After-sales service (ASS) is a product support activity provided to customers; after-sales service that focuses on quality can create a sustainable competitive advantage. This study aims to the ASS performance, analyze the causes of performance constraints that occur in ASS and recommendations for improving the performance of ASS conceptually. Service partner performance achievement can be assessed from four categories, i.e. very good, good, bad, and poor, based on the actual level of performance compared to performance targets. The sample of this research is 12 ASS partners in the electrical equipment industry in West Java and Jakarta. Factors causing failure were analyzed descriptively using the fault tree analysis (FTA) method, which involved experts in focus group discussions (FGD). Based on the evaluation, 25% of partners were rated good, 50% poor, and 25% very poor. Partner performance achievement is carried out on 22 performance indicators, of which 20 performance indicators have not achieved a good rating. These indicators relate to brand issues, warranty, training, parts control and stock management, pricing, and service systems, including service centers and service facilities. The proposed concept that becomes a recommendation for improving the performance of power tools ASS is improving the operating system and the selection of partners in the service center and service dealer categories with industrial customer segmentation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Sarana dan prasarana memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kepuasan pegawai memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Bantaeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, facilities and infrastructure on employee satisfaction and performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, facilities and infrastructure on employee performance through job satisfaction. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis and Sobel test. The results of the study found that work motivation had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction. Work discipline can have a significant effect in increasing employee job satisfaction. Facilities and infrastructure have a significant influence in increasing employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction has a significant effect in improving employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of facilities and infrastructure on employee performance at BKPSDM Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the influence of organizational commitment on OCB; analyze the influence of OCB on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of the moderating effect of organizational commitment on OCB, and analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation on OCB on employee performance.. The population and sample were 45 respondents from the Notary Office in Bangli Regency with the saturated sampling method. The data collection technique was using a closed multiple-choice questionnaire and the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis approach was used. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the overall model seen from the coefficient of determination can already be said, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets the requirements of existing and Goodness of Fit in a large position, the overall model is declared quite good. The conclusion of this study is that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance has not been received. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB received. OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance is acceptable. Gender has not been tested as moderating of the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational commitment on OCB and OCB on employee performance.

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of internal service quality on job performance, analyze the influence of job satisfaction on job performance, and analyze the influence of internal service quality and job satisfaction on job performance at The Ritz-Carlton Bali. Questionnaires as the data collection technique were distributed to employees at The Ritz-Carlton Bali as the respondents. The total samples were 85 respondents which identified using simple random sampling technique and Slovin formula as sampling technique. The measurements of this research used a Likert scale. The methods of data analysis used were classic assumption testing, coefficient determination, hypothesis test, and testing by SPSS version 24. The results of data analysis indicated that internal service quality has a positive and significant effect on job performance at The Ritz-Carlton Bali as proven by the value of tcount (3,259) > ttabel (1,663).  Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance at The Ritz-Carlton Bali as proven by the value of tcount 2,742 > ttabel (1,663). and Internal service quality and job satisfaction simultaneously have a contributing is 5,21% through to the job performance. While the other remaining 4,79% is influenced by the other variable studied in this research.

The production of red ceramics (tiles and bricks) was an important activity for the economic development of the municipality of Morro da Fumaça, state of Santa Catarina, Brazil from the 1960s onwards. This segment was a major contributor to the introduction of labor female labor in the local economy. The activity still has great economic relevance for the municipality, since it is a source of tax collection and generation of direct and indirect jobs, for a representative portion of the population. This study aims to narrate the way in which the production and development of red ceramic production took place in the municipality of Morro da Fumaça, south of Santa Catarina, Brazil, confronting it with the social reality of the actors that make up the productive force sector, especially female workers. From the female performance, analyze the working conditions to which they were submitted. Such conditions, at times, imposed a double working day in the activity of ceramic production, work in a family nucleus with the inclusion of minor workers, in addition to the responsibilities with domestic chores.

Financial support is very important in the innovative sphere, because it creates the basis of the whole economic development. There are several ways how this support can be organized: from the family money to government subsidy. This paper focused on a relatively new way how a startup as a small innovative business can gain finance - crowdfunding platforms. As a preparation for the analysis theoretical concepts of innovative startup investment were considered and the unique characteristics of crowdfunding market were examined. The purpose of the study is to underline main characteristic of startups as a way of financial innovation performance, analyze the determinants of crowdfunding platform’s effectiveness, define an optimal strategic behavior for a platform to accumulate greater amount of investment and increase the number of startups which achieve their financial goals. Analysis is based on the data from 105 crowdfunding platforms during last 3 year (from 2018 till 2020). As a result, based on the multiple linear regression an analysis was conducted which showed that age, platform type and scope are main characteristics of crowdfunding platform efficiency while commission type is not correlated with startup crowdfunding success rate.

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of knowledge management on lecturer performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on lecturer performance, and analyze the effect of knowledge management on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that knowledge management had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Knowledge management had a significant effect on lecturer performance. Job satisfaction had a significant effect on lecturer performance. Knowledge management had a significant effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and motivation on job satisfaction, analyze the impact of competence and motivation on performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance, analyze the impact of competency on performance through job satisfaction and analyze the impact of motivation on performance through job satisfaction on teachers in State Junior High Schools 7 Jakarta. In research using a research design, the causality research design between variables and the research method also illustrates the relationship or influence between variables. Data collection techniques use two types of data collection, namely secondary data and primary data. The analysis technique used in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that the influence of competence and motivation on performance through satisfaction could not be intervening variables. The calculation results obtained indicate that each exogenous variable's direct effect is greater than the indirect effect on performance. These results suggest that satisfaction cannot play an intervening variable between competence and motivation on teachers' performance at Junior High School 7 Jakarta.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of independent commissioners on financial performance, analyze the effect of institutional ownership on financial performance, analyze the effect of DER on financial performance, and to analyze the influence of independent commissioners, institutional ownership and DER on financial performance. The method / approach of this research is associative research. The results of the first hypothesis research, the Independent Commissioner Beta value of 0.615116 indicates that the independent commissioner has an influence on financial performance. The second hypothesis testing results, Beta value of institutional ownership of 0.007281 indicates institutional ownership has an influence on financial performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis, the DER Beta Value of -0.162996 indicates that the DER has an influence on financial performance. The fourth hypothesis testing results, the significance test of multiple regression seen from the data from the results of significant testing and F test. Conclusion of the results of the first hypothesis testing, the Beta value of the independent commissioner indicates that the independent commissioner has an influence on financial performance. The results of the second hypothesis testing, Beta value of institutional ownership indicates institutional ownership has an influence on financial performance. The third hypothesis testing results, Beta value dept to equity ratio indicates the DER has an influence on financial performance. The fourth hypothesis testing results, a significant test of multiple regression can be seen from the data of the significant test results and the F test. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai hal-hal sebagai berikut: untuk menganalisis pengaruh komisaris independen terhadap kinerja keuangan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh dept to equity ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional dan dept to equity ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan. Metode/Pendekatan berdasarkan pada judul dan permasalahan, maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Hasil Penelitian Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama, Nilai Beta komisaris independen (komind) sebesar 0.615116 yang menandakan bahwa komisaris independen (komind) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan (knrkeu). Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua, Nilai Beta kepemilikan institusional (kepinst) sebesar 0.007281 yang menandakan bahwa kepemilikan institusional (kepinst) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan (knrkeu). Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga, Nilai Beta dept to equity ratio (DER) sebesar -0.162996 yang menandakan bahwa dept to equity ratio (DER) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan (knrkeu).
