Aiming at the problems of poor functionality, high occupancy, and low real-time performance of the currently designed performance appraisal management system for university administrators, a performance appraisal management system for university administrators based on hybrid cloud is designed. According to the characteristics of hybrid cloud technology, the overall functional requirements and feasibility of the system are analyzed, and the assessment scheme of administrative personnel according to the provisions of relevant documents is analyzed. The performance appraisal index system is designed using an analytic hierarchy process. Using the hybrid cloud architecture and B/S mode based on each component as a service model and J2EE development framework, the basic information management subsystem of administrative personnel, performance appraisal information management subsystem, information analysis and data mining subsystem, and platform system management subsystem are developed. Using XML technology and database technology, the system is integrated with the performance appraisal management system of administrators in colleges and universities. Through the design of data flow diagram and E-R diagram, the design of performance appraisal management system for university administrators based on hybrid cloud is realized. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good functionality, can effectively reduce the system occupancy, and can improve the real-time performance of the system.

According to the management scholars Richard Kreitchner and Carlene Cassidy, “the term motivation, refers to a physiological process that gives behavior purpose and direction”. It is thought that if an employee is motivated, they will be usually content with his employment, and since they will be happy, they will be able to provide their best effort and contribution to the task at hand. However, there are numerous sorts of motivation for everyone, and it is unlikely that every individual in the firm or in that particular area will be motivated in the same way. Employee Motivation Is defined as the Power That Propels Employees toward Achieving the Organization's Unique Goals and objectives. As the covid-19 epidemic affects our country, the goal of this study is to examine motivating elements that might influence employee performance while working from home. The respondents were chosen using standard random sampling procedures. The data was collected from 46 administrative personnel. The researcher studied several motivating elements and investigated how employee demographics such as age, gender, position, department, marital status, and housing situation may affect their degree of job satisfaction in this research study.

Abstract The article discusses a game-theoretical approach to payoff distribution between the construction participants during the transport and engineering networks construction. The construction participants can be both the owners of land plots or buildings, and the administrative personnel of settlements and states. It is shown that payoff distribution between the participants should satisfy two principles: dominance and fairness. To determine fair payoff, the mathematical apparatus of cooperative games is used and the Shapley vector is calculated. Options for the implementation of a construction project for 4 and 8 participants are being considered. The use of the Lutsenko formula, which greatly simplifies the calculation of the Shapley vector components for the considered problem of transport and engineering networks construction, is discussed.

The destination image is regarded as one of the elements affecting visitors' choices in selecting tourist locations that satisfy their wants and aspirations in a way that corresponds to their expectations of such places. The destination image influences tourist behavior by stimulating tourist desires to travel and engage in tourist activities, as well as influencing that behavior in the travel decision-making process during the pre-trip, trip, and post-trip phases. The destination image is also linked to visitor satisfaction with regard to their appraisal of their travel experience and the extent to which that experience meets or comes near to their earlier expectations. Therefore, the current study looks at the image and personality of religious, tourist, and commercial brands, as well as how they connect to future tourist behavior. The study considered Karbala city, Iraq, as a case study. The study was based on the in-filed study technique, which was represented by a questionnaire that was delivered to the study sample, which consisted of seven first-class hotels in Karbala city, with 40 copies of the questionnaire handed over to the administrative personnel at these hotels. The study discovered that the cognitive image, emotional image, and destination personality all had different effects on global image and behavioral intentions for first-time and recurrent visitors. Additionally, the findings show that the qualitative remarks focused heavily on attractions, culture, and the environment. The practical consequences are explored, and destination personality and behavioral outcomes for first-time and recurrent visitors were designed and evaluated independently.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation among transformational leadership, job satisfaction and adaptive performance of health-care professionals and administrative personnel of Portuguese non-profit health-care organizations. Design/methodology/approach This study collects data using an online survey sent to a nationwide database. This study uses a structural equation modeling approach to specify and estimate models of linear relations among the variables. This study tests the direct and mediated effects proposed by the hypotheses using a sample of non-profit 192 health-care organizations. Findings The results show (regardless of being direct health-care professionals or employees performing support functions) that job satisfaction fully mediates the relation between transformational leadership and adaptive performance. Transformational leadership alone and directly seems to have no effect on adaptive performance. Research limitations/implications The theoretical implications of this study concern the influence that transformational leadership has on job satisfaction and the consequent indirect influence on performance regardless of being direct health-care professionals or employees performing support functions. Practical implications The main managerial contribution of the study regards how health-care organizations’ leaders may contribute to increase employees’ performance by ensuring job satisfaction. Originality/value Despite the numerous studies that relate transformational leadership to job satisfaction and performance, there is a gap on research run in health care settings involving both health care and administrative personnel. Transformational leadership can increase the satisfaction of health-care professional and consequently job satisfaction has a positive influence on employees’ adaptive performance.

Setelah menganalisis pencapaian mutu dilanjutkan dengan upaya kepala sekolah dalam membina tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan lewat program pendidikan dan pelatihan, MGMP dan IHT.Quality mapping is carried out to provide an overview of the achievement or fulfillment of the National Education Standards (SNP). This research focuses on the problems: 1) how is the quality mapping of educators and education staff based on the quality mapping instrument at SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? 2) how to improve the quality of educators and education staffs based on the standards of educators and education personnels or staffs at SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the quality report card as a result of quality mapping showed an increase in grades from the previous year, this was evidenced by the addition of teachers and teacher qualifications that almost reached the National Education Standards (SNP). Progress has also occurred in school principals who have met the qualifications as professional school principals, there are also administrative staff standards who must have appropriate qualified administrative personnel but there is still a lot of data that is not legible by the dapodik application which makes the standard report cards of educators and education personnels have no grade. After analyzing the quality achievement, it is continued with the principal's efforts in fostering educators and education staffs through education and training programs, MGMP and IHT.

This chapter identifies the administrative personnel responsible for the creation of a council record and their relationship to the bishops and officials in charge. It advocates the key distinction of an official secretariat tasked with the production of the ‘official’ record from other clergymen present and also skilled in the techniques of stenographic recording. It disproves the notion of alternative records created by such men and demonstrates the reliance instead on ‘memory’ by those challenging the official records. The examination further refutes hypotheses of part-records made for individual participants and only subsequently accumulated. The official secretariat instead creates a single official record in close collaboration with, and on the direct instructions of the council’s leadership.
