Research background: In today's era of modern technology, traditional and new methods as well as processes and technologies increasingly contrast. In the first chapter, we focused on a detailed description of the first historical changes in the emergence of trade and financial derivatives. We also identified and described the emergence of specialised trading and stock exchange locations. We continued with a description of the basic methods of analysis and focused on the basics of technical analysis. In the next chapter, we evaluated the current state of research in this area and, based on previous research, we classified and structured individual studies. Purpose of the article: The aim of our contribution is to examine, in detail, the basics and current research in the field of technical analysis. Methods: We consider the inconsistent results of the studies analysed to be very interesting. We consider the unsystematic and inconsistent methodology of the assessment of individual studies to be a major problem. As we mentioned in the article, in many instances the studies analysed focused only on individual aspects of technical analysis and evaluated the final results of the business process. Findings & Value added: In other cases, the results were skewed, mainly due to the nonacceptance of transaction costs or due to risk abstraction. However, despite such results, technical analysis as such can be a valuable tool for predicting price movements. Subsequently, we described our findings, interpreted them, and identified their limitations. We consider the aim of the study to have been met, and believe that it will be beneficial in the field of research on this issue.

The implementation of online lectures using blended learning needs to be assessed to find out the performance activities of lecturers with students in using the learning activity management system (LAMS) feature and reward lecturers with the best performance. Based on the assessment system of the best lecturers previously have not used the right methods so that the resulting decision is still not right and not accurate. This research aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the assessment process of lecturers who are the best in using LAMS. The performance of the AHP method can determine the weight value of criteria consistently and can perform a role to produce solutions in decision making. The criteria indicators used to consist of Interactive Video Teaching Materials (C1), Audio Teaching Materials (C2), URLs (C3), Forum/FBL (C4), Slide Teaching Materials (C5), Assignments (C6), Quiz (C7), Attendance (C8), and Labels (C9). The results of this study showed that the performance of the Decision Support System (DSS) using the AHP method can determine a better weight value with a consistency level of 0.080049762 from 0.1. These results presented with AHP performance can provide weighting value on each criterion and continue the multiplication process with the best lecturer assessment data to get the results of the battle. Overall these results concluded that each criterion had a degree of consistent relationship in the best lecturer assessment on LAMS.

The concepts of "effect", "efficiency" and "effectiveness" were considered. It is noted that efficiency is a broader concept because it does not take into account the achievement of individual results, in contrast to the concept of "effectiveness". The main key groups of indicators that are most often used in assessing the effectiveness of foreign economic activity management are presented. The main problems related to the evaluation of the effectiveness of foreign economic activity management were listed including lack of a clearly structured system of targets; inefficiency of the formed evaluation model procedure; a narrow range of target indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of foreign economic activity that does not allow a multifaceted assessment of the results of its implementation. Such disadvantages in the management system often lead to problems with the definition of priority areas of foreign economic activity, objective assessment of cost, setting relevant goals, etc. Based on the studies of both scientific sources and practitioners, using methods of comparison, generalization, questionnaires, etc., the stages of evaluating the effectiveness of foreign economic activity management are based on targets, which are combined in three blocks: preparatory, technological and analytical. The principles of evaluating the effectiveness of foreign economic activity management were proposed, such as objectivity, systematization, complexity, constructiveness, continuity. A system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of foreign economic activity management was recommended for import-oriented enterprises. And although the above list is known, but their systematic presentation allowed the management of enterprises to select the most appropriate indicators for them, through which they create quality management and effective management decisions for the development of foreign economic activity.

This study aims to analyze the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the utilization of fixed assets in BLU with a case study on PKN STAN. PKN STAN is one of the BLU of education in Indonesia. The factors used to refer to agency theory, rational choice theory, Edward III theory, and a review of previous research. This research uses an explorative qualitative analysis method. Data collection uses virtual semi-structured in-depth interview techniques. The results showed that the supporting factors for the utilization of fixed assets in BLU are Human Resources, Regulation, Supervision and Control, the Role and Commitment of Leader, and Tariff. Whereas, the inhibiting factors are Activity Management, Human Resources, Regulation, the Role and Commitment of the Leader, and Governance. This research implies that BLU has a significant role in optimizing the utilization of its fixed assets through Human Resources management and activity management. Besides, regulators also play a role in strengthening the flexibility of BLU within the scope of the utilization of fixed assets through clear regulations.

Purpose: In this study, a urinary management system was established to collect and analyze urinary time and interval data detected through patient-worn smart bands, and the results of the analysis were shown through a web-based visualization to enable monitoring and appropriate feedback for urological patients. Methods: We designed a device that can recognize urination time and spacing based on patient-specific posture and consistent posture changes, and we built a urination patient management system based on this device. The order of body movements during urination was consistent in terms of time characteristics; therefore, sequential data were analyzed and urinary activity was recognized using repeated neural networks and long-term short-term memory systems. The results were implemented as a web (HTML5) service program, enabling visual support for clinical diagnostic assistance. Results: Experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed recognition techniques. The effectiveness of smart band monitoring urination was evaluated in 30 men (average age, 28.73 years; range, 26–34 years) without urination problems. The entire experiment lasted a total of 3 days. The final accuracy of the algorithm was calculated based on urological clinical guidelines. This experiment showed a high average accuracy of 95.8%, demonstrating the soundness of the proposed algorithm. Conclusions: This urinary activity management system showed high accuracy and was applied in a clinical environment to characterize patients’ urinary patterns. As wearable devices are developed and generalized, algorithms capable of detecting certain sequential body motor patterns that reflect certain physiological behaviors can be a new methodology for studying human physiological behaviors. It is also thought that these systems will have a significant impact on diagnostic assistance for clinicians.
