of language internationalization according to the respondent’s settlement type. The assumptions are that there will be opposition between language attitudes along the city-village axis. The analysis shows that language attitudes are not particularly influenced by the type of settlement: globalization, not urbanization, is the crucial process in the formation of language attitudes today.

The results showed that the Tidore ESPP was operated in mid 2017. After that, it was inaugurated by the Government in August 2016, until entering 2021 only 4 programs were implemented. Even though it has been in operation for 5 years. This indicates unpreparedness in the planning of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and obstacles regarding the Technical component of Electric Steam Power Plant (ESPP) Operation. Distribution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and even then because it considers the pressure from the community for the sake of improving communication in the business climate, in addition to obligations that are regulated based on existing regulations.

The article presents the main trends of internal irrevocable migration in the Republic of Belarus. The normative legal acts regulating the studied problems are considered, in particular, information is provided on the approval of the project “Village of the Future”; a development plan for regions lagging behind in socio-economic development; measures to promote the development of entrepreneurial activity in rural areas. The assessment of the existing internal migration flows in the Republic of Belarus over the past twenty years has been carried out by studying and analyzing official statistical data posted on the website of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus. The intensity coefficient of intra-republican migration is calculated, which allows determining the dynamics of the migration movement, regardless of changes in the population. In order to identify the position of a particular region and the city of Minsk relative to the country as a whole, calculations of the migration attractiveness index were carried out. The population movements between territorial units and in the directions (“city – city”, “city – village”, “village – city”, “village – village”) are analyzed. It is concluded that in the study period, migration flows from city to city prevail, and the outflow of population from village to city continues, but since 2016, the intensity of urban growth at the expense of the rural population has decreased, which is a new trend. Migration relations between the regions of the Republic of Belarus have been studied and analyzed, illustrations have been developed that clearly reflect the population flows within the country. Based on the analysis, the conclusion is formulated that internal migration in the Republic of Belarus has a centripetal character, since the main share of migration flows falls on the metropolitan-central region. It is revealed that this direction of internal migration flows correlates with the index of migration attractiveness (hereinafter-IMP). It is established that the population growth of the city of Minsk and the Minsk region occurs at the expense of all regions (Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno,Mogilev); in turn, the city of Minsk is also replenished at the expense of the population that originally arrived in the Minsk region. The author has recorded another trend – the migration increase to the capital has decreased over the past five years. Based on the results of the study, the author came to the conclusion that further work is needed to expand and consolidate the set of measures aimed at improving the socio-economic living conditions in the regions and rural areas.

The decline in students' interest in history is noted by many modern researchers. This article shows the experience of introducing students of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering to research activities in the study of modern history. The student project "Sovremennik" (“Contemporary”) has been carried out for several years and includes various forms of work, the use of which in aggregate makes it possible to arouse interest in the study of history among students of higher technical educational institutions. Within the framework of the project, several questionnaires were developed on different periods and problems of Soviet history. The respondents are the relatives of the students at first, then, if necessary, the list of respondents is expanded. Their search goes through public organizations and Internet resources. As a rule, respondents talk about the period of their youth, which is consonant with the age characteristics of students. Students can compare the historical and social conditions of youth in the 20th and 21st centuries. The project consists of several stages, at each of which students collect, process and organize information. The result of the work is reports and scientific articles, which are presented by students. The source of information is not only memories, but also diaries, letters, photographs, objects. At the moment, sufficient material has been accumulated that can arouse scientific interest among professional historians. An important aspect of this work is the formation of historical thinking and research skills. Interest in and respect for the history of the country grows through interest in one's family, city, village.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the spatial resource of the territory of the suburbanization zone of the city of Chernivtsi. In the article, the dynamics of changes in the population of the urban residents of Chernivtsi region was analyzed. The indicator of the voltage of the demographic impact field was calculated and was found that as a result of active urbanization zone was formed, for each settlement of which there is a large, medium or low demographic voltage. The power of influence depends primarily on the population in the city because the larger is the number of residents, the greater will be the zone of its influence, which is considered as a vector, directed from the center of the city. Outside the designated suburbanization zone the voltage of demographic influence does not disappear, although with the decreasing of the distance from the city of Chernivtsi to an interval of approximately 50-55 km it is heading to zero. The cartographic model of the field of the demographic voltage of the city of Chernivtsi has been developed, where the boundaries of the suburbanization zone are clearly distinguished. Since the 90s the suburban zone of the city of Chernivtsi has been characterized by active changes, and today it is heterogeneous with uneven development. The main trends of modern changes in the suburban zone of the city of Chernivtsi, factors and relations with the regional center were also revealed. The boundaries of formation of the Chernivtsi Amalgamated territorial community (hromada) on the basis of a pronounced mutual influence “city-village”, “village-city” have been confirmed. The historical change of compactness of the city of Chernivtsi for the period 1861- 2020 years was traced, where the analysis of calculated indices of the territory of Chernivtsi indicates the maximum compactness of the territory of Chernivtsi in 1861. With the further development of the city, the area of the territory increased and the shape of it gradually loses compactness. The rationality of the use of urban space is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the urban settlement because the time spent on moving the passenger and cargo flows is minimized, and the connections become closer and more intensive.

Child marriage is one of the more frequent social problems in developing countries, especially in Indonesia; the government is hardly concerned about this and relates it to population control. This has the potential to escalate into a serious problem that will symmetrically affect the economy if the number of child marriages continues to increase. This study aimed to apply a profile analysis approach to measure the significant difference and to understand the characteristics of child marriages in each Indonesian province. The country is divided into four regions based on the main development area over 4 years from 2016 to 2019. The findings from the parallel hypothetical test suggest that the child marriage profile from each region is not parallel, and each region has its unique characteristics. Therefore, appropriate policies should be introduced separately for each region, such as enhanced education quality, social assistance and protection programs for children, social participation models, and collaborative governance-based city/village programs. The most important conclusions: policy advocacy to reduce the practice of child marriage for governments everywhere, including Indonesia is carried out through good planning and implementation of child marriage prevention policies will increase children’s productivity for their future lives.
