The general perspective of organizational behaviour (OB) has been characterized more by negativity than positively. The introduction of a positive approach into OB is known as positive organizational behaviour (POB), which focuses on employees' positive emotions and strengths to enable them to thrive and reinforce the organization. The study assesses the effects of POB constructs on eustress amongst construction employees in Nigeria. Data were collected from 326 respondents practising in the construction firms using a quantitative survey and analyzed using both descriptive and inferential surveys, including structural equation modelling (SEM). The study identified five constructs of POB models and five parameters of eustress that have a significant influenceon eustress. The study focuses on identifying the areas that can propel positive mental health among construction employees to improve their performances and increase work productivity. Therefore, it recommends that construction stakeholders should consider adopting company policies that can drive their implementations.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of flexible working arrangements, work-life balance on digital transformation and their implications for work productivity. Currently and perhaps companies are forced due to the covid-19 pandemic to implement a flexible work system. With a quantitative approach this research was conducted based on explanatory research. Samples were taken as many as 200 respondents from various types of companies using SEM analysis approach based on AMOS application version 23.0. Based on the analysis results show that flexible working arrangement, worklife balance have a significant effect on digital transformation and have significant implications for work productivity seen from the results of the Goodness of Fit (GoF) test, Reliability with the Construct Reliability (CR) test, namely testing the reliability and consistency of the data, where the criteria The Construct Reliability (CR) is > 0.7 and the Variant Extracted value (AVE) is > 0.5, and the results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test for CR 1.96 and p-value 0.05.

Maintaining mental health has become a great concern not only for one's well-being, but also for companies' management, while one's personality trait has gained its popularity as a cause. In this article, the authors then investigate how worksite productivity loss is accounted for by stress response accompanied with schema. To this end, the conventional stress model is extended so as to include schema. The pivotal idea of the extended model stands in that both stressor and strain are associated with schema. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that workplace productivity loss is most largely affected by irritability, fatigue, and depression. In addition, the result of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that schema affects stress reaction both directly and indirectly, and that there exists a so-called buffering effect between job control and coworkers' support. These findings suggest that work productivity may be improved by intervention regarding schema or by promoting the buffering effect.
