This study aims to examine customer decisions in investing in BMT. The theory used to predict customer decisions in investing is the theory of reasoned action. The research method used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the sharia system, product knowledge, religiosity, attitudes, risk perception, image, and investment intentions affected investment decisions.

This developmental-descriptive research sought to design and developed a computer-based system, to be known as the Senior Citizens Information System, to provide real-time information dissemination among senior citizen members in the Municipality of Batad, Iloilo pertaining to their membership status and monetary assistance monitoring. The Rapid Application Development model was employed as the SDLC in the development of the system product. More so, the three-tier architecture was used as the architectural model. There were 120 senior citizens as user-respondents and five IT experts for evaluation. The system product was evaluated using a researchers-made survey instrument to determine if level of usability and performance. Results of the investigation shows that the system product was perceived as very good with its level of usability as well as its performance.

Pandemic has impacted many areas of life and led to the development of much new behaviour due to people's efforts to adapt, including adaptation in the workplace. The WFO (Work from Office) and WFH (Work from Home) rules will be enforced during the Covid-19, and this is one of the adaptive steps taken. Some employees are required to work from the office, while others are allowed to work from home under this rule. The author aimed to investigate the development of a microcontroller-based dynamic archive security system to address archive security during the WFH and WFO periods. With security system, the goal was to develop security tools that can serve two functions simultaneously, namely protecting data from loss while making it easier for workers to access the dynamic archives they need. This research was conducted by using research and development methods and the object of research was education staff at the Faculty of Economics, UNNES, using research and development strategies, this study succeeded in making a Dynamic Archive Security System product based on Biometric System Identification. Suggestions in this research on security systems can also be added with variations with RFID cards or NFC cards to implement various security systems.

Abstract. The study addresses the issue of environmental services from a perspective of the provision of public goods and services, which should be normed and regulated by the State. To do this, a quantitative approach is carried out that gives context to the recommendation of the proposed public policy. The central policy of the recommendations of public policy is the conservation of vegetables and environmental services in society. The conservation of the territory, through the payment of the environmental service is a policy that cuts across not only the environmental context, but also the social context; since it is recognized the contribution to the system product of the conservation efforts and the management of the resources of the peasant communities and the systems of national, departmental and municipal protected areas. Keywords.Bolivia, environmental services, land tenure, payments, public policy recommendations.

This paper proposes an exergoeconomic analysis method that considers environmental costs to make up for the lack of description of environmental costs in the traditional matrix model exergoeconomic analysis method. This method tracks the formation process of the product cost through life cycle and makes a useful exploration for revealing the true cost of the system product. According to actual needs, the principles for the construction of environmental emissions of products are proposed, and a detailed exergoeconomic analysis model is established by taking the iron smelting system as an example. Through calculation and analysis, the formation process and change rule of unit exergoeconomic cost of products in the system are revealed. Especially, considering the exergoeconomic cost of carbon emissions, the results show that the three most influential substances are sinter, coke, and pellets. When carbon dioxide emissions are considered, the total cost will increase by 165.3 CNY/t iron, and unit exergoeconomic cost gradually increases with the progress of the production process.

Properties of ultrafilters (u/f) and maximal linked systems (MLS) on the widely understood measurable space (MS) and representations of linked (not necessarily maximal) families and filters on this MS are investigated. Conditions realizing maximality of linked families (systems) and natural representations for bitopological spaces (BTS) of u/f and MLS are established. Equipments of sets of linked families and filters corresponding to Wallman and Stone schemes are studied; the connection of these equipments with analogous equipments (with topologies) for u/f and MLS leading to above-mentioned BTS is studied too. Properties of linked family products for two (widely understood) MS are investigated. It is shown that MLS on the π-system product (that is, on the family of “measurable” rectangles) are limited to products of corresponding MLS on initial spaces.
