The literature review section touched on all the four-main sections of the review which include conceptual review, theoretical framework, theoretical exposition and empirical review. The study adopted descriptive survey design and used summary and descriptive statistics as well as regression analysis as the main tools of analysis. All tests were conducted at 0.05 level of significance. Preliminary results indicated that F-Statistic of 18.029 is statistical significant and as such, the model was considered valid for predictions. The regression coefficient showed that 61.7 percent relationship exists between the dependent and independent variables. The coefficient of determination also showed that 52.9 percent variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the regressors. Major findings are that manpower planning in the area of forecasting to anticipate employees number and skills/expertise level have significant positive effect on organizational performance. Employee resourcing comprising employment activities such as human resource planning, employee recruitment, selection, and adaptation, or retention planning and managing employee turnover seems to be a critical function of school management. It enables school managers to ensure the school has quality teachers and other employees it needs to achieve the expected objectives of the school. The biggest challenges of school managers in employee resourcing involve retaining teachers and dealing with teacher turnover. Based on the example of Czech regional schools, the article aims to discuss the current challenges of school managers in employee resourcing in regional schools and define possible ways to deal with the issue of retaining teachers and teacher turnover. The article applies findings of the authors' questionnaire survey on the practice of employee resourcing in Czech regional schools with the focus on the teachers' adaptation as a critical tool for retaining teachers. The authors' questionnaire survey was carried out in the second half of the school year 2018/2019 and in the first half of the school year 2019/2020. The respondents included managers of Czech preschools, elementary schools, and high schools. The answers were obtained from 19% of schools (116 out of 600 addressed schools). The findings show that surveyed regional schools can successfully deal with the challenges in employee resourcing, however, they should apply a more systematic approach, especially to the teachers' adaptation that could help them to deal with the challenge in retaining teachers and reducing the teacher turnover.

Structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is used to investigate causal relationship among exogenous and endogenous variables. Findings indicate that underpinned factors like talent management, succession planning, job analysis, staffing plan, and career development have showed positive impact to predict strategic goals of the firm. The interaction effect between achieving strategic goal and organizational innovation is found significant and confirmed that the positive relationship between achieving strategic goal of firm and organizational productivity will be stronger when organizational innovation is higher. Effect size analysis〖 f〗^2 indicates that employee creativity has the highest effect size in achieving strategic goal of the firm. Finally, the current study contributes to theory and practice while showing the importance of human resource planning in predicting organizational productivity.

The study examines the effect human resource planning has on the performance of public sector organizations in Nigeria. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey research design with the collection of primary data using a questionnaire that was administered to 100 employees in the human resource department of the Ministry of Works and housing in Abuja, Nigeria. Correlation analysis using Pearson correlation was employed to determine the relationship between the variables and regression analysis was used to analyze the hypotheses with the aid of the IBM statistical package for social sciences. The result findings revealed that the multiple correlation coefficient indicates a strong correlation between the variables (R= 0.779). and that projected demand for workforce and recruitment and selection account for 60.7% of the total variation in organization performance. Of the two variables used, the recruitment and selection process account for the highest contribution to organization performance. Effective human resource planning in terms of projected demand for workforce and recruitment and selection will enable institutions to attract the right kind of people in the right numbers, improve employees' expertise, talents, and abilities, and keep them in the business. The study recommends that the recruitment and selection process should be open and transparent with little or no political interference to allow for the selection of applicants with the right expertise and skills into the workforce.
