Social media have become a discussion platform for individuals and groups. Hence, users belonging to different groups can communicate together. Positive and negative messages as well as media are circulated between those users. Users can form special groups with people who they already know in real life or meet through social networking after being suggested by the system. In this article, we propose a framework for recommending communities to users based on their preferences; for example, a community for people who are interested in certain sports, art, hobbies, diseases, age, case, and so on. The framework is based on a feature extraction algorithm that utilizes user profiling and combines the cosine similarity measure with term frequency to recommend groups or communities. Once the data is received from the user, the system tracks their behavior, the relationships are identified, and then the system recommends one or more communities based on their preferences. Finally, experimental studies are conducted using a prototype developed to test the proposed framework, and results show the importance of our framework in recommending people to communities.

Route deviation transit is a flexible “door-to-door” service method that combines the efficiency of conventional public transport modes and the flexibility of demand response modes, meeting the travel needs of people with low travel density and special groups. In this paper, the minimum value of the sum of vehicle operating cost and passenger travel cost was the optimal goal, and the RDT multi-vehicle operation scheduling model was constructed. Taking the available relaxation time as the control parameter of the RDT system and considering the insertion process of the random travel demand of the passengers during the operation process, we used a heuristic search algorithm to solve the scheduling model. This paper took Suburb No. 5 Road of Harbin as an example, using MATLAB to simulate the RDT operation scheduling model to verify the stability and feasibility of the RDT system under different demands. The results showed that under different demand conditions, the system indicators such as passenger travel time, waiting time, and vehicle mileage in the RDT system fluctuated very little, and the system performance was relatively stable. Under the same demand conditions, the per capita cost of the RDT system was 5.9% to 10.8% less than that of the conventional bus system. When the demand ρ is 20~40 person/hour, the RDT system is more effective than the conventional bus for the 5 bus in the suburbs of Harbin.

Abstract In this paper, we try to discuss the mechanism of synchronization or cluster synchronization in the coupled Van der Pol oscillator networks with different topology types by using the theory of rotating periodic solutions. The synchronous solutions here are transformed into rotating periodic solutions of some dynamical systems. By analyzing the bifurcation of rotating periodic solutions, the critical conditions of synchronous solutions are given in three different networks. We use the rotating periodic matrix in the rotating periodic theory to judge various types of synchronization phenomena, such as complete synchronization, anti-phase synchronization, periodic synchronization, or cluster synchronization. All rotating periodic matrices which satisfy the exchange invariance of multiple oscillators form special groups in these networks. By using the conjugate classes of these groups, we obtain various possible synchronization solutions in the three networks. In particular, we find symmetry has different effects on synchronization in different networks. The network with better symmetry has more elements in the corresponding group, which may have more types of synchronous solutions. However, different types of symmetry may get the same type of synchronous solutions or different types of synchronous solutions, depending on whether their corresponding rotating periodic matrices are similar.

AbstractDsymenorrhea is pain in the abdomen which comes from uterine cramps and it occurs during menstruation. One of non-pharmacological therapies to overcome pain is by listening murottal surah Ar-Rahman. This study aims to apply the therapy in the order to reduce the pain in adolescent. It focused on 6 teenagers who had dysmenorrhea pain when getting menstruation. The result stated before appiying the method, they got pain in scale 7-8. Then after appiying murottal listening, this pain reduced into scale 0-3. The conclusion is by listening murottal expected for the teenagers who have this pain to listen murottal. Murottal listening therapy that is done by each member of the special group for teenagers has different declines. Suggestions for members of special groups for adolescents for patients are expected to be able to overcome pain by applying murottal listening according to what has been taught. Keywords: Dysmenorrhea; pain; therapy off murottal AbstrakDismenore merupakan nyeri pada bagian perut yang berasal dari kram rahim dan terjadi selama menstruasi. ObjectivesTo evaluate systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) flares following hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) reduction or discontinuation versus HCQ maintenance.MethodsWe analysed prospective data from the Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC) cohort, enrolled from 33 sites within 15 months of SLE diagnosis and followed annually (1999–2019). We evaluated person-time contributed while on the initial HCQ dose (‘maintenance’), comparing this with person-time contributed after a first dose reduction, and after a first HCQ discontinuation. We estimated time to first flare, defined as either subsequent need for therapy augmentation, increase of ≥4 points in the SLE Disease Activity Index-2000, or hospitalisation for SLE. We estimated adjusted HRs (aHRs) with 95% CIs associated with reducing/discontinuing HCQ (vs maintenance). We also conducted separate multivariable hazard regressions in each HCQ subcohort to identify factors associated with flare.ResultsWe studied 1460 (90% female) patients initiating HCQ. aHRs for first SLE flare were 1.20 (95% CI 1.04 to 1.38) and 1.56 (95% CI 1.31 to 1.86) for the HCQ reduction and discontinuation groups, respectively, versus HCQ maintenance. Patients with low educational level were at particular risk of flaring after HCQ discontinuation (aHR 1.43, 95% CI 1.09 to 1.87). Prednisone use at time-zero was associated with over 1.5-fold increase in flare risk in all HCQ subcohorts.ConclusionsSLE flare risk was higher after HCQ taper/discontinuation versus HCQ maintenance. Decisions to maintain, reduce or stop HCQ may affect specific subgroups differently, including those on prednisone and/or with low education. Further study of special groups (eg, seniors) may be helpful.

Background: The aim of this review was to investigate the published papers about prevalence, patterns, and determinants of tobacco use in Sudan. Methods: Four scientific databases were searched for relevant articles published between 1900 and 2020. Applying the inclusion criteria, which were original articles published in peer-reviewed journals, conducted on Sudanese in Sudan and about tobacco prevalence, patterns of use, or determinants, in either English or Arabic languages, 20 articles were included in this review. Results: Two articles (10%) were among the general population, 8 (40%) among schoolchildren and adolescents, 4 (20%) among medical and health professions university students, 3 (15%) studies among non-health professions university students, and 3 studies among special groups (prisoners, diabetic patients and school workers). The reported prevalence ranged from 1% to 47.5%, with significant differences between males and females. All patterns of tobacco use are practiced in Sudan. Peer pressures, having more money, and family tobacco user or friends were associated with tobacco use initiation. Conclusion: All patterns of tobacco utilization (cigarette smoking, Toombak dipping, and shisha) are practiced in Sudan as well as combined patterns. Tobacco prevalence ranges from 1–25% and 10–47.5% among adolescents and adults, respectively, indicating the need for intervention programs to enhance decreasing this high prevalence.
