Kangkong can be processed into various types of snacks, one of which is kangkong sticks. Sticks are a type of pastry that has a long flat shape, has a savory taste, and has a crunchy texture. Kangkong sticks are one form of innovation for processed kangkong products. Kangkong sticks were once produced in Dasan Tereng Village, but are no longer produced. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted by the P1000WB Entrepreneurship Community Service Program (Creation of 1000 New Entrepreneurs), several problems have been found in the kangkong stick product. These problems include; unvaried taste, unattractive packaging, narrow marketing scope, and mass production system. KKN Kewirausahaan made various efforts to re-elevate, as well as develop kangkong stick products into superior products in Dasan Tereng Village. The efforts that have been made are: (1) Providing innovation in the form of flavor variants, (2) Improvement of product packaging using standing pouches, designing, and giving logos, (3) Doing digital marketing and changing the production system to a purchased order (PO) system. The method used is observation, short interview, and literature study. This gives tangible results in the form of product sales which are quite high, exceeding the sales target, from 40 packs to 110 packs in one week.

Purpose We aimed to describe the current practices of speech-language pathologists regarding the creation and implementation of home practice programs for persons with poststroke aphasia. Method Survey participants were American Speech-Language-Hearing Association–certified speech-language pathologists, had 30% of their caseload include persons with aphasia, and had recently created at least two home programs for persons with aphasia. Respondents completed a web-based survey on home program creation, training, technology, and methods for tracking adherence with closed and open-ended questions. Results We analyzed 80 complete surveys. Most of the participants ( n = 56) created home programs for greater than 75% of their caseload. Common interventions in home programs addressed functional practice and spoken expression. Participants describe instructional techniques including building skill practice in daily routines and guided practice. Applications of technology and formal mechanisms to monitor adherence were less frequently reported. Various factors were identified as facilitators and barriers to home program creation with environmental support from others and client factors (i.e., motivation, impairments) most evident. Conclusions This study provides insight into speech-language pathologists' home program creation and implementation. Results can be used to consider mechanisms to improve use of and adherence to home programs to further support recovery. Supplemental Material https://doi.org/10.23641/asha.16840204

It has been designed the water surface level detection system based on the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and the ESP8266-12E module through telegram and buzzer communication media.. The research aims to design a water surface-level detection system by using ultrasonic sensors and the ESP8266- 12E module. The tools and materials used during the design are: Ultrasonic sensors HC-SR04, module ESP8266-12E, and buzzer as an output to sound the alarm. The ultrasonic HC-SR04 sensor will detect the water surface level, the detection data will be sent to the ESP8266-12E module, then the system will send the information in the form of a message through telegram and buzzer application. The messages delivered are several stages including standby, alert, and danger. The methods used in this design are planning, study libraries, collection of tools and materials, hardware plan, and program creation on the software. The final result is a system capable of detecting water surface level based on the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and the ESP8266-12E module through telegram and buzzer communication media. The success rate of this tool system at several stages among others at a standby of 77%, at a level of alert of 70%, and the level of success at the hazard level is 83%.

Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) offers numerous benefits and is recognized as an important competency within Internal Medicine (IM). Despite this, a significant educational gap exists, owing in large part to a lack of expertly trained faculty and structured training opportunities. A robust POCUS training program requires not only technical excellence among faculty but also leadership with expertise in program creation and administration, quality assurance, medical education, and research. A dedicated 6- to 12-month POCUS fellowship model in programs with well-established infrastructure allows for the development of these competencies and the establishment of a network of key POCUS contacts, and prepares trainees to create or expand POCUS programs at their centers. We propose that the expansion of dedicated General IM POCUS fellowships in Canada is imperative to addressing this educational bottleneck and shaping the future leaders of Canadian IM POCUS.

The data from world researches of gifted adolescents who are addicted from the virtual environment and their peers is presented in the article. The theoretical foundations of gifted adolescents’ addiction prevention from the virtual environment are presented. Various currents of researchers' views on the adolescents’ giftedness factor and the associated addiction risks on the virtual environment are shown. Conclusions about the urgent need to prevent this phenomenon are drawn. The risk factors for the addiction emergence of gifted adolescents on the virtual environment have been identified. The model of addiction prevention on the virtual environment is described. Teenage age – transitional age which is characterized by all systems of an organism formation. During this period perhaps unstable condition of the teenager’s nervous system strengthened by daily stressor which accumulatingly can generate a stress. All these factors can provoke an Internet-dependent behavior emergence among the presented and not gifted teenagers therefore prospect of further researches is gifted teenagers’ dependence on the virtual environment correction program creation. On the given results basis of the world researches on dependence on the virtual environment, namely Internet dependence, we had a vision of gifted teenagers’ dependence process which we presented in the form of dependence prevention theoretical model which we also use further in practice. According to our model of gifted teenagers’ dependence prevention on the virtual environment, personal labour is the component bringing out of dependence. The steady condition of a teenager’s nervous system is a basis of dependence prevention. The autonomy of the teenager’s identity is an integrated basis of dependence prevention on the virtual environment. Facing considered by us researches’ results about increase in destructive use of the Internet by teenagers, further work on prevention and correction of gifted teenagers’ dependence on the virtual environment seems necessary to us

Small and Medium Industry is the program and policy of the Local Government of Gorontalo Province to achieve development goals in the field of economy, especially related to the development efforts of small and medium industry sectors (IKM). The Cooperative, Industrial and Trade Office of Gorontalo Province desperately needs accurate data information for the search and determination of small and medium industry locations and also in terms of regional development planning and spatial arrangement, but in reality, to obtain data and information on the spread of Small and Medium Industry spread almost throughout Gorontalo province is very difficult, this is due to the absence of an information system that handles this. The Government's current geographic information system cannot access the search and location of the Small and Medium Industry. The expansion of the area that occurs in Gorontalo Province from 6 districts, the addition of fickle regions and addresses can confuse and make it difficult for local people or tourists outside Gorontalo province to get information about the small and medium industry in Gorontalo Province. The lack of information to the public about the location of Small and Medium Industry locations in Gorontalo province can make it difficult to conduct cooperation that can drive the regional economy. Information search and access user information and communication technology through high mobility media such as smartphones. Today's thriving smartphones are smartphones with android operating systems. Android smartphone besides having high mobility, also has very useful features such as google maps and GPS. Production of fresh cayenne pepper with stalks in 2014 in Prov. Gorontalo amounted to 117,719 Quintal. Compared to 2013, there was a decrease in the production of 10,105 Quintal (-7.91 percent). This decrease was due to a decrease in productivity of 3.54 Quintal per hectare (-6.36 percent) and also a decrease in the harvest area of 38 hectares (-1.66 percent) compared to 2013. In addition to the area of low harvest, there are some obstacles, especially pest attacks and diseases that are always the main problem in the event of crop failure.  Pests that attack cayenne pepper plants are whitefly (Bemisia tabacci). Thus, that needs to be done in tackling the pests of whitefly. The study began with a major survey covering data collection and information, field studies, and observations on the attack of whitefly pests on cayenne pepper plants, sampling of whitefly pests, and observed morphine. All quantitative data is inputted into geographic information systems (GIS) as attribute data in the GIS.  Information search and access user information and communication technology through high mobility media such as smartphones. Today's thriving smartphones are smartphones with android operating systems. Android smartphones besides having high mobility, also have very useful features such as google maps and GPS. Google maps and GPS features can collaborate in an android app program creation. Application program creation is designed using android and PHP programming languages collaborated with MySQL databases as data container media. The research aims to create a geographic information system that can help chili farmers and agricultural practitioners to be able to detect early the location of the spread of whitefly (B. tabaci) before there is a decrease in the production and growth of chili pepper crops. The study also aims to analyze and determine the zoning of the spread of whitefly pests on cayenne pepper plants using geographic information systems.

The population of Gorontalo city is likely to increase because it is the provincial capital which is the center of economy and business. The increasing number of people is increasing the potential for landfill. some people who are less aware of cleanliness will dispose of garbage indiscriminately if they do not know the nearest landfill from their home. Garbage buildup will pollute the environment so that it can interfere with public health and can also cause problems in the future such as flood disasters. Today's problems are often solved by the use of technology, especially information and communication technology. Waste processing can most likely be overcome by using information and communication technology through high mobility media such as smartphones. The application program will be made reliable to solve the problem of waste processing by utilizing Google maps as a means to see landfills (TPS) and GPS as a means to detect the position of people or places that have garbage. Designed applications are expected to provide information on the nearest landfill (TPS) in the area where people live so that there is no garbage buildup, problems in the future such as health problems and flooding

Magical realism is a literary genre that offers possibilities as a posthumanist narrative research project. Magical realism employs literary tools such as a nonlinear aspect of time, a subjective sense of causality, and a conflation of the magical and the ordinary. Such tools offer possibilities in narrative research to create ontological sense-events that exist within assemblages that entangle the reader, the narrator, the place, the writer, and the participants temporally, spatially, and sensually within a flattened event. This article explores the possibilities of magical realism, offering a fleeting assemblage and a subsequent diffractive analysis. It employs a magical realist narrative construction based on a collaborative partnership between an Alaska Native village and a public university in which language revitalization efforts are sought through various school-based projects, including a teacher-training program, creation of subsistence-based native language curriculum, and other projects.
