Module as an Alternative In Material Delivery in an Online Drawing Course

Information Technology development has been a driving force to improve teaching materials more effectively and efficiently nowadays. Revolution in teaching must be done continuously without neglecting reading or listening habits as has been practiced. In addition, in the year 2020 the global Covid-19 pandemic happened which has forced the education institution to change the conventional way of learning. Having been implemented to avoid the crowd, online learning needs a new strategy in its implementation. In fact, the online teaching and learning system is not free from obstacles, especially in courses requiring fine motor skills like those in the Basic Drawing course. One of the solutions to tackle the problems is by designing modules to be used as course materials. Online medium developed nowadays utilizes module platform with instructions in pdf format and video materials. This paper describes how modules have been used to implement teaching and learning in one semester during online learning nowadays. Key words: online learning, module, drawing course

Determination of confiscation of evidence of data in cyber crime

The social order in the digital era is increasingly diverse through interaction and communication using high-tech devices. However, this often causes violations and disturbances to public order and harms others (cyber crime). Based on the background above, there is problem formulation in this research, namely what is the legal basis for determining data confiscation in cyber crime and what the mechanism for data confiscation in cybercrime is. The type of research used is normative, namely seeing and analyzing from the point of view of legislation and applicable norms, especially those related to the problems in this research. The result of discussion is that the legal basis for data confiscation in cyber crime is referring to Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). This law contains regulations regarding the management of information and electronic transactions at the national level, with the aim that information technology development can be carried out optimally, evenly, and spread to all levels of society in order to educate the nation's life, while the mechanism for confiscation of data in cyber crime begins with electronic data in the form of writing, images and sound or all three are intangible and cannot be seen/heard.

Usability Cost-Benefit Analysis for Information Technology Applications and Decision Making

Usability is an important quality attribute for information technology (IT) applications. However, integrating usability design and evaluation as an integral part of the development processes in information technology development organizations is still a challenge. This chapter gives an overview on the usability cost-benefit analysis models and provides some example cases of the importance of usability. These models and cases can be used by usability professionals to motivate the organizational management to provide resources for usability work and to integrate usability work as part of the development process. The target audience for this chapter are professionals and researchers working in the field of IT, managers in IT development organizations, as well as managers in organizations acquiring and using IT.

ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF ACCOUNTING EXPENDITURES FOR THE OUTPUT OF PRODUCTS

At present stage of the market economy development, characterized by decrease in its growth rate and increasing competition, it becomes urgent to search for new ways to increase the competitiveness of Russian companies. One of the more reliable ways to increase it is to reduce the cost of production, which characterizes the efficiency of products manufacturing at a particular enterprise. Effective management of the manufacturing process at an enterprise depends on how well cost accounting and output cost determination are organized and how timely the information about expenditures is received by persons making long-term and short-term management decisions. The article deals with the issues of accounting for expenditures on manufacturing work at an enterprise, directions for improving cost accounting. In the course of the study, it is revealed that the modern system of accounting for production expenditures faces a number of problems. One of them is the lack of a unified approach to determining the method of accounting for production expenditures in a modern enterprise. In addition, such a problem as control over operating expenditures has been identified due to insufficient organization of expenditures accounting at the place of their occurrence, as well as by the center of financial responsibility and product varieties. The problem of different levels in information technology development at specific enterprises is also considered, which is considered to be a deterrent to the introduction of more advanced expenditures accounting methods. New opportunities in automation of the accounting system for production expenditures are disclosed and new directions are proposed in projects for implementing operational production cost accounting systems. The results can be used for scientific and practical activities related to research in the field of accounting, financial and managerial accounting. The authors make a conclusion on the need to improve the accounting of production expenses, which is dictated by such market factors as competition, pricing, assortment policy, expediency of investments, etc.

On the one hand, it is considered as the “virtual currency” and called both a special payment network and a new type of monetary means. On the other hand, it is called a “digital asset”, which can be exchanged for other assets. Cryptocurrency is characterized by a free market rate formed on the demand-supply basis.

Implementation of Distributed Operation and Maintenance of Cross-Border e-Commerce Platform Based on Cloud Native Architecture

The traditional architecture of e-commerce data management needs to adapt to the new and more complex environment, which needs to provide massive data management, compatibility of different types of data, and better user experience. Cloud computing technology is a synthesis of parallel, distributed, and grid computing and is one of the future directions of information technology development. In this paper, we use cloud computing data management technology to study the data management of e-commerce. It is hoped that the current e-commerce data management can be improved with the help of cloud computing technology. This paper starts from analyzing the current e-commerce representatives Taobao.com and Jingdong Mall to find out the data characteristics of these two enterprises, analyze the existing data problems, and find the aspects that can be improved. Using this open-source cloud computing implementation solution, we solve the storage problem of large files and unstructured small files in the e-commerce system.

During the research, such a program product was developed, with usage of author’s content, to avoid the similarities with the other products. Today, the information technology sphere remains one of the leading sectors of the economy. The field of computer games, in turn, is one of the most popular areas of information technology development. Over the past 50 years, this segment has only strengthened its position in the global entertainment market and continues to grow. Profits from the sale of games are growing, as is the demand for them, because nowadays more people play electronic games than ever before. Due to the inconvenience of the financial plan on the part of publishers involved in the distribution of computer games, the phenomenon of indie games has emerged - projects that are independent from a financial and creative point of view. This article is devoted to the issue of modeling and development of computer indie games. The above-mentioned computer game being developed is a representative of the "visual novel" genre. The main purpose of any game is to meet the needs of end users - players - in the organization of their own leisure, as well as making a profit from the game. The software product under development is an electronic (computer) game called "PRIESTESS", developed using the tools of the engine "Ren'Py" and high-level programming language "Python", the graphical shell of the project is created using the graphical editor "Photoshop CS5". All the necessary models, schemes, diagrams and algorithms were made before the development, and built by means of the Internet resource "draw.io".

Today, with the various problems faced by the world community, it requires everyone in various countries to develop technology and science to overcome various problems that are currently faced and predict future problems. Through innovation, the world's technological engineering is felt in the palm of the hand, even if only by means of a cell phone. This condition then inspired the Japanese Cabinet in 2016 to initiate society 5.0 or Society 5.0 through the Japanese Cabinet within the framework of the 5th Science and Technology Basic Plan. The big vision carried by the Japanese Cabinet in the 5th design and technology plan is to create a Super Intelligent Society (MSC). MSC is positioned as the fifth stage of development in the social structure of society, after previously the hunter / gatherer, agrarian, industrial, and information societies. In line with the development and innovation referred to above, the demand for services in the property sector, especially in building buildings, is getting higher. So that the concept of "Smart Building" or better known as Smart Building / Intelligent Building is created. This concept was born as a result of increasing human welfare and changes in modern life patterns that demand a level of service and management of the building environment, which greatly affects the welfare and services in the workplace, which in turn will affect productivity, morality and satisfaction. Therefore, efforts to adjust the current conditions between the speed of information technology development and the growth of a new generation of humans in this era which are almost linear / concurrent, as well as between society and building, are an effort that must be made so that technological and social developments can coincide. . This effort is what is meant by reformulation of Smart Buildings in the Concept of Society 5.0.

In reviewing literature, according to Forrester Research, most Chinese on-line consumers are convenient with websites involving content in language own use. Further studies and recommendations are presented accordingly.
