Evidence indicates the effectiveness of these modalities in enhancing the quality of life for the affected patients. Furthermore, many previous investigations have assessed the survival rates of these modalities. Estimates show that implant-supported fixed partial dentures have survival rates of up to 10 years. However, it should be noted that many complications were reported following implantation procedures. These events can reduce the prognosis of the process and worsen the outcomes by decreasing the survival rate. The present literature review aims to provide evidence regarding dental implants' technical, biological, and mechanical complications. It should be noted that the incidence of these complications is generally decreasing based on the recent advance in the field. Adequate knowledge of the landmarks, careful treatment planning, proper case selection, obtaining a comprehensive history and information about implant procedure, and proper sterilization protocol are all different factors that can enhance the prognosis of the implant procedure. These can also reduce the frequency of the reported complications. Furthermore, these complications can be further reduced by being up to date with the recent advances and potential problem-solving research that usually provides adequate solutions that can reduce the frequency of these complications.

International relations (IR) scholars have increasingly integrated Hannah Arendt into their works. Her fierce critique of the conventional ideas of politics driven by rulership, enforcement, and violence has a particular resonance for theorists seeking to critically revisit the basic assumptions of IR scholarship. Arendt’s thinking, however, contains complexity and nuance that need careful treatment when extended beyond domestic politics. In particular, Arendt’s vision of free politics—characterized by the dualistic emphasis on agonistic action and institutional stability—raises two crucial issues that need further elaboration for IR research that appropriates her thinking. One involves the orientation of her international thoughts. Although Arendt showed “idealistic” aspirations for authentic politics practiced by diverse equals in an institutionally articulated space of freedom, she never lost interest in the extant situation of “non-idealistic” politics. Engaging with Arendt’s theory orientation requires a careful analysis of difficult topics, such as her distinctive conception of the political and her critiques of the nation-state and international law. The other topic that needs clarification when Arendt’s thoughts are applied to IR involves specific ways of associating different sites of power. A close examination of Arendt’s council-based federalism reveals her distinctive idea of international politics, based on her acute awareness of the fundamental complexity that lies in power association and state agency. Bringing IR topics like state agency into conversation with her works generates illuminating questions for Arendt scholarship. Likewise, the ongoing debate on agonistic and institutional features of Arendt’s thoughts can provide crucial insights into critical studies of international politics.

The article deals with heart-moving stories about kitties published on the Internet by the Moscow adoption center for cats “Murkosha”, which are studied in connection with the dominants of the volunteer discourse. The article focuses on speech genre and narrative characteristics of these stories. It is shown that their specific language, text, and other features are secondary to the main goal – to influence the reader, to induce him either to take the cat directly or to help the adoption center financially. Accordingly, the means that make it possible to enhance the impact come to the fore: expression, different types of direct appeal to moral imperatives, playing with values; at the syntax level – an abundance of direct and indirect directives. The author shows some speechgenre connections of the heart-moving stories about kitties with other genres of volunteer and non-volunteer (advertising) discourse: they are united by the role of indirect communication in text-building and (usually not directly named) practical illocutionary goal; but they demostrate a different attitude to the values that the author of the heart-moving stories about kitties operates (among them the main one is the increase in the amount of love and goodness in the world). The cat is presented in a humanized form (the method of personification) (hence, and not only from “advertising” intentionality, there is a lot of indirect communication, including metaphors, pastiche of various “human” genres), most often as a child. Hence – many “children’s” genres, imitation of the features of children’s speech and speech of adults in communication with children. The method of personification determines the greatest variety of expressive means when describing the “most metaphorical” components of a cat’s image (frame actants): the “character” of the cat and the “communication” (friendship, love) of the cat and the owner. The article analyzes illocutionary types of heart-moving stories about kitties, identified by the authors themselves and marked with smilies (emergency message for help; the story of a cat that entered the adoption center and is ready to be handed over to the future owner; a message about the need for especially careful treatment of a cat with physical or psychological problems; an adoption center that found a family; “letter from home” from new owners) and narrative types (narrative with partially expressed authorship; mixed (authorship) narratives; pastiche of the “dialogue” of a cat with an adoption center employee; “narrative” on behalf of a cat, etc.). A separate micro-study deals with the heart-moving stories frame structure, where the actants / slots are distinguished: a cat (external data, diseases, and other physical and / or psychological problems, “psychology” of a cat); a past owner of a cat, a new or future owner of a cat; street, street life, homelessness, dangers; adoption center for cats “Murkosha” and its staff. There is a characteristic of the use and distribution of linguistic means (primarily expressive: metaphors, especially – conceptual metaphors, definitions, including applications, epithets, etc.) by frame actants and slots. In particular, it is shown that the image of a cat is formed by three meaningful dominants (concepts): love-friendship (as an indissoluble unity) (hence the image of communication happiness), orphanhood and doing good. The latter corresponds to the dominant of the volunteer discourse. Of the two remaining, orphanhood is well combined with it (the targeting of doing good is emphasized), but the latter rather contradicts it (it is more likely mutually beneficial cooperation, even exchange, than disinterested service) and can probably be explained by the focus on the diversity of reaching a heterogeneous audience, where the motives to take a cat from a shelter can also be different.

To portray the study of disease transmission, the board and result of people with Mucormycosis; and to assess the danger factors related with mortality. We led a planned observational examination including continuous people with demonstrated Mucormycosis across 12 focuses from India. The segment profile, microbiology, inclining elements, the board and 90-day mortality were recorded; hazard factors for mortality were broke down. We included 465 patients. Rhino-orbital mucormycosis was the most well-known (315/465, 67.7%) show followed by aspiratory (62/465, 13.3%), cutaneous (49/465, 10.5%), and others. The inclining factors included diabetes mellitus (342/465, 73.5%), harm (42/465, 9.0%), relocate (36/465, 7.7%), and others. Rhizopus species (231/290, 79.7%) were the most well-known followed by Apophysomyces variabilis (23/290, 7.9%), and a few uncommon Mucorales. Careful treatment was acted in 62.2% (289/465) of the members. Amphotericin B was the essential treatment in 81.9% (381/465), and posaconazole was utilized as mix treatment in 53 (11.4%) people. Antifungal treatment was unseemly in 7.6% (30/394) of the people. The 90-day death rate was 52% (242/465). On multivariate examination, dispersed and rhino-orbital (with cerebral augmentation) mucormycosis, more limited span of manifestations, more limited length of antifungal treatment, and talent with amphotericin B deoxycholate (versus liposomal) were autonomous danger components of mortality. A joined clinical and careful the executives was related with a superior endurance. Diabetes mellitus was the prevailing inclining factor in all types of mucormycosis. Consolidated careful and clinical administration was related with better results. A few holes surfaced in the administration of mucormycosis. The more extraordinary Mucorales recognized in the investigation warrant further assessment.

AbstractWe present the new version of the public code designed to compute the Hawking radiation of black holes, with both primary and hadronized spectra. This new version aims at opening an avenue toward physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM) in Hawking radiation. Several major additions have been made since version : dark matter/dark radiation emission, spin 3/2 greybody factors, scripts for cosmological studies, BSM black hole metrics with their associated greybody factors and a careful treatment of the low energy showering of secondary particles; as well as bug corrections. We present, in each case, examples of the new capabilities of .

As you know, the reason for the persistent course of oxyuriasis, which often does not lend itself to the most careful treatment, is the ease of self-loading of the patient, and it is believed that the maturation of females occurs outside the intestine, at its anus.

‘Tower Height Raising and Embedding’ shows how to raise the height of towers, as well as how to detect embedded towers within a given tower. Raising the number of storeys of a capped tower by one is a construction similar in spirit to grope height raising, but more sophisticated. The new aspect, which receives careful treatment, is the geometric control needed to make the top storey arbitrarily small. An n-storey capped tower contains a capped tower with (n + 1) storeys and the same attaching region, and this can be realized by an embedding that places connected components of the top storey into balls of arbitrarily chosen small diameter. Consequently, endpoint compactifications of infinite towers may be embedded as well.

Abstract The observation of coherent elastic neutrino nucleus scattering (CEνNS) by the COHERENT collaboration in 2017 has opened a new window to both test Standard Model predictions at relatively low energies and probe new physics scenarios. Our investigations show, however, that a careful treatment of the statistical methods used to analyze the data is essential to derive correct constraints and bounds on new physics parameters. In this manuscript we perform a detailed analysis of the publicly available COHERENT CsI data making use of all available background data. We point out that Wilks’ theorem is not fulfilled in general and a calculation of the confidence regions via Monte Carlo simulations following a Feldman-Cousins procedure is necessary. As an example for the necessity of this approach to test new physics scenarios we quantify the allowed ranges for several scenarios with neutrino non-standard interactions. Furthermore, we provide accompanying code to enable an easy implementation of other new physics scenarios as well as data files of our results: https://github.com/JuliaGehrlein/7stats.

This chapter contends that an adequate account of syncretism requires its pairing with the concept of tradition. Drawing from multiple contextualized encounters in the sixteenth century—from Ethiopian and Portuguese Christians to Jesuit José Acosta and Andean peoples to Matteo Ricci and Confucian scholars—it portrays tradition as a moving continuity that is constantly syncretizing as traditions are handed on in new contexts. Syncretism and tradition, held together, balance the tension between cultural construction on the one hand and cultural continuity on the other. Traditions are not substance-like materials that remain the same over time, nor are their boundaries static. Rather, receivers interpret a tradition afresh, generating new perspectives and pushing it in unforeseen directions. The account of tradition is dialogical, drawing from examples in the encounters just listed, from Alasdair MacIntyre’s account of tradition—which is unduly defensive at times—and from Africanist historians’ careful treatment of the concept.
