Many aspects of the life of Tatar women of the past remain obscure for others, which is substantiated by the tradition. This prompts the study of the topic in the genre of literary realism. Analysis is conducted on the fate of Tatar woman in the novel “Zuleikha Opens Her Eyes” by G. Yakhina. The hermeneutical method reveals the key symbols of life of the woman, which reveal what is hidden. Such symbols as coffer, kiln, baby cradle, bird, son, honey embody the feminine principle and have national roots. The symbol of train resembles the progress and new foundations of existence, which partially disclose the hidden aspects of the life of Tatar women. Social changes affected the fate of Tatar women, giving an opportunity for self-realization and attainment of happiness. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of the hidden in the life of Tatar women, dynamics of its evolution in the context of shift in sociocultural dominants caused by historical development. The acquired conclusions can be valuable in reconstruction of the fate of Tatar women of the XIX – XX centuries, determination of the finest nuances and details unknown to others, as well as restoration of the cultural-historical picture of their everyday practices. The interpretation of fate of the heroine of the novel through symbols allows applying a similar method to the analysis of other literary works dedicates to the female theme in culture.

The insider threat is often cited as one of the most challenging threats for security practitioners. Even though this topic is receiving considerable attention, two main problems remain unsolved. First, research on insider threats is focusing on many different insiders without being able to actually identify and consistently entitle the key aspects of the insiders. As a result, this research can neither be identified by practitioners as being relevant for their real-world insider problems, nor can it be compared with other research targeting the same insider aspects. Second, a clear understanding of insiders is vital for analysing, which insider properties are responsible for the peculiarity of insider threats. In this paper, a systematic approach to dissect the defining aspects of insiders is proposed, which includes specific allocatable insider characteristics. Additionally, the insider characteristics are extended towards insider types, which establish universal and unambiguous names for different insiders, and which are related with each other to form a new and simple insider taxonomy. The new foundations on insiders allow the comparison of different insider research in a structured manner. Furthermore, the new approach facilitates the identification of specific features of insider threats in future work.

THE PURPOSE. To determine the number of reconstructed, newly installed and replaced 10 / 0.4 kV transformer substations, consider an improved technology for installing a "pillow" under the foundation of a kiosk-type 10 / 0.4 kV transformer substation and determine the time spent on its installation. METHODS. The article presents an analysis of data on the number of reconstructed, newly installed and replaced 10 / 0.4 kV transformer substations, an algorithm for installing an improved "pillow" under the foundation of a 10 / 0.4 kV kiosk-type transformer substation. RESULTS. In the course of the experiment on the installation of an improved "pillow" under the foundation of the CTS, the time of work was determined. The total time spent on the construction of an improved "pillow" under the foundation of a kiosk-type CTS was 580 minutes, which is just over 9.5 hours. Also the standardized time of work during the installation of an improved "pillow" under the foundation of a kiosk-type CTS Also, the standardized time for performing work during the installation of an improved "pillow" under the foundation of a kiosk- type package transformer substation has been proposed. CONCLUSIONS. The use of the data presented in the article on the number of reconstructed, newly installed and replaced 10 / 0.4 kV transformer substations will allow scientists and specialists to develop and propose new methods of reconstruction and construction technologies for various transformer substations, as well as determine the economic efficiency of new foundations for transformer substations. The technology of kiosk-type CTS foundation installation described in the article will allow not only to increase the operational characteristics of the CTS, but also ensure the fire safety of the installed equipment. The technical solution specified in the article can be used during the reconstruction and construction of a 10 / 0.4 kV kiosk-type package transformer substation. The proposed algorithm for mounting an improved "pillow" under the foundation of a kiosk-type package transformer substation is universal, since it can be used at a package transformer substation of various capacities.

Bishop of Timișoara dr Georgije Letić (⁎1872†1935) was one of the most prominent dignitaries of our Serbian Orthodox Church of his time. He marked his era as a respectable hierarch, man of letters, a good and skilled organizer of church life in the dioceses that have been permanently or temporarily entrusted to him. Bishop dr Georgije Letić led the Diocese of Timișoara for many years, between 1904-1931 as a diocese bishop, and between 1931-1935 as administrator. The change of state administration (Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, Kingdom of Romania - Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes) over Banat (which was later split between Romania and Yugoslavia), as well as the difficult and irregular times during the First World War left heavy marks on the entire territory of the Serbian Orthodox Diocese of Timișoara, as well as consequences on the life of the Serbian Church in Romania. Bishop dr Georgije managed, as a skilled organizer, despite of current conditions, not only to successfully organize the diocesan life, but also to build new foundations for the upcoming generations.

Many concepts in mathematics are not fully defined, and their properties are implicit, which leads to paradoxes. New foundations of mathematics were formulated based on the concept of innate programs of behavior and thinking. The basic axiom of mathematics is proposed, according to which any mathematical object has a physical carrier. This carrier can store and process only a finite amount of information. As a result of the D-procedure (encoding of any mathematical objects and operations on them in the form of qubits), a mathematical object is digitized. As a consequence, the basis of mathematics is the interaction of brain qubits, which can only implement arithmetic operations on numbers. A proof in mathematics is an algorithm for finding the correct statement from a list of already-existing statements. Some mathematical paradoxes (e.g., Banach–Tarski and Russell) and Smale’s 18th problem are solved by means of the D-procedure. The axiom of choice is a consequence of the equivalence of physical states, the choice among which can be made randomly. The proposed mathematics is constructive in the sense that any mathematical object exists if it is physically realized. The consistency of mathematics is due to directed evolution, which results in effective structures. Computing with qubits is based on the nontrivial quantum effects of biologically important molecules in neurons and the brain.

The author examines the first stage of theoretical research of the concept of “local civilizations”. Nowadays this approach protects the right of non-Western communities to  independently and authentically define their way of development. If  non-Western macro-regions accept the understanding  of civilization as a universal phenomenon, their development will be determined by Western experience. In case those non-Western regions (and Russia as well) are seen as distinctive civilizational formations, their right to determine the ideal social/state structures and future development for themselves is recognized.  The stage of classical comprehension was overshadowed by the crisis of the imperial form of existence of large geopolitical spaces and was an attempt to formulate new foundations of their identities. The article reviews the ideas of N. Danilevsky, O. Spengler, A. Toynbee and P. Sorokin. The author also evaluates the heuristic potential of the methodological approaches by the scholars of the fundamental wave.
