Abstract:                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price perception partially or simultaneously on consumer perceptions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong and to determine the dominant variables in influencing consumer perceptions between the two independent variables. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression method with the help of SPSS 20.0 For Window's, with a population of 150 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents.                Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of product quality, price perception and product variations simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. Price perception variable (X2) partially influences consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong, Product variation variable (X3) partially affects consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. From the three partial correlation test results, it can be seen that the value of the product quality variable has the greatest influence compared to the price perception variable and product variation, so that the product quality variable is the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions.   Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Product Variation, Purchase Decision

AbstractCreativity is the ability to combine unique ideas, identifying new ways, systems and products in the organization. Creative workers in the organization can transform their organization to higher level by inventing new systems. This study tried to examine employees’ creativity in the bank at commercial bank of Ethiopia Woldia branches. The researcher used an institutional-based cross-sectional design and followed a mixed research approach. The researcher applied a census method to participate in respondents from four branches, which were on duty 182 employees in commercial bank of Ethiopia. The collected data were analyzed by using multiple regression method after proving the quality of the data. The study finding revealed that autonomy, supervisors’ support and role ambiguity significantly affects the creativity of employees in the workplace. The remaining variables self-efficacy and job complexity have no statistically significant effect on employees’ creativity in the bank.

Methodological approaches to determining the possible social conditioning of certain diseases are considered. The method is based on studying the distribution of the disease under study in the population using factor analysis tools. The average annual population incidence of diseases in the administrative districts of the Khabarovsk Territory has been determined. The socio-economic characteristics of the districts of the remote region of Russia have been studied. The matrix obtained in the course of the study is used for regression analysis, which makes it possible to determine the degree of influence of social factors on the features of the territorial distribution of the disease under study. The use of the multiple regression method in a population-epidemiological study showed that socio-economic factors have a significant impact on the territorial spread of tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, chronic alcoholism and drug addiction, but not on the spread of malignant neoplasms.

The in situ stress field is the fundamental factor causing deformation and damage in geotechnical engineering, so it is the main basis for underground engineering design and excavation. However, it is difficult to accurately obtain the in situ stress through most existing inversion methods in areas with complex geological conditions. For the problem of a relatively discrete and nonlinear relationship of measured stress in the Yebatan Hydropower Station area, a new in situ stress inversion method called the local stress field correction (LSFC) method combining a genetic algorithm (GA), backpropagation (BP) neural network, and submodel method is proposed. The inverted in situ stress results produced by this method show that the distribution of in situ stress is greatly influenced by tectonic movements in the Yebatan area, there is no obvious linear relationship with depth, and the stress release phenomenon occurs at the faults. By comparison with the multiple regression method, it is found that the method still has high inversion accuracy under complex geological conditions, and the average relative error of LSFC inversion results is 17.05%, which is much lower than the value of 43.58% via the multiple regression method. Therefore, the LSFC method can be used for the inversion of in situ stress in complex geological regions and provide a reference for engineering design and construction.
