The reality that is happening in the world globally today is experiencing turbulence, so the impact is that many things are changing rapidly (volatality), uncertainty (uncertainty), complex (complexity) and often confusing (ambiguity). Today we see the emergence of strange phenomena that we never imagined would be present before, namely changes that are visible and very significant affect the way of life and the mindset of humans as a whole. The current global education world is facing the so-called technology and information gap between digital immigrants (old teachers who learn technology) and digital natives (students who enjoy and use technology), while there are still teachers who are currently quite stuttering in dealing with students or students who speak technology. These old teachers often find it difficult to change the teaching and learning paradigm, find it difficult to adjust to the latest trends in teaching and digital-based learning media that are developing fast, feel threatened by technology, and feel confused to change. Ideally, teachers should be willing and able to change their mindset, they are old and will soon retire. Teachers must be willing to be open to changing times because teachers are real lifelong learners. Teachers are role models and agents of life change. Keywords: Globalization, Teacher, Volatality, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity

Changing times require people to be able to keep up with technological developments. One of technologies that plays a big role in changing people’s patterns and lifestyles are electronic technology. The development of electronic technology requires human resources who have competencies that are in accordance with the needs of society and industry. Based on observation survey had been done to Rancagong people, they haven’t understand about electronic too much. So that it’s worth to be done the community service at the location. Several subject matters are soldering practice, LED assembly: Seri and Parallel, LED Blinking Assembly, Assembly of Lighting Sensors Automatically and Amplifier Assembly. Implementation of community service involve lecturers/intructors as embodiment in college obligations. In addition, this activity also involves students in order to get experiences and lesson learned directly.

This paper examines the agricultural training in higher education institutions and tertiary colleges, their pre-eminent role and how best they can contribute to alleviate poverty in rural communities in Fiji and other South Pacific island countries. These institutions provide support through training farmers (vocational and adult education) and/or extension officers and providing researchers. Unfortunately, agricultural training institutions are not adapting to the rapid changing times early enough and have more or less maintained the traditional way of training. There is a need for agricultural institutions to amend their programs to facilitate the new emerging areas, together with new learning and teaching frameworks, establish new partnerships with the private sector in addition to expanding their representation in governance in addition to holding continuous dialogue with policymakers. Further, these institutions can potentially showcase local customs and knowledge, mirroring the regional culture, and ethical customs of the Pacific island community, as well as global movements and development forces. In reinforcing their title role as contributors to a culture of education and rural agricultural development, we suggest that agricultural institutions engage more directly and more effectively in partnerships and dialogue with other local agricultural stakeholders and their surrounding rural communities in Fiji and other Pacific island countries.

In the world of education, it is very common for curriculum changes to be carried out with various considerations in accordance with changing times. In line with changes in the curriculum in Indonesia, the Ministry of Religion also issued a new curriculum written in KMA No. 183 of 2019 replacing KMA No. 165 of 2014 concerning 2013 curriculum guidelines for PAI and Arabic language materials. In KMA No. 165 of 2014 and KMA No. 183 of 2019, it is stated that the basic framework of the Madrasah Curriculum (PAI and Arabic) has been developed on philosophical, sociological, psycho-pedagogical, and juridical basis. Regarding the assessment of PAI and Arabic, KMA No. 183 of 2019, still has some similarities with KMA No. 165 of 2014, among others, assessment objectives, assessment principles, assessment methods, assessment techniques and tools as well as assessment aspects (attitudes, knowledge and skills). However, the highlight of KMA No. 183 of 2019 is the assessment of aspects of knowledge that require higher-order thinking skills or HOTS which has never been discussed at KMA No. 165 of 2014 before. ABSTRAKDalam dunia pendidikan sangat lumrah jika perubahan kurikulum terus dijalankan dengan berbagai pertimbangan sesuai dengan perubahan zaman. Sejalan dengan perubahan kurikulum di Indonesia, Kementerian Agama juga mengeluarkan kurikulum baru yang tertulis dalam KMA No. 183 tahun 2019 menggantikan KMA No. 165 tahun 2014 tentang pedoman kurikulum 2013 materi PAI dan Bahasa Arab. Dalam KMA No. 165 Tahun 2014 dan KMA No. 183 Tahun 2019, disebutkan bahwa kerangka dasar Kurikulum Madrasah (PAI dan Bahasa Arab) telah dikembangkan atas dasar falsafah, sosiologi, psiko-pedagogis, dan yuridis. Terkait penilaian PAI dan Bahasa Arab, KMA No. 183 Tahun 2019, masih memiliki beberapa kesamaan dengan KMA No. 165 Tahun 2014, antara lain tujuan penilaian, prinsip penilaian, metode penilaian, teknik dan alat penilaian serta aspek penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan). Namun yang menjadi sorotan dari KMA No 183 Tahun 2019 ini adalah penilaian aspek pengetahuan yang membutuhkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau HOTS yang belum pernah dibahas di KMA No 165 Tahun 2014 sebelumnya.

Lane Utilization Ratio (LUR), affected by lane selection behavior directly, represents the traffic distribution on different lanes of road section for a single direction. The research on LUR, especially under Penetration Conditions of Connected and Automated Vehicles (PCCAV), is not comprehensive enough. Considering the difficulty in the conduction of real vehicle experiment and data collection under PPCAV, the lane selection model based on phase-field coupling and set pair logic, which considers the full-information of lanes, was used to carry out microscopic traffic simulation. From the analysis of microsimulation results, the basic relationships between Penetration of Connected and Automated Vehicles (PCAV), traffic volume, and Lane-Changing Times, also that between PCAV, traffic volume, and LUR in the basic section of the urban expressway were studied. Moreover, the influence of driving propensity on the effect of PCAVs was also studied. The research results could enrich the traffic flow theory and provide the theoretical basis for traffic management and control.

This chapter offers commentary on adaptation and resilience to stresses on water systems in a potentially catastrophic future. While considering futures studies as an integral part of science education is not new, reorganizing knowledge and its deployment to equip future leaders to address the complexity, paradox and unpredictability of problem requires new educational paradigms. Youth are poised as agents of change in a collaborative, networked, and complexity-embracing future. Through exploring the changes in waters due to climate change and human activity, and what those changes may mean for developing and maintaining resilience in the postnormal future, a complex adaptive systems (CAS) framework guides new alternatives for education and water policy action in these changing times and within the broad goals of sustainability.

In general, the quality of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia can be said to lag behind non-Islamic educational institutions. The quality of education is influenced by the quality of the education management it carries out. The better the quality of management of an educational institution, the quality of education produced will certainly be directly proportional. Changing times continue to occur and competition between educational institutions is also getting tougher. If you are not able to manage an educational institution properly, you will be left behind and it is possible to go bankrupt. One of these self-improvement efforts is the need to reformulate strategic management by considering the concept of a strategic management model. The purpose of this study is to explore a strategic management model for improving the quality of Islamic education. The research was carried out through an approach to library research methods. The results of this study have shown that in fact management strategy has a concept in Islam, so there are already Islamic educational institutions to run it according to Islamic guidelines in order to improve the quality of Islamic education.
