Wi-Fi-enabled information terminals have become enormously faster and more powerful because of this technology’s rapid advancement. As a result of this, the field of artificial intelligence (AI) was born. Artificial intelligence (AI) has been used in a wide range of societal contexts. It has had a significant impact on the realm of education. Using big data to support multistage views of every subject of opinion helps to recognize the unique characteristics of each aspect and improves social network governance’s suitability. As public opinion in colleges and universities becomes an increasingly important vehicle for expressing public opinion, this paper aims to explore the concepts of public opinion based on the web crawler and CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) model. Web crawler methodology is utilised to gather the data given by students of college and universities and mention them in different dimensions. This CNN has robust data analysis capability; this proposed model uses the CNN to analyse the public opinion. Preprocessing of data is done using the oversampling method to maximize the effect of classification. Through the association of descriptions, comprehensive utilization of image information like user influence, stances of comments, topics, time of comments, etc., to suggest guidance phenomenon for various schemes, helps to enhance the effectiveness and targeted social governance of networks. The overall experimentation was carried out in python here in which the suggested methodology was predicting the positive and negative opinion of the students over the web crawler technology with a low rate of error when compared to other existing methodology.

To grasp the current status of network public opinion (NPO) research and explore the knowledge base and hot trends from a quantitative perspective, we retrieved 1385 related papers and conducted a bibliometric mapping analysis on them. Co-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis, co-citation analysis and keyword burst analysis were performed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software. The results show that the NPO is mainly distributed in the disciplinary fields associated with journalism and communication and public management. There are four main hotspots: analysis of public opinion, analysis of communication channels, technical means and challenges faced. The knowledge base in the field of NPO research includes social media, user influence, and user influence related to opinion dynamic modeling and sentiment analysis. With the advent of the era of big data, big data technology has been widely used in various fields and to some extent can be said to be the research frontier in the field. Transforming big data public opinion into early warning, realizing in-depth analysis and accurate prediction of public opinion as well as improving decision-making ability of public opinion are the future research directions of NPO.

A critical challenge for 5G is transitioning to the mm-Wave spectrum. Despite providing unprecedented data rates, mm-Waves also suffer high path loss, atmospheric absorption, and higher fluctuating channel conditions, sparking numerous paradigm shifts in the smartphone industry. Extending mm-Wave communications to smartphones requires first a comprehensive study to identify the antenna design/smartphone implementation challenges that impact the quality of communications. This work proposes a two-step assessment metric, the mmWAESI, to evaluate mm-Wave antennas’ potential and limitations regarding their impact on system performance. First, it analyzes the spatial distribution of the smartphone-integrated beam steering array’s radiated power. Then, it evaluates the antenna’s influence on the MIMO performance, using a discrete, time-variant geometrical MIMO channel simulator to recreate any mm-Wave propagation scenario. For enhanced accuracy, mmWAESI accounts simultaneously for several communication aspects: antenna type, realistic radiation patterns, mobile phone form factor constraints, phone orientation, and user influence. The method is illustrated for two different 4-element linear arrays at 39 GHz, based on patch or monopole elements, integrated into smartphones. Their performance is compared under similar conditions, revealing that, unless array switching is employed, the smartphone’s form factor and user influence will mask any potential advantage of the unperturbed array characteristics.

Aiming at the problem that the mobile crowdsensing (MCS) system relies on a specific platform with a large user group presupposed, this paper proposes a sensing user diffusion analysis and incentive method based on knowledge graph reasoning. We consider motivating users to participate under the constraint of limited budget so that the platform and users can get the most benefits. In this paper, we focus on socially aware users represented by self-organizing social networks, combine the knowledge graph to establish a knowledge graph for the crowdsensing system, use rules to derive user influence, and optimize user contributions. With the goal of maximizing social welfare, we propose a social awareness reverse auction (SARA) mechanism, in which the total contribution of users is the key to select winners, and the winners are paid based on critical prices. Through experimental simulations, we verify that SARA is close to the optimal social welfare under budget constraints.
