ABSTRAKUKM “Resep Iboe” adalah salah satu Industri Rumah Tangga yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan dan penjualan aneka olahan kue kering tradisional Khas Jember. Lokasi usaha terletak di Desa Karangkedawung Kecamatan Mumbulsari Kabupaten Jember. Permasalahan mitra yang diidentifikasi di UKM “Resep Iboe” adalah pertama pada proses produksi yang selama ini masih bersifat tradisional sehingga produksi yang dihasilkan kurang optimal. Permasalahan kedua yaitu tidak adanya pembukuan keuangan yang terstruktur, sehingga diperlukan pembukuan keuangan melalui sistem keuangan yang terstruktur. Permasalahan ketiga, yaitu akses pemasaran melalui promosi produk belum menyebar luas. Sedangkan di sisi lain UKM “Resep Iboe” diharuskan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi pandemi Covid-19 untuk menerapkan less contact economy, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan digitalisasi pemasaran. Program Pengabdian Kemitraan pada UKM “Resep Iboe” ini merupakan pendampingan kewirausahaan, kelembagaan dan manajemen pemasaran dalam mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis kelompok. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan inovasi produk (bentuk, rasa, dan kemasan), pelatihan transaksi keuangan (SIAPIK dan QRIS) dan pelatihan desain promosi digital marketing (imooji). Tindak lanjut pasca program dari kegiatan ini adalah menjadikan lokasi pelaksanaan pengabdian sebagai mitra edukasi kewirausahaan, pendampingan manajemen keuangan dan media pemasaran digital. Sedangkan rencana luaran yang ditargetkan: berupa bantuan pendampingan dan peralatan pendukung produksi, pendampingan sistem keuangan SIAPIK serta pembuatan akun platform digital marketing imooji. Kata kunci: UKM; inovasi; SIAPIK; imooji. ABSTRACTSMEs “Resep Iboe” is one of the Home Industries which is engaged in processing and selling various processed traditional Jember pastries. The business location is located in Karangkedawung Village, Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. The partner problems identified in SMEs "“Resep Iboe”" are the first in the production process which is still traditional so that the resulting production is less than optimal. The second problem is the absence of structured financial bookkeeping, so that financial accounting through a structured financial system is needed. The third problem, namely access to marketing through product promotion has not been widespread. Meanwhile, on the other hand, SMEs “Resep Iboe” are required to adapt to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic to implement a less contact economy, so the development of marketing digitalization is needed. The Partnership Service Program for SMEs “Resep Iboe” is an entrepreneurship, institutional and marketing management assistance in supporting group-based business development. The activity started with socialization, followed by product innovation training (shape, taste, and packaging), financial transaction training (SIAPIK and QRIS) and digital marketing promotion design training (imooji). The post-program follow-up of this activity is to make the location of the service implementation a partner for entrepreneurship education, financial management assistance and digital marketing media. While the planned outputs are targeted: in the form of assistance and production support equipment, assistance to the SIAPIK financial system and the creation of an imooji digital marketing platform account. Keywords: SMEs; innovation; SIAPIK; imooji.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan menengah (UMKM) are one of the micro businesses that empower home industries. Indonesian UMKMs have a contribution of 15.8% to the global production supply chain at the ASEAN level. The development of MSMEs from year to year is influenced by the use of information technology and information systems. E-commerce is one of the technologies that support the development of SMEs and trade today. The number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKMs) joining e-commerce is increasing. Until August 2021, more than 14 million UMKMs or 22 percent of the total UMKMs have joined the e-commerce electronic trading application. UMKM Waroeng Bu Dhev was established on 27 February 2020 and is located at Bumi Menteng AsriHousing Complex, Jl. Therapy IIa BA 8, RT01/17 Bogor. Engaged in the business of making and selling various foods, such as Lapis Maksuba, Lapis Engkak, Dimsum, Choipan, Pastries, Kastengles, Nastar and so on. Currently, Waroeng Bu Dhev's marketing is still using the traditional method, namely word of mouth. There has been no marketing effort through promotional activities and sales using other media. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to help develop Waroeng Bu Dhev SMEs through e-commerce promotion media, especially in terms ofproduct promotion and sales. The ecomerce design method uses a prototyping software application, namely by involving the user iteratively in each design phase. The e-commerce application built consists of 9 menus, namely: Shop, Update & Promo, Store Location, FAQ, Search Products, Your Account, Your Cart, [email protected], and WHATSAPP.Usaha Mikro Kecil dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu usaha mikro yang memberdayakan industri rumahan. UMKM Indonesia memiliki kontribusi sebesar 15.8% terhadap rantai pasok produksi global di tingkat ASEAN. UMKM Waroeng Bu Dhev berdiri sejak tanggal 27 februari 2020 dan berlokasi di Perumahan Bumi Menteng Asri Jl. Terapi IIa BA 8, RT01/17 Bogor. Bergerak dalam bidang usaha pembuatan dan penjualan aneka makanan, seperti Lapis Maksuba, Lapis Engkak, Dimsum, Choipan, Kue kering, Kastengles, Nastar dan sebagainya. Pemasaran yang dilakuan Waroeng Bu Dhev saat ini masih melalui cara tradisional, yaitu dari mulut ke mulut. Belum ada upaya pemasaran melalui kegiatan promosi dan penjualan menggunakan media lainnya. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalahmembantu pengembangan UMKM Waroeng Bu Dhev melalui media promosi ecommerce, khususnya dalam hal promosi dan penjualan produk. Metode perancangan ecoomerce menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak prototyping, yaitu dengan melibatkan user secara iteratif pada setiap fase perancangan. Aplikasi ecommerce yang dibangun terdiri dari 9 menu, yaitu: Shop, Update & Promo, Lokasi Toko, FAQ, Search Products, Your Account, Your Cart, [email protected], dan WHATSAPP.

Seaweed cultivation from an economic perspective can provide a decent life for farmers. However, there needs to be alternative processing and packaging of products that have a higher selling value. A good product and selling price requires the right processing technology to become a business product in the community. One product that is quite promising in marketing and selling value is processing seaweed into paper jelly. This community service activity is carried out for the Productive Migrant Cooperative members, seaweed farmers, Lontar village, Tirtayasa sub-district, Serang district, Banten province. The activity carried out is processing seaweed into paper jelly. The manufacture of seaweed into paper jelly went through experiments method to obtain a gelatin product with good elasticity and durability. This product does not require sophisticated technology so that home industries can do it. The seaweed used is Eucheuma cottonii which is harvested at the age of 40-45 days. The process carried out is by drying, crushing into slurry, printing and pressing. The size of the mould can be adjusted according to the wishes of farmers or market demand. This community service activity yielded a gelatinous paper size of 20x20 cm, a thickness of about 0.5mm to 1mm, and weight of 8-grams to 10 grams per sheet. The advantages of this product from processing the Eucheuma cottonii type of seaweed have good elasticity, are durable and easy to pack.Budi daya rumput laut  dari segi ekonomi dapat memberikan kehidupan yang layak bagi petani. Akan tetapi perlu ada alternatif pengolahan dan pengemasan produk yang mempunyai nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Suatu produk yang menjanjikan dan harga jual membutuhkan teknologi pengolahan yang tepat sehingga menjadi suatu produk usaha di masyarakat. Salah satu produk yang cukup menjanjikan dalam pemasaran dan nilai jual adalah mengolah rumput laut menjadi agar-agar kertas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan kepada anggota Koperasi Migrant Produktif petani rumput laut desa Lontar kecamatan Tirtayasa kabupaten Serang, provinsi Banten. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pengolahan rumput laut menjadi agar-agar kertas. Pembuatan rumput laut menjadi agar-agar kertas melalui metode percobaan hingga didapatkan produk agar-agar dengan tingkat elastisitas yang baik dan tahan lama. Produk ini tidak memerlukan teknologi yang canggih sehingga dapat dilakukan oleh industri rumahan. Rumput laut yang digunakan adalah jenis Eucheuma cottonii yang dipanen pada umur 40-45 hari. Proses yang dilakukan adalah dengan proses pengeringan, penghancuran menjadi bubur, pencetakan dan pengepresan. Ukuran cetakan bisa disesuaikan dengan keinginan petani atau permintaan pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa agar-agar kertas ini dengan ukuran 20x20 cm ketebalan sekitar 0.5mm sampai 1mm, berat perlembarnya antara 8-gram sampai 10 gram. Kelebihan produk dari dari pengolahan rumput laut jenis Eucheuma cottonii ini mempunyai elastisitas yang baik, tahan lama dan mudah dikemas.

The location of tempe processing adjacent to the settlement causes problems. The resulting liquid waste makes people uncomfortable. This is presumably because the liquid waste has not been managed properly, because it is only dumped into the drainage channel. The majority of tempe industrial entrepreneurs are home industries who are not aware of creating a healthy environment by paying attention to liquid waste processing. There are many studies on technology for the tempe industrial wastewater problem, but each technology has advantages and disadvantages. It is necessary to have a system to choose the technology that suits the waste conditions. This research takes a case study in Karanganyar Regency. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method of determining priority scale that can accommodate all aspects. Furthermore, a sequence of criteria can be arranged as needed. The results of the analysis with AHP are: technology criteria 31.09%; environment 28.65%; economic 21.74% and social 18.53%. Environmental sub-criteria showed the results of the removal of ammonia 40.56%; treated water quality 30.74%; the amount of mud is 18.91% and the emission level is 9.80%. Technology sub-criteria are ease of operation 28.67%; land area requirement 28.56%; service life of 28.05% and the potential of technology in the midification of 14.72%. Economic sub-criteria with the results of operating costs 34.21%; installation cost 33.28%; maintenance costs 23.78% and HR costs 8.73%. Social sub-criteria with the results of the need for employment of 49.10%; readiness of human resources 19.33%; implementation of construction 16.74% and aesthetics 14.82%. The results of the AHP can be used as input for tempe entrepreneurs, the government and the community to improve the environmental quality of the tempe industrial wastewater. It is hoped that entrepreneurs will find it easier to determine the appropriate technology to treat the tempe industrial liquid waste.

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in most areas of the world caused many negative effects, including health, social and economic declined. One alternative to prevented it is to make immunostimulant supplements from natural resources that are available in surrounding environment along with encouraging development of home industries to produce them. In Kalimantan, Indonesia, one of the natural sources that have been utilized and proven locally as a medicinal plant is Bawang Dayak (Eleutherine bulbosa). One of its functions is as an immunostimulant supplement, but until now there has not been much research on the manufacture of E. bulbosa as a home industry product that functions as an immunostimulant supplement. E.bulbosa was demonstrated high antioxidant activity 1.48 μg/ml IC50 value and significantly increased immunity. The E.bulbosa was also contained iso-eleutherine and iso-eleutherol which have the potential as an anti-virus. In this study, several E. bulbosa derivated products, namely teabags and infusions, were introduced and compared starting from technical process, economic analysis, and storage period. Recent study showed that 1 kg of E. bulbosa can produce about 20 boxes of teabags (10 tea bags/box) that can be stored for 6-12 months, with a total profit reached 2-3 times of total production cost. While, 1 kg E. bulbosa was produced 16 bottles containing 330ml infusion drink which can be stored for 3-5 days in refrigerator, and it was provided 2 times profit of total production cost. However, these two products can be used as an alternative to stay healthy along with increase in added value and income for communities.

Abstract Sugar palm is a commodity that has a high value of benefits and has become one of the home industries that are mostly cultivated by rural communities in Indonesia. Likewise, the community in Lombo Village, Pituriase sub-district, Sidrap district also cultivates palm sugar as a source of income in addition to their main job as a farmer. The purpose of this study were to identify the potential and characteristics of sugar palm and palm sap to serve as the basis for developing the palm sugar business in Lombo Village. This research was conducted using a sampling method to identify the potential of palm trees and interview methods to identify production data and characteristics of palm sap. The results showed that the number of sugar palm trees in Lombo Village was 2,038 trees consisting of 118 trees being tapped, 585 trees ready to be tapped, and 1,335 trees still waiting for about 3-4 years to be tapped. The average sap production is 995 liters/day and produces 139.2 kg/day of sugar, so it can be seen that the content of brix of palm sap in Lombo Village is 14%. The selling price of sugar produced by the community is Rp. 25,000- per kg so that the sales received by the craftsmen in Lombo Village is Rp. 3,480,000 - per day or Rp. 108,750,-/craftsman/day.

Abstract The tofu industry is one of the home industries which in the processing process, produces liquid waste. Tofu liquid waste is known to contain very high organic matter such as Nitrogen and TSS so that if it is directly discharged into water bodies, if discharged directly into the environment will cause water. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of variations in times and velocity of sequence batch reactor on the optimization of Nitrogen and TSS removal in tofu industrial wastewater by anaerobic bacteria originating from natural sediments. This study uses a Sequencing Batch Reactor, and the waste used is artificial by the characteristics in the preliminary test. In this study, time and speed variations were used in the mixing process. The artificial waste has a TSS value of 2,910 mg/l and Nitrogen of 18.82 mg/l. The results show that using a sequence batch reactor can reduce the TSS value to 66 mg/l and reduce the nitrogen value to 1.214 mg/l.

Abstract Tofu wastewater is dangerous for the aquatic environment because it contains high BOD, COD, and TSS, which will damage life in the river. Tofu home industries in Semanan have not used a proper wastewater treatment system, and this study was conducted to test the electrocoagulation system to reduce the levels of BOD, COD, and TSS. According to several studies, the electrocoagulation system can reduce BOD, COD, and TSS. It is hoped that this electrocoagulation system can solve environmental problems caused by tofu wastewater. From the research that has been done, namely with the stirring variable at a speed of 150 RPM and at a detention time of 10 minutes with a discharge of 0.6 liter/minute, the percentage of COD removal is 36%, the percentage of BOD removal is 27%, and the percentage of TSS removal is 51%. Then on the stirring variable at a speed of 100 RPM and at a detention time of 10 minutes with a discharge of 0.6 liter/minute, the percentage of COD removal is 32%, the percentage of BOD removal is 15%, and the percentage of TSS removal is 58%.
