Abstract Energetics is connected with industry development of the country and determines its geographic layout into certain extent. This fact defines an important and also priority position of energetics in a developed society. On the other side it evokes trying to reach sustainability of the environment and nowadays also trying to reach decreasing of the carbon footprint of human activities. The goal of the article is to present general criteria for localisation of energetic cogeneration plants on biogass base, factors presentation and confrontation of current examples and new trends in shaping architecture under the influence of the development of modern technique and technology. The article analyses mass-composition and architectonic aspects of energetic plants of the chosen performed examples and on the model studies it documents the vision of new solutions on the background of equal, non-invasive and eco-friendly architecture in the surroundings.

Abstract: The main walk of life of our Country is Agriculture. More than 70 % of the population’s lives depend upon agriculture. It is also a great source of country’s economy. In order to make this filed more profitable for farmers proper crops have to be grown in their fields. The prevalent problem among the farmers is Crop choice depending upon the soil in their farmlands. Another challenge faced by farmers is choosing the right fertilisers for their crops, which plays a very important role in getting a good and profitable yield. There is another major problem which they have to give more attention is the pest control or the diseases to which the plants may limit their growth. The above listed problems may solved using the advanced techniques of Precision Agriculture and data mining. Precision Agriculture is modern technique which can be used for farming. The main objective of is to solve above problems using data mining techniques and build a decision system which would help farmers to choose right crops for their farm , fertiliser recommendation for the crops grown and also to help the farmers in detecting the diseases by using the infected leaf images.. Keywords: Precision Agriculture, Data Mining, Crop, fertilizer recommendation system, ML Algorithms

The article focuses on the significance and relevance of victims consent in sexual offenses cases. The case-law of national legal systems as well as of international judicial bodies demonstrates that consent is a conditio sine qua non for qualifying an act as a sexual offense. However, the recent examples of criminal cases raised from national and international jurisprudence allow authors to conclude that the non-consensual character of sexual acts is frequently complicated to prove in due to some peculiarities of the sexual offenses per se. This paper analyses the modern technique of sexual offenses criminalization which can be characterized by one of two possible approaches: first, the presumption of the alleged victim’s consent to sexual intercourse or, on the contrary, second, the presumption of the lack of thereof. Despite the fact that the second approach seems to be more favorable for alleged survivors, the implementation of this approach entails a number of difficulties. The main one is the hypothetical conflict with the metapresumption of criminal procedure (i.e. the presumption of innocence). In the paper this contradiction is analyzed from the perspective of the legislation and jurisprudence of different jurisdictions, as well as the practice of international judicial bodies (European Court of Human Rights, International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda).

The problem of a guaranteed result in game problems of group approach of controlled objects is considered. A method for solving such problems is proposed, which is associated with the construction of some scalar functions that qualitatively characterize the progress of the approach of a group of controlled objects and the efficiency of the decisions made. Such functions are called resolving functions. The attractiveness of the method of resolving functions lies in the fact that it makes it possible to use effectively the modern technique of multivalued mappings and their selection in substantiating game constructions and obtaining meaningful results on their basis. In any form of the method of resolving functions, the main principle is the accumulative principle, which is used in the current summation of the resolving functions to assess the quality of the game of the group approach until a certain threshold value is reached. In contrast to the main scheme of the mentioned method, the case is considered when the classical Pontryagin condition does not hold. In this situation, instead of Pontryagin’s selection, which do not exist, some shift functions are considered and, with their help, special multivalued mappings are introduced. They generate upper and lower resolving functions with the help of which sufficient conditions for the completion of the game of group approach in a certain guaranteed time are formulated. Comparison of guaranteed times for different schemes of group approach of controlled objects is given.

Abstract Background Database Management Systems (DBMSs) use declarative language to execute queries to stored data. The DBMS defines how data will be processed and ultimately retrieved. Therefore, it must choose the best option from the different possibilities based on an estimation process. The optimization process uses estimated cardinalities to make optimization decisions, such as choosing predicate order. Methods In this paper, we propose Robust Cardinality, an approach to calculate cardinality estimates of query operations to guide the execution engine of the DBMSs to choose the best possible form or at least avoid the worst one. By using machine learning, instead of the current histogram heuristics, it is possible to improve these estimates; hence, leading to more efficient query execution. Results We perform experimental tests using PostgreSQL, comparing both estimators and a modern technique proposed in the literature. With Robust Cardinality, a lower estimation error of a batch of queries was obtained and PostgreSQL executed these queries more efficiently than when using the default estimator. We observed a 3% reduction in execution time after reducing 4 times the query estimation error. Conclusions From the results, it is possible to conclude that this new approach results in improvements in query processing in DBMSs, especially in the generation of cardinality estimates.

The problem of the bremsstrahlung contribution calculation as a part of the radiative corrections in the case of single gauge boson production was discussed. It was shown that the hard photon bremsstrahlung contribution can be divided into the finite and divergent terms. The exact calculation of soft photon bremsstrahlung and infrared part of hard photon bremsstrahlung was presented in frame of the dimensional regularization scheme. Numerical analysis of radiative corrections to the cross sections of single gauge boson production was performed.

The World Wide Web (WWW) becomes an important source for collecting, storing, and sharing the information. Based on the users query the traditional web page search approximately retrieves the related link and some of the search engines are Alta, Vista, Google, etc. The process of web mining defines to determine the unknown and useful information from web data. Web mining contains the two approaches such as data-based approach and process-based approach. Now a day the data-based approach is the widely used approach. It is used to extract the knowledge from web data in the form of hyper link, and web log data. In this study, the modern technique is presented for mining web access utility-based tree construction under Modified Genetic Algorithm (MGA). MGA tree are newly created to deploy the tree construction. In the web access sequences tree construction for the most part relies upon internal and external utility values. The performance of the proposed technique provides an efficient Web access sequences for both static and incremental data. Furthermore, this research work is helpful for both forward references and backward references of web access sequences.
