The purpose of the study. The main goal of the study is to determine the most effective solutions for the development of cave tourism and medical tourism, as well as the standard of living and infrastructure of the region, based on the used literature and the questionnaire research on tourism development. Applied methods. The study starts with information about the natural and geological heritage found in the Domica region in Slovakia. It continues with the discovery, construction and characterization of the most significant caves from a tourist and economic point of view. Following the professional characterization, the questionnaire research developed and evaluated in the last stage of the study analyzes the possibility of the development of cave tourism and health tourism in the immediate vicinity of the Domica Cave based on the opinions, remarks and experiences of the service providers in the area. Outcomes. Caves are called natural underground cavities that have formed as a result of geomorphological and geophysical processes under different natural conditions. The caves in the karst are dissolved or are created by the weathering of the bedrock, while after the leakage of gases, caves form as cavities in the volcanic rocks. Few countries have as many different underground karst formations as Slovakia, with 7,014 known caves, of which only 18 can be visited. Discovering these underground wonders is a new challenge for hikers. Interest in caves peaked in the 20th century, when the desire to return to nature and improve the health of patients with respiratory diseases (speleotherapy) became the leading motivation. Today, caves are most often used for recreation. Nevertheless, within geotourism a popular way to explore caves is caving and the associated extreme or less extreme sports that only came to the fore in the 21st century. The results of the research of this study are sufficient evidence that the region is suitable for the development of cave tourism and medical tourism, for which the most obvious solution is to create an international geopark.

(1) Background: The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the problem of combining work and private life. The pandemic conditions have turned out to be particularly difficult for parents who, due to changes in the organization of the education system, have been forced to reconcile their professional duties with the raising of childcare. Thanks to the recommendations for cooperation between schools and parents proposed in this study, it will be possible to reduce the risk and uncertainty of achieving common goals of the education system. (2) Methods: In the preparation of nationwide research, a questionnaire was provided to a sample of 10,331 respondents, including 7800 professional parents, in a trial form before a transition to the study of children. (3) Results: The analysis of the data showed that educational institutions should shape their activities based on cooperation with the family environment of children. (4) Conclusions: Educational institutions can help working parents in times of increased uncertainty. Parents reported that in caring for children, it would be helpful to operate educational institutions in stationary mode. Moreover, they expect increases in extracurricular and extra-curricular activities.

The Danube Wine Region is one of the most important wine regions in Hungary with potential for geological and wine tourism. The research focused on basic issues related to the Monor wine community of the Danube wine region and the Monor cellar village, such as the consumer attitudes of the potential guests of the Monor cellar village and the wine community, the tourist skills and the consumers' knowledge of local products and values. We tried to find answers to our research questions in a complex way with primary questionnaire research and secondary data collection. We found that Monor wine is good, consumer attitudes underpin wine tourism developments. Monor's basic wine tourism skills are good, with valuable elements from a geotourism point of view, but most of the additional tourism services are not available at a satisfactory level.

Aims to produce a proper practicum guide based on the aspects of the validity of the material and media. The research data was collected using the ADDIE model. The results of the study focused on the data of the development stage. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively in the form of suggestions from the validator and quantitative analysis in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. Research in the development stage uses an instrument, namely a material and media expert validation questionnaire sheet. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the practicum guide product developed was declared feasible in terms of the validity of the material and media, with a percentage score of 94% and 86% in the very good category. The results of the trial showed that in the small group trial 80% (good) and the large group trial 87% (very good).

Background: Every year, some 300 million operations are performed around the world, with approximately 700,000 in Sweden. This represents about one surgical procedure per 25 people. All these operations are not free of risk. The safety of patients can be enhanced by teamwork, good communication and checklists ensuring adherence to safety routines. The aim of the present study was to describe the experience of Swedish healthcare professionals of using the WHO surgical checklist, with special emphasis on different occupations and teamwork. Methods:A descriptive cross-sectional statistical study, including healthcare professionals from two departments at a university hospital in the western part of Sweden, was conducted. Data were collected from one hundred and ninety-six healthcare professionals, using a self-administered questionnaire that contained 12 questions. The Mantel-Haenszel and Pearson χ2 tests were used for ordered and unordered categorical variables. Results: One hundred and ninety-six healthcare professionals, aged 21-73, and 6 different categories with 5-25 years experiences participated. Regarding the usage of the checklist at different departments, the biggest different was about responsibility to implementation of the checklist (p=0,001), using the checklist in the emergency situations (p=0.04), if the checklist improve patient’s safety (p=0.04), and if the list has been completed correctly (p=0,006). Regarding the training for using the checklist, anaesthetist nurses were most negative with 75,5%, and the operating nurses were most positive with 39.2 %. 66,0 % of nurse anaesthetists, the checklist was adapted to the department. Majority of all the occupations thought that the checklist improved patients safety, and that the checklist had been correctly completed. Conclusion: Different departments and different occupations experience difficulties using the checklist in the Swedish healthcare system. More research is needed to investigate the experiences of healthcare professionals, whether different occupations report differently about using the checklist and whether teamwork is influenced by using the checklist. A further understanding of the checklist and its importance, as well as its content, could increase the safety of patients due to improved compliance. Key words: WHO checklist, surgery, occupation, teamwork questionnaire, research .

Flexibility in housing has been used for a long time to meet the changing needs of inhabitants. After a century of vicissitude, flexibility became a means for architects to deal with social changes in the new millennium. The International Building Exhibition (IBA) 2013, which took place in Hamburg, Germany, is an example of how the concept of flexibility is being adopted. Housing, in particular, the post-occupancy phase, has not been studied, despite the urban-level aspects of the IBA Hamburg having been extensively written about. Seven years after its construction, nothing is known about what happened regarding these new approaches. The purpose of this study is to investigate the number of households in the IBA Hamburg housing projects that have used the promoted concept of flexibility, particularly in the “Building Exhibition within the Building Exhibition.” As a result, this article aims to shed light on this issue by presenting data from a field survey regarding whether floor plan flexibility was used, and if so, to what extent and what were the reasons. As a result, the author utilized an administered and self-administered open and closed-ended survey questionnaire research approach to collect necessary data for the execution of this investigation. The survey was conducted in twenty-two apartments, with four residential buildings chosen as a case selection for this investigation. The results of this study revealed that, despite being considered during the initial planning phase, flexibility was not commonly applied in the housing projects of IBA Hamburg 2013. Furthermore, the findings reveal that the extent of use of flexibility in these case studies is closely linked with the occupation status of the inhabitants.
