We have attempted to build a parametric-based simplified and analytical model to map the interaction of quarks and gluons in the presence of magnetic field, which has been constrained by quark condensate and thermodynamical quantities like pressure, energy density, etc., obtained from the calculation of lattice quantum chromodynamics (QCDs). To fulfill that mapping, we have assumed a parametric temperature and magnetic field-dependent degeneracy factor, average energy, momentum and velocity of quarks and gluons. Implementing this QCD interaction in calculation of transport coefficient at finite magnetic field, we have noticed that magnetic field and interaction both are two dominating sources, for which the values of transport coefficients can be reduced. Though the methodology is not so robust, but with the help of its simple parametric expressions, one can get a quick rough estimation of any phenomenological quantity, influenced by temperature and magnetic field-dependent QCD interaction.

An overview of a hadron resonance gas (HRG) model that includes van der Waals (vdW) interactions between hadrons is presented. Applications of the excluded volume HRG model to heavy-ion collision data and lattice quantum chromodynamics (QCD) equation of state are discussed. A recently developed quantum vdW HRG model is covered as well. Applications of this model in the context of the QCD critical point are elaborated.

We investigate the electromagnetic form factor of [Formula: see text] meson using [Formula: see text] twisted mass lattice quantum chromodynamics gauge configurations. The numerical simulations are carried out under twisted boundary conditions which are helpful to increase the resolution in momentum space. We determine electromagnetic form factors with more small four-momentum transfer, and further fit the charge radius for [Formula: see text] meson.

Motivated by the recent lattice study by FASTSUM collaboration, effective masses of the baryon parity-doublers are shown for various pion masses. A general trend of the nucleon and delta parity-doublers is consistent with the lattice Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) observation, whereas the hyperon masses exhibit a qualitatively different behavior, traced back to the lattice set-up with the heavy pion comparable to the kaon. As an application to hot QCD, we demonstrate the fluctuations and correlations involving baryon number in hot hadronic matter with modified masses of negative-parity baryons, in the context of the hadron resonance gas. Confronting the baryon number susceptibility, baryon–charge and baryon–strangeness correlations as well as their ratios with the lattice QCD data for the physical pion mass, we find that the strong downward mass shift in the hyperons can accidentally reproduce some correlation ratios, however it also tends to overshoot the individual fluctuations and correlations of lattice simulations. Another application of nucleon parity doubling is the physics of neutron stars. Under beta equilibrium and charge neutrality, hadronic matter with unbroken chiral symmetry can be favored in the core of the neutron stars.
