In recent years, the contamination of toxic gases in society is a very controversial problem because of the various consequences and effects they generate on health. There are several studies which highlight that the main polluting gases to the environment such as carbon monoxide, lead, cadmium, among others are the main causes of the increase in various acute diseases, such as pneumonia, or chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases or lung cancer. That is why, faced with this problem, this research work proposes a monitoring system that determines the concentration of toxic gases, in such a way that it can contribute as an informative medium which can be implemented in various focused points where high rates of pollution are concentrated. The system has a very efficient MQ 135 gas sensor which includes a reading of 5 to 600 ppm (parts per million) at 3m with a temperature of 25ºC. It should be noted that it is important to keep the sensor on 24 hours beforehand to obtain a correct reading. Thus, concluding that this system of toxic gases can be easily applied to society because it is economical and because it has a free software which will be responsible for informing through a web server the level of ppm that you want to analyze at a certain point. Keywords- Toxic Gases, Pollution, Gas Sensor, Environment, Air Quality

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, its variants and multifocal motor neuropathy belong to a spectrum of peripheral nerve disorders with complex dysimmune disease mechanisms. Awareness of the unique clinical phenotypes but also heterogeneity between patients is vital to arrive at early suspicion and ordering appropriate tests. This includes requirements for optimal electrodiagnostic protocol, aimed to capture sufficient electrophysiologic evidence for relevant abnormalities, a case-based approach on the eventual need to further expand the diagnostic armamentarium and correct reading of their results. Considerable phenotypical variation, diverse combinations of abnormalities found on diagnostic tests and heterogeneity in disease course and treatment response, all contribute to widespread differences in success rates on timely diagnosis and optimal treatment. We aim to provide a practical overview and guidance on relevant diagnostic and management strategies, including pitfalls and present a summary of the relevant novel developments in this field.

The study of works of the Romanticism period and the formation of appropriate ideas about the romantic musical style is an effective way to activate the creative thinking of young professional musicians, stimulates their artistic initiative, and makes up for the shortcomings of the technological approach. Thus, the performer gets the opportunity to realize the correct reading of the musical text, resourcefully participates in the creation of his own parts and makes stylistically competent interpretations. The creation of F. Chopin had an undoubted influence on the creation of the figurative and meaningful image of the era in which the composer lived. Using some aspects of the method of semantic analysis, the authors of the article tried to consider some features of Chopin’s musical thinking and discover the relationship between the complex of expressive means used by the composer and the meanings expressed by them, thus trying to achieve a more in-depth understanding of the style of Romanticism.

Most genetic changes have negligible reversion rates. As most mutations that confer resistance to an adverse condition (e.g., drug treatment) also confer a growth defect in its absence, it is challenging for cells to genetically adapt to transient environmental changes. Here, we identify a set of rapidly reversible drug-resistance mutations in Schizosaccharomyces pombe that are caused by microhomology-mediated tandem duplication (MTD) and reversion back to the wild-type sequence. Using 10,000× coverage whole-genome sequencing, we identify nearly 6,000 subclonal MTDs in a single clonal population and determine, using machine learning, how MTD frequency is encoded in the genome. We find that sequences with the highest-predicted MTD rates tend to generate insertions that maintain the correct reading frame, suggesting that MTD formation has shaped the evolution of coding sequences. Our study reveals a common mechanism of reversible genetic variation that is beneficial for adaptation to environmental fluctuations and facilitates evolutionary divergence.

Quranic knowledge is one of the essential knowledge in Islam. This knowledge should be taught to Muslims to find happiness in the world and the hereafter. Among the Quranic sciences that are compulsory to master are the skills of the Quran. This skill is essential in ensuring that the Quranic verse is read in the correct reading method. To achieve this desire, Quranic teachers, including Special Classes of Reading and Memorizing the Quran (KKQ) teachers, need to master effective Quranic teaching methods by mastering the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). Previous studies have found that KKQ teachers have less knowledge of PCK and that this application of Quranic teaching is low. So, this concept paper discusses the elements of PPK that KKQ teachers need to master in teaching the Quranic tajwid. Guided by theory and recent studies, this study proposes five elements of the PCK that KKQ teachers need to master to produce effective teaching in the teaching of Quranic tajwid, content knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, student knowledge, and curriculum knowledge, and teacher Quran skills.

Abstract This paper differentiates between two readings of Aristotle’s argument that unity and being are not “genē” (UBANG for short). On the first reading – proposed by commentators such as Ackrill, Shields, Loux, and McDaniel – UBANG entails the proposition that there are no features that characterise all beings insofar as they are, referred to by its contemporary proponents, including McDaniel, as ‘ontological pluralism’. On the second reading – proposed here – UBANG does not entail this proposition. The paper argues that only on the second reading does Aristotle’s argument secure its conclusion, that the second reading is, in fact, the correct reading of UBANG, and that anyone who thinks that UBANG succeeds and entails ontological pluralism probably equivocates between two different senses of ‘genos’.

Now a niche figure in intellectual history, Samuel Pufendorf was one of the great lights of the early Enlightenment. A renowned professor of law, Pufendorf is John Locke’s rival in forging the modern logic of religious tolerance. The link between early modern Christianity and violence, which occasions Pufendorf’s book The Bearing of Christian Religion on Civil Life, is broken by his re-elaboration of the Augustinian tradition that this book seeks to retrace. Jesus is a king, according to Pufendorf, but his kingdom is “not of this world”. A correct reading of the Roman trial of Jesus is thus, for him, a sine qua non of a European political culture in which ritual and confessional differences are tolerated.

AbstractPrevious literature has mentioned the difficulty in reading recent Japanese names correctly. However, this difficulty has not been empirically demonstrated. Thus, it is unclear to what extent and how it is difficult. Therefore, this paper provides empirical evidence of the difficulty in reading Japanese names correctly. Data including names of babies born between 2004 and 2018 were analyzed. The results showed that common writings have many variations in reading, which makes it difficult (or almost impossible) to choose the correct reading among many options. For example, one of the common writings for boys, 大翔 had 18 variations in reading, and for girls, 結愛 had 14 variations in reading. These variations differed remarkably in pronunciation, length, and meaning. Empirically reporting this difficulty in reading Japanese names correctly contributes to a better understanding of naming practices not only in Japan but also in vast regions where Chinese characters are/were used.
