Purpose: development of conceptual provisions, methodical approaches and practical recommendations about modeling and integrated management at a pre-investment stage of nuclear power construction facilities in the international energy construction market. Materials and methods: a set of the interrelated methodological approaches based on the theory of complex systems life cycle, methods of abstraction, comparison, analysis, synthesis, opposition, modeling, forecasting, expert assessments, risk theory and others. The research is conducted with the use of open data resources of the International Energy Agency (IEA), International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), World Nuclear Association (WNA), Nuclear Energy Agency under OECD and ROSATOM State Corporation open statistical data. Results: Features of the modern global world market of nuclear power construction, as well as the role and place of Russia in it, are considered. A comprehensive review of the literature on the studied problems is accomplished. A methodology for modeling the organizational and economic reliability (OER) of complex systems is suggested. Modeling of the structural components of the life cycle (hereinafter LCi-j) of an investment project for the NPP construction on the international market in the conditions of high competition is proposed.

The poetic approach to constructing social reality is a significant source of reflection on the livedexperience of voiceless ordinary men and women. Poetic expression becomes a source of power andresistance expressed through language. Social reality expressed in poetry constructs a vision of historybeyond time. The civilizational heritage of Multan dates back to the time of Rag Ved. The City's richesattracted many conquerors, subdued but never defeated. As Poet himself is the product of land andculture, Riffat Abbas's poetry expresses all the imprints that land has carved on his Cognition. His poetryrepresents the phenomena of continuity and preservation of cultural heritage in the face of all historicalupheavals. The paper aims to analyze the social reality constructed in Riffat Abbas's poetry opting forthe method of discourse analysis given by Mitchel Foucault to study the progressive trends on socialattributes, societal relations, and socio-political system.

Abstract When the traditional electric construction crane safely avoids obstacles, obstacles are only detected according to the parameter estimation results, which is greatly affected by the external environment and takes a long time to avoid obstacles. Aiming at the above problems, the safety obstacle avoidance method of electric construction crane based on millimeter wave radar is studied. The millimeter wave radar is used to obtain the millimeter wave radar detection signal for crane safety obstacle avoidance. According to the impulse response of millimeter wave radar detection echo, the obstacle location mark and distance estimation are carried out, and the distance and azimuth information between the crane and the obstacle are calculated. By optimizing the safe obstacle avoidance path of electric construction cranes, the safe obstacle avoidance of electric construction cranes can be realized. Through comparative simulation experiments, it is verified that the design method takes less time to avoid obstacles, has higher efficiency, and does not collide with obstacles in the workspace in the process of movement, which verifies the effectiveness of the method.

Abstract China’s traditional power system has been unable to meet the needs of society and the development of The Times. Under the background of intelligence, it is necessary to reform the power industry and increase the application of mobile application technology in the power system, so as to realize the precise management of the power system. The application of mobile application technology in the field operation of electric power construction, based on computer machine learning and image recognition, is helpful to realize the sustainable development of electric power enterprises, improve the service level of electric power enterprises and promote the on-site safety supervision.

This article contributes to the study of Russian great powerness, focusing on the potential of the Russian-Turkish and Russian-Israeli relations to influence the construction of Russias great power status in a multipolar world. Based upon Russian and English literature dedicated to the study of great power concept and Russian great powerness, authors adopt analytic eclecticism for the theoretical framework of the study. In this regard, for a comprehensive understanding of Russian great powerness, both constructivism with its focus on identity, and neorealism stressing national interests, security, and power, are applied. The authors actively employ the official documents, international agreements, statements of government officials, and official declarations. As a result, the study examines to what extent bilateral relations with Turkey and Israel, the Wests traditional non-Western allies, can contribute to the construction of Russian great power identity. For this purpose, first of all, the factors of Russian great power construction and its role in Russian foreign policy are examined. After addressing the efficiency of great power status as a foreign policy tool, the development of Russian-Turkish and Russian-Israeli relations are discussed. It is concluded that Russia has developed strategically significant relations with Turkey and Israel despite the deteriorated relations with the West, and the development of these relations has supported the consolidation of Russias great power status at the international and regional levels. Furthermore, the study suggests that Russian-Turkish and Russian-Israeli bilateral relations can enable Russia to strengthen its great power status vis--vis the West via cooperation and competition and contribute to the construction of a multipolar world.
