False Friends between Romanian and Spanish in the Headlines of the Online Romanian Journals in Spain. As they are historically related languages, Romanian and Spanish share more than two hundred false friends (for example: amar ≠ amar, but amargo; nervos ≠ nervioso, but enfadado; a se apropia ≠ apropiarse, but acercarse etc.). So far, few studies have been written related to this type of lexical phenomenon between Romanian and Spanish and most of them are linked to the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. Until decades ago, Romanian and Spanish were not in direct contact, due to the location of the two countries at the margins of Europe, but since the massive immigration of Romanian to Spain in the 1990s, we can speak of direct contact and interference between these languages. I opted for the analysis of this type of phenomenon in the headlines of the Romanian press that is published online by and for the immigrant community who lives in Spain. I will investigate to what extent this aspect is reflected in the headlines which present the Romanian political, economic, social and cultural reality within a period of six months, between the 1st of July and 31st of December 2020. The newspapers which I will refer to are the following: ziarulromanesc.es, romanul.eu, periodicoelrumano.es, noiinspania.com and occidentul-romanesc.com. Keywords: false friends, Romanian, Spanish, online journals

Purpose: Technology initiatives are now incorporated into a wide range of business domains. The objective of this paper is to explore the possible effects that Artificial intelligence systems have on entrepreneurs’ decision-making, through the mediation of customer preference and industry benchmark. Design/methodology/approach: This is a non-empirical review of the literature and the development of a conceptual model. Searches were conducted in key academic databases, such as Emerald Online Journals, Taylor and Francis Online Journals, JSTOR Online Journals, Elsevier Online Journals, IEEE Xplore, and Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) for papers which focused on Artificial intelligence (AI), Entrepreneurial decision-making, Customer preference, Industry benchmarks, and Employee involvement. In total, 25 articles met the predefined criteria and were used. Findings: The study proposes that Artificial intelligence systems can facilitate better decision-making from the entrepreneurial perspective. In addition, the study demonstrates that employees, as stakeholders, can moderate the relationship between Artificial intelligence systems and better decision-making for entrepreneurs with their involvement. Moreover, the study demonstrates that customer preference and industry benchmark can mediate the relationship between Artificial intelligence systems and better entrepreneur decision-making. Research limitations/implications: The study assumes a perfect ICT environment for the smooth operation of Artificial intelligence systems. However, this might not always be the case. The study does not consider the personal disposition of entrepreneurs in terms of ICT usage and adoption. Practical implications: This study proposes that entrepreneurial decision-making is enriched in an environment of Artificial intelligence systems, which is complemented by customer preference, industry benchmark, and employee involvement. This finding provides entrepreneurs with a possible technological tool for better decision-making, highlighting the endless options offered by Artificial intelligence systems. Social Implications: The introduction of AI in the business decision-making process comes with many social issues in relation to the impact machines have on humans and society. This paper suggests how this new technology should be used without destroying society. Originality/value: This conceptual framework serves as a valuable organizational spectrum for entrepreneurial development. In addition, this study makes a valuable contribution to entrepreneurial development through Artificial intelligence systems.

Purpose: The study sought to investigate the effect of non-performing loan on financial stability of deposit taking SACCOs in Kenya. Materials and Methods: The study adopted a desktop methodology. Desk research refers to secondary data or that which can be collected without fieldwork. Desk research is basically involved in collecting data from existing resources hence it is often considered a low cost technique as compared to field research, as the main cost is involved in executive’s time, telephone charges and directories. Thus, the study relied on already published studies, reports and statistics. This secondary data was easily accessed through the online journals and library Results: Nonperforming loans and their effect on the financial stability of SACCOs using have not been adequately featured in any of the studies reviewed. This leaves a gap that needs to be filled. SACCOs play a very vital role in the financial intermediation in the Kenyan economy and their uniqueness in operations. This study will therefore focus on filling this gap. Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: the study findings of this study will assist the regulators of Sacco’s SASRA to formulate stringent policies to tame the rising cases of non-performing loans. The findings of this study will be useful to SACCOs within Nairobi County in evaluating how effective their approach to managing NPLs has been. This will enable them to identify the gaps in their management of NPLs and adjust accordingly.

This research applied survey method with quantitative technique to analyse collected data. The results show that all variables tested by conclusions are accepted. This means, after processing the data from the results of questionnaires, it can be seen that the data tested with simple linear regression methods have a positive value so it shows that students’ interest in accessing online journal has an effect on improving quality of their articles. Meanwhile, student interest in accessing online journal survey was still minimal, with 42.2% answered that they do not know the existence of the academic journals. However, 98% of students answered that the internet is a primary need.
