Fashion local brands are brands of fashion clothing local to a particular country, manufactured and produced locally, including the ones in Indonesia. Fashion is always developing and creating the latest trend in which is a big potential for local fashion brands to take this opportunity because consumers are becoming more selective when it comes to selecting superior, long-lasting, and practical products. In Indonesia, the Fashion Industry is one of the subs that contribute to the creative industry, accounted for 28.29% of the whole creative industry, and ranked 9th in the Global Revenue Ranking. In addition, the current pandemic condition has pushed many brands to close retail stores and switched to almost entirely digital operations. Among many social media platforms used by brands, Instagram has been identified as the most efficient tool for reaching out to customers and marketing a business. However, the way local fashion brands use Instagram as a marketing tool has not always been effective. This research aims to assess the effectiveness factors of Instagram in local fashion brands that have a high engagement in purpose to make them as the benchmarks about the content strategy in building high online engagement that makes Instagram as a marketing tool effective. The data was collected through Instagram analytics software, HypeAuditor, and Analisa.io towards a total of 50 Instagram account fashion local brands with a high number of engagements according to HypeAuditor Instagram Engagement Rate Calculator. The data analysis is processed using Microsoft Excel and Smart PLS. The result shows that all independent variables have a positive relationship to online engagement and the effective factors for local fashion brand Instagram accounts are Entertainment, Tag, Weekdays, and Peak hours factors. The brand could utilize posting feeds containing entertainment and information content while also posting it during peak hours and weekdays.

AbstractMaternal mortality in Indonesia is still very high, and the biggest problem is obstetric complications. It is possible that the mother who has obstetric complications is safe and recovered (near miss) or died. This research was an observational analytic epidemiological study conducted to determine the effectiveness of near-miss incidence referral in obstetric complications using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was a random sampling system with 85 respondents. The effectiveness of referral affects near-miss incidence, meaning that mothers who get referral according to procedure only have a 0.107 times greater chance of not occurring near miss. Pregnant women who had a history of the disease had a risk of 0.157 times greater for the absence of near-miss than mothers who did not have a history. Pregnant women with high risk have 0.157 times no near-miss than those with low risk. Maternal antenatal examination affects the incidence of a near miss. It was found that the mother's history of illness, the risk of pregnancy owned by the mother and the effectiveness of referrals could affect the incidence of near miss in obstetric complications. In conclusion, there is an influence between the effectiveness of the referral and the near-miss incident at the Waras Wiris Andong Regional Hospital, Boyolali RegencyKeywords: referral, effectiveness, near-miss, obstetric complication

Abstract Study question How common is IVF add-on use in Australia, and what drives the use? Summary answer Most women (82%) had used one or more IVF add-ons and more than half (54%) first learned about the add-ons from their fertility specialist. What is known already IVF add-ons are procedures, techniques or medicines which may be considered nonessential to IVF, usually used in attempts to improve the probability of conception and live birth. Despite widespread concern about unproven IVF add-ons, information about the prevalence of their use is limited because these data are not available in national registries or datasets. Study design, size, duration Women who had undergone IVF in Australia since 2017 were recruited via social media. Women were excluded if they were gestational surrogates, had used a surrogate, or underwent IVF for oocyte donation or elective oocyte cryopreservation only. Eligible women completed an online survey which was open from 21st June to 14th July 2020. Participants/materials, setting, methods Survey questions included demographics, IVF and medical history, and questions specifically about IVF add-ons such as: the type of add-ons used, information sources consulted, and where participants first heard about add-ons. Women also responded to questions about the importance of scientific evidence regarding safety and effectiveness, factors considered in decision-making around add-on use and the presence of any decision regret. Main results and the role of chance A total of 1,590 responses were analyzed after excluding 287 ineligible responses. Participants were generally representative of women who undergo IVF in Australia in terms of age, indication for IVF, and use of ICSI for fertilisation. Most women had used at least one add-on (82%), and these were usually associated with an additional fee (72%). It was most common to first learn about IVF add-ons from the fertility specialist (54%), and most women reported that they and their specialist contributed equally to the decision to use add-ons. Women viewed scientific evidence for safety and effectiveness as very important on a scale from 0-100, an importance score over 90 was selected by more than half of the participants. Additionally, many (49%) assumed that add-ons were risk-free. Most women experienced regret at the decision to use IVF add-ons (66%), and this regret was greatest among women who experienced IVF failure when using add-ons (83%) and those who believed that the specialist drove the decision to use the add-ons (75%). Limitations, reasons for caution This was a retrospective survey of IVF patients, therefore it may suffer from bias due to patient recall. It does not consider the perspective of the IVF clinic or fertility specialist. Certain questions may be more prone to biased responses, such as those regarding who contributed to decision making. Wider implications of the findings The high prevalence of add-on use is likely generalizable to other settings where IVF treatment is largely private. Although women viewed scientific evidence as very important, most had used unproven IVF add-ons. This might suggest that women were not aware of the lack of robust evidence to support their use. For better strength prediction using strut-and-tie models (STM), it is essential to use reliable strength parameters of the model components; e.g., struts, ties, and nodes. Among all the elements of the STM, the strength of the bottle-shaped struts is not well quantified. The purpose of this study is to develop more accurate formulas for the calculation of the effectiveness factors for 2D bottle-shaped struts, that are unreinforced, reinforced with minimum reinforcement, and reinforced with sufficient transverse reinforcement. The nonlinear finite element analysis, with the aid of the software ABAQUS, has been utilized in this study, which has been verified against experimental tests. The study has been carried out for grades of concrete varying from 20 to 100MPa, and for bearing plate to width ratio varying from 0.1 to 0.9. The obtained formulas for the effectiveness factors of bottle-shaped struts are functions of the concrete strength, which is not the case with the ACI 318-19 provisions. These formulas have been verified against experimental tests and have been compared with the ACI 318-19 provisions. The predictions based on these formulas are more accurate than those based on the ACI 318-19 provisions. Also, the results from these formulas are always on the safe side. On the other hand, the ACI 318-19 provisions lead to unsafe results in the case of high-strength concrete and very conservative results for the case of unreinforced struts from normal-strength concrete.

Agile methods promise to achieve high productivity and provide high-quality software. Agile software development is the most important approach that has spread through the world of software development over the past decade. Software team productivity measurement is essential in agile teams to increase the performance of software development. Due to the prevalence of agile methodologies and increasing competition of software development companies, software team productivity has become one of the crucial challenges for agile software companies and teams. Awareness of the level of team productivity can help them to achieve better estimation results on the time and cost of the projects. However, to measure software productivity, there is no definitive solution or approach whether in traditional and agile software development teams that lead to the occurrence of many problems in achieving a reliable definition of software productivity. Hence, this study aims to propose a statistical model to assess the team’s productivity in agile teams. A survey was conducted with forty software companies and measured the impact of six factors of the team on productivity in these companies. The results show that team effectiveness factors including inter-team relationship, quality conformance by the team, team vision, team leader, and requirements handled by the team had a significant impact on the team’s productivity. Moreover, the results also state that inter-team relations affect the most on software teams’ productivity. Finally, the model fit test showed that 80% of productivity depends on team effectiveness factors.
