The study’s objective is to determine factors impacting employees’ job satisfaction at Vinh Long Radio and Television (TV) Station. The authors used convenient sampling to collect data from 233 employees working at Vinh Long Radio and TV Station. The exploratory factor analysis and multivariable linear regression help the study find seven factors affecting job satisfaction. They include nature of work, training and promotion, income, leadership, colleagues, working environment, work pressure, and work autonomy. In which, work pressure has the most negative influence on job satisfaction of employees working at Vinh Long Radio and TV Station.

The study is conducted with a view to analyze the social problems of the Sikh community in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan in light of the Islamic Sharia. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was reservation for various religions from ancient times and Sikh creed is one of them. Guru Nanak is its founder and its successor Ranjit Singh has ruled this province for some time i-e (1834-1849) but later on unable to maintain its kingdom and supremacy. The author has collected the major social problems from the social, political, business men and other influential people of various districts through face to face interviews and other print and electronic media. The study find these major problems: registration of marriage act, building of shamshanghaat, educational curriculum and minority seats in educational institutions, census problems, free celebration of cultural and religious festivals, pending of social and religious cases in courts and teasing of the children in schools by saying kafir kafir etc. The study concluded that, the Islamic Sharia allows them full social freedom under certain conditions and keeping in view the sentiments of the Muslims which is an important part of the Islamic history.

This study focuses on the role of communication in mediating conflict in organizations. Data were obtained by observing and documenting a case on organization conflict that occurred at PT. Liek Motor Indrapura Surabaya. This study is a descriptive qualitative study using Blake & Mouton's theory of conflict management and Thomas & Kilmann's managerial grid theory to understand conflict and its solutions in the organization. The results of the study find that communication serves as the best approach in resolving and mediating conflicts in organizations. Through communication, conflicted parties determine the best solution to mediate their interests. Thus, this study proves that communication can function as the best media in conflict management because it is not only able to mediate and resolve the conflicts but also able to prevent other conflicts occur in the organization.

The central object of this paper is to give detailed analysis of educational disparity in Pakistan. This study is examined all over provinces of rural and urban of Pakistan including Islamabad for the period of 2014-15 and the data is used from PSLM. In particular, we calculate education inequality all over the population and beyond the employed population. This study is investigated individually male and female having age equal to 15 years and over and are not being enrolled in any educational institutions. The study finds that there is lack of education over the populace. Whereas, strength of education disparity is extremely low athwart in employed people. When we compare rural-urban areas of Pakistan. The study find that urban areas are less disparity in education as compare to rustic areas. The study also investigates that education inequality are extra serious amid female than male. The province wise contrast shows that education inequality is high in Baluchistan and Sindh while there is less education disparity is Islamabad.

The Gambia is a 95 percent Muslim country that is located in the western part of Africa. The population of the country is around 2.5 m. The Gambia is largely dependent on Agriculture, tax, tourism, and foreign aid and is ranked 178, in the Human Development Index 2019, the Gambia is classified as a country with medium human development. The paper used the literature review method. Currently, there is various microfinance program that has been existing for years, but none of them are having Islamic microfinance loan products until recently when two are lunched, as a result, some did not take their loans and even those who take it is hard to change their lives because it is purely for profit-making and also the higher interest rate for some of them. Islamic Microfinance would be the best development instrument for the population of Gambia. The microfinance institutions in The Gambia are very well expanded, they are the main source of credit to the Gambian population both rural and urban. Therefore it will be very important if microfinance institutions in the Gambia can introduce sharia microfinance. The objective of this paper is to suggest ways to introduce sharia microfinance in The Gambia and the benefits of sharia microfinance. The results of this study find out that Islamic microfinance is a viable loan product that can work in the Gambia, there are various kinds of Islamic microfinance products that can work for the poor in the Gambia, such as farmers, gardeners, and market vendors or SMEs. And Islamic microfinance could be the best way of eradicating poverty in the Gambia, since it is not based on the predetermined interest rate and have various suitable loan schemes, if well implemented can change lives.

The low participation in physical activity and enjoyment among students is the main problem factor in this study. The purpose of this study is to try to increase participation in physical activity and student enjoyment through FEM and SEM which are integrated into physical education learning. This study is using quantitative research with experimental methods. 30 students of Physical Education, Health, and Reacreation Departement from Suryakancana University are willing to be the subjects in this research. The research instrument uses IPAQ and EPESC. Data analysis uses IBM SPSS version 25 with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study find that both of FEM and SEM have a significant impact on increasing students’ participation in physical activity and enjoyment. This study confirms that FEM and SEM are pedagogical tools that lecturers can use to change participation in students’ physical activity and enjoyment from low to high.


The sight of this research paper was to examine the key components of impacting parent’s choice select privet schools for enrollment of their children’s, in Jalalabad city therefore this research paper was designed to find out the most important factors in the mention topic, otherwise for the collecting of data used survey method and the instrument of the data was interview with parents who choose privet schools for their children’s education level, the present study find out three most important factors which are security threats, digital education system, and teachers hiring, the result clearly indicate that privet schools are better for their children’s according to security sects, education level and teachers quality that are hire by education services providers, the findings also show that parents got great feedback from privet school services and they were satisfied from school administrations and schools staff, it is sagest for further researches that many more of factors will consider in this section.
