Information systems are needed in an organization because what determines the running of an organization is the information it has, such as in making reports given to the leadership, depending on whether the information is accurate or not. As is the case in non-profit organizations in the community, namely Posyandu. Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) is a form of Upaya Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) carried out by, from and with the community, to empower and provide convenience to the community to obtain health services for mothers, infants and toddlers. The implementation of the Posyandu which is routinely carried out every month is carried out by health cadres whose workforce is voluntary and is chosen by local residents and is tasked with fostering the community. The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge and understanding to Posyandu cadres so that they can provide maximum health services to the community, especially health service administration during registration, recording and reporting, namely by providing socialization of the use of the Web-Based Posyandu Information System for Cendana Posyandu cadres in Kahuripan Village, Tasikmalaya City. It is hoped that with this socialization, the cadres can use the Posyandu Information System properly so that the health services provided can run optimally. PLTU Jeranjang, West Lombok Regency, is a power plant that uses low-calorie coal. The activities and all power generation activities, including the PLTU Jeranjang, have the potential to have an impact on the social and economic conditions of the community around the power plant location. While the research sample used purposive sampling by considering the selection of respondents, ease of access, cost and time of the study. This study resulted that the community experienced a decrease in income up to 79%, especially fishermen and farmers. However, the level of anxiety is relatively low because %URS only reached 56%. The health impact that is often experienced by the community throughout the year is Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI). The magnitude of the disturbance in fishing activities is classified as having a sufficient impact because 71% of fisherman feel a change in the typology of fishing which has an impact on the economy. The amount of disturbance to fishing activities is quite adequate with an FAI value of 0.003391. The operational activities of the PLTU Jeranjang as a whole have an impact that is still included in the low category so that this impact can be minimized by optimizing the monitoring, control, treatment, and information disclosure between the PLTU Jeranjang and the community.

AbstractThis study examines the concept of transparency as practiced (or not) in ports. It explores the availability of information to the general public and port stakeholders through the ports’ most public face—its website, studying public ports in North America, Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean. This exploratory research centred on identifying the parameters that would be useful for the general public to have sufficient information to monitor, review and in many cases, participate in the decision-making processes carried out by the port authority, irrespective of whether or not laws mandate such disclosure. Fifty-one items were identified for the examination of each port’s website, focusing primarily on four major categories: decision-making governance, port communications and accessibility, transparency in reporting and in port operational activities. Using nine items as proxies for the 51, the research reveals uneven levels of port transparency both regionally and by governance model. The study reveals a need for increasing and differentiating the existing levels and standards of transparency in the governance of the port industry, and for greater consistency between ports within and across regions. The study concludes with a research agenda for future research.

In Poland, during the People’s Republic of Poland, the policy of central management of the economy was based on the principles of unity of state power and unity of state property. They constituted the foundation of the state sector and the state economic activity. State-owned enterprises, strongly subordinated to public administration bodies, were the leading form of economic activity. The authoritarian state controlled not only the process of enterprise creation, liquidation and supervision, but also the enterprises’ operational activities. Strong state supervision and lack of responsibility for financial results were the main reasons for their low profitability, which in turn brought about attempts to reform the legal structure of the state-owned enterprises. The aim of the article is to show the legal and organizational changes in state-owned enterprises that are to produce an increase in economic efficiency. Based on the historical-legal method and the grammatical interpretation of the law, it was shown that the reforms undertaken in the field of the organization of state-owned enterprises were not effective.

The article analyses the fundamental research “Multilateralism in Transition: Challenges and Opportunities for the OSCE”, prepared by a team of Swiss experts under the leadership of the renowned Swiss diplomat Thomas Greminger (the Permanent Representative of Switzerland to the OSCE, the UN and the International Organizations in Vienna). The fact that T. Greminger served as Secretary General of the OSCE from 2017 to 2020 gives added value to the research. This created a unique opportunity to combine in the research his vast experience, personal impressions from the observance of the “internal kitchen” of the Organization and his analyses of the main directions of the work of the OSCE. The research focuses on the central problems of the OSCE’s activities- preservation of the European security, prevention and regulation of conflicts, new challenges to the European security, strategic partnership of the OSCE with major international organizations, introduction of modern technologies to the operational activities of the Organization, reformation and modernization of the OSCE’ s management system and operational functions. Special attention is payed to the revitalization of the OSCE Structured Dialogue ‒ the main platform for discussions of the most important politico-military problems and confidence-building measures, exchange of information on current perceptions of threat, military capacity, de-escalation measures, best practices for the prevention and improved management of military incidents. The book contains a positive assessment of the concept of cooperative actions aimed at a collective response to the new challenges to the European security: climate change and environment destruction, impact of technology on the societies, illegal migration, pandemics, cross- border organised crime, cyber threats, nuclear security. The authors of the book consider that the collective security initiative could stimulate trust, convergence of interests of participating states and finally would improve European security through cooperation. They also bring to attention the problems of the longstanding reform of the OSCE through presentation of the ten-point reform agenda, including management reform of the OSCE Secretariat, reform of the budget cycle, information security and automating work processes. leveraging partnerships with international and regional organizations.

Tembak Hamlet is the first orangutan school area built by the Sintang Orangutan Center (SOC). One of the programs is empowering women to make orangutan dolls. Part of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the operational activities of the orangutan school. The SOC is aware that socio-cultural and economic aspects significantly influence the successful implementation of the orangutan school program. This study was analyzed using the empowerment ladder concept and Symbolic Interactionism Theory. This study aimed to analyze the empowerment of women in Tembak Hamlet and its socio-economic impacts. The research uses a qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this research consist of 6 purposively determined people. This analysis is expected to be a reference material for orangutan conservation organizations in other places to pay more attention to the socio-cultural and economic aspects of the community. The results showed that the process in the empowerment stage formed the meaning of orangutan conservation in the women of the orangutan doll-making group. Women use orangutan dolls as a symbol of women's contribution to protecting customary forests and orangutans.

“Synodality is a style, it is walking together, and it is what the Lord expects of the Church in the third millennium” (Francis). The specific motto and wording of this study in the quoted “programme” thought of Pope Francis, articulated in the Address to Members of the International Theological Commission (2019). The Pope expresses appreciation for the extensive work of the Commission crowned with the “theological clarification” of the mentioned idea, and above all by demonstrating the importance in the perception of the mission of the Church today. If, in the opinion of the Holy Father, factual and competent expert argumentation, step by step, reveals the truth that “a synodal Church is a Church of participation and co-responsibility,” such a determination cannot remain without impact on the praxis of undertaking the most serious pastoral challenges of the present time — on various levels of realization: local, regional, and universal, including ecumenical commitment. This applies in its entirety to the creation of strategies and specific actions of the Church towards the growing phenomenon of human mobility, especially in its forms that manifest themselves as dramatic and devastating to families and individuals. What we mean here is the Church’s multi-track postulate — or more precisely: communion, synodal — efficiency (with its determinants: dynamics, efficiency, effectiveness), for which in 2016 Francis coined the term: “accompanying migrants”. Consequently, in recent years there have been a number of normative and operational activities of the present successor of St. Peter, which in our time — rightly called: “the era of migration” (Francis) — set a new trend of clothing/embellishing the aforementioned critical area of salus animarum with synodal accents. As it is showed in the study, a canonist, with the horizon of the principle of ius sequitur vitam before his eyes, cannot remain passive towards the pressing challenges delineated here. Indeed, within the orbit of the study of canon law a weighty question appears — what conclusions of a canonical nature stem from the “millennium” project of the realization of the Synodal Church Idea.

In this research, through the development of a teaching innovation project, the aim is to highlight the importance of educational and pedagogical changes that require both the adaptation of teaching to new situations and the possibility of taking advantage of the available resources to be applied in different degrees (master and degree) simultaneously. For this, the innovation experience carried out by a group of professors from the University of Granada who teach subjects in the CiTPA Master, MARA Master and Degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Assets is presented. It addresses the development of unpublished teaching material (videos, manuals for the application of analytical techniques and the use of specialized software, all in a bilingual version), for its integration into different subjects in which it is necessary to make different research techniques known, use of specific software and precise operational activities that are used for the characterization of materials.Competency-based learning through innovation offers students a real and applied experience that has an immediate practical and professional implication, taking advantage of the skills of the new generations. The results, expected in future evaluations, must be analyzed both individually and for the group of subjects, being recognized in advance the good result and the facilities that teamwork, the recognition of skills and the facilities entail in the field of the teacher, the selection of common competences between different subjects and training levels.
