The proposed article analyzes the role of physics in the development of modern medicine. The principles of effective teaching of medical and biological physics are considered. The conditions which provide formation of positive motivation of educational activity in the course of training to medical physics are opened. Defining the main pedagogical functions of the textbook in the educational process. The analysis of some problems of the existing textbooks on medical physics for higher medical educational institutions is made and the possible ways of their decision are offered. The structural-logical analysis of the educational text of the content module «Bioacoustics. Biophysics of the senses. Fundamentals of audiometry», The statement of the content of the theory in the textbook «Medical and biological physics» Chaly O. V. is analyzed. The description of the basic structural elements of the textbook on medical physics developed by us is given. Modern approaches to the organization of the educational process using an electronic textbook on medical physics are considered. It is concluded that the reduction of the textbook due to the reduction of mathematical calculations and calculations should not lead to the exclusion from the educational process of work on this material. We consider it expedient to transfer calculations and conclusions of laws and formulas to the collection for practical classes. In our opinion, the combination of electronic textbooks with programs that control knowledge, supplemented by communication between teacher and student in real time have great potential for effective learning, including distance learning. Purpose. This article describes the formation of a hybrid form of an electronic textbook in legal education, the essence of online education, theoretical and practical foundations for the correct use of available sources of information for electronic textbooks. Methodology. The article uses methods of source analysis, pedagogical experiment and comparative analysis to determine the advantages of an electronic textbook integrating search engines and open access sites. Results. The problems of using electronic textbooks in legal education are analyzed. Studies, scientific works, experiments of foreign scientists have been studied and analyzed, and proposals for implementation in Uzbekistan are given. The existing systems are recommended for the implementation of the virtual environment in the management system of the legal education process. Conclusion. From these results it is clear that with the help of these systems, students can achieve such qualities as the formation and development of research, information and professional competence.

The paper considers the features of development and practical use of an electronic foreign language textbook at the technical university. This study is dictated by the need to resolve contradictions between the provisions declared by the higher education standards of the latest generation and the real level of students knowledge of a foreign language. The authors analyze and systematize the requirements for printed and electronic foreign language textbooks. Attention is paid to the advantages of electronic publications over printed ones. The key advantage of the electronic textbook is the presence of hypertext, which makes it possible to implement a nonlinear form of information organization. The paper formulates basic principles of an electronic textbook development, describes its structure and components and highlights the issues of filling the content with language material. The authors proposed the options for tasks aimed at stimulating students communicative and cognitive activity. It is shown that podcasts can be used as multimedia resources to intensify the development of students listening skills. It is emphasized that the availability of special programs for creating electronic textbooks allows the teacher to carry out its development without any special training in the field of programming. As a result of the analysis, the authors come to the conclusion about a high linguodidactic potential of the electronic textbook as a teaching tool.

The article describes the problem of low availability and inaccessibility of new information technologies in the Kazakh language in universities, analyzes the pros and cons of electronic textbooks based on theoretical data. The textbooks used by teachers show the effectiveness and usefulness of multimedia, in order to make them more valuable, it is necessary to add digital resources, such as academic games and interactive websites. The questions of the popularity of textbooks compiled using a computer are touched upon, the analysis and testing of programs for compiling electronic textbooks is carried out. The importance of methodological support of the textbook in the creation of electronic information tools is analyzed. Automation of all the main stages of training with electronic textbooks is provided before monitoring the content of the educational material and making recommendations for final grades, thanks to which all mandatory educational materials are replaced by bright, interesting, with a share of intelligence game moves, i.e. widely used multimedia, including interactive and voice. For students and teachers of chemistry, the authors have compiled an electronic textbook in the Kazakh language, the effectiveness of the textbook has been analyzed and studied in accordance with theoretical data and surveys, according to the results of the study, positive indicators of the assimilation of educational material have been demonstrated.

An important aim of higher education intuitions of our country is creating of electronic educational system. Informatization of education has influenced all subjects, including foreign languages. The integration of digital technologies into the teaching process and production of multimedia electronic textbooks are the principal directions of modernization of language education. The paper aims to prove the high didactic potential of an electronic textbook on the subject “Foreign language” for development students’ communicative competence by means of analyzing of Russian and foreign authors’ scientific researches, development of electronic textbook and its use at foreign language classes. A detailed list of the lesson objective which can be solved by means of an electronic textbook on the subject “Foreign language” is given in the present article. The necessity of inclusion the digital products in the process of teaching foreign languages is also proved. The appropriateness of its use for development students’ communicative skills is justified. The list of speaking skills developed by means of electronic text book is. The examples of tasks for individual and group work are given too. The possibility of using the electronic textbook “French language for adjuncts” for the complex formation of speaking skills in oral and written communication is also shown. The necessity of its inclusion into the program of linguistic education at university is proved.

The article actualizes the need to use an electronic textbook as one of the means of developing cognitive universal educational actions of students. Various psychological and pedagogical sources are analyzed, which reflect the concepts of "cognitive universal educational actions" and "electronic textbook". It is substantiated that the main task of the educational system in modern society is the formation of a set of universal educational actions that can provide the emerging personality with the opportunity to self-develop and self-improve through the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities based on specific subject knowledge within the framework of specific studied disciplines (informatics, information technology, etc.). A comparative analysis of the textbook by L. L. Bosova, A. Yu. Bosova "Informatics. Grade 7" (BINOM) and an electronic supplement to this textbook is given. The experience of the development by the student (under the guidance of the author of the article) of an electronic textbook on informatics, aimed at the development of cognitive universal educational actions of students, is presented.

In the context of the transition to the updated content of education, the development and implementation of electronic learning tools in computer science is becoming more relevant than ever. The lack of e-learning tools, developed in full accordance with modern requirements, a variety of software tools and shells to create them, requiring a developer of different levels of training in the use of software, has necessitated a more detailed review and analysis of the problem of development and implementation in the educational process by teachers author's e-learning products. The article identifies the main advantages and disadvantages of some software tools for the development of electronic textbooks. The ArticulateStoryline program is singled out as one of the most effective modern software tools for the development of electronic textbooks in secondary schools. А сomparative analysis of software is carried out on a number of criteria: simplicity and usability, available in ready-made templates, the ability to work with layers, create test items, an opportunity to build ready graphics, video and sound files, the possibility of placing on a single slide multi-page text. The features of the Articulate Storyline program are presented in more detail. The possibility of using this software tool is noted, both by an ordinary user through the use of ready-made templates, and by a more advanced professional through the capabilities of the built-in JavaScript programming language. The program features are presented on the example of the development of an electronic textbook on computer science for the 4th grade. The result of the implementation of the capabilities of the software tool was the development of an electronic textbook, which reflects such features of Articulate Storyline as the use of a set of ready-made characters, the ZoomPicture function, the insertion of video files, a variety of interactive tasks organized through the use of Hotspot slides and SequenceDrag-and-Drop. The electronic textbook provides independent cognitive activity of students, increasing the level of their motivation in learning, ensuring self-control.

Changes in education contribute to its modernization and renewal. Along with new forms, methods and means of enriching the educational process, the well-known teaching methods using electronic textbooks also hold a positive trend. In the Tomsk Technical School of Railway Transport — branch of the Siberian Transport University electronic textbooks are widely used. The tendency of their application and implementation in educational activities, both with full-time and distance learning, gives good results. Because they use an electronic textbook created for everyone requirements. A plus is the fact that the electronic textbook is developed on the basis of the copyright material of the subject teacher, taking into account intrasubject and intersubject communications. Such development gives a number of advantages over the traditional print publication and allows to achieve higher levels of learning in comparison with traditional forms of training.For students of all specialties, the electronic textbook is an indispensable assistant in the development of disciplines, and for graduates of the specialty “Information Systems” such a textbook is also a good test of their knowledge, skills and competencies. Students of this specialty develop and create electronic textbooks for a technical school under the guidance of scientific advisers and subject teachers, from whom it was requested to present the training course in a multimedia form. as an example, we consider the features of the development, creation, implementation of an electronic textbook on the subject “Astronomy” in the educational process.

One of the factors in the modernization of the education system is the creation and use of computer-based learning tool that combines the achievements of modern pedagogical science with the capabilities of information and computer technology. Achieving this goal involves the creation and use of electronic textbooks in the educational process. The legal basis for their use is the Laws of Ukraine «On Education», the Decree of the President of Ukraine «On measures to develop the national component of the global information network Internet and ensure wide access to this network in Ukraine», Orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine «On conducting an experiment at the national level on the topic» «Electronic textbook for general secondary education (Е-book for secondary education (EBSE)), August 2018–August 2021», «On approval of the Regulations on the electronic textbook». The article actualized the issue of the introduction of electronic textbooks in the educational process of general secondary education institutions. The essence of interconnected concepts is revealed: «information and communication technologies»; «electronic educational environment»; «electronic educational resource»; «electronic textbook». Based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature of domestic and foreign scientists, the main approaches to the classification of electronic textbooks are presented. Factors and criteria for evaluating the quality of electronic textbooks are described. The analysis of the current legislation on the introduction of electronic textbooks in the educational process of modern school is conducted. Based on the results of research and experimental work on the introduction of electronic textbooks in the educational process of general secondary education, the advantages, disadvantages of their implementation are clarified and the prospects for use are described
