Botulinum Toxin type A has become a great ally in aesthetic procedures because it is a very efficient non-surgical, aesthetic-therapeutic procedure. Known and much sought after for the result it provides in facial harmonization, by smoothing expression lines caused by repeated contractions carried out over the years, it has increased the demand for the technique, and with that, some complications and light, but transient complications arose. Thus, the objective of this article is to understand the process of application of botulinum toxin type A, its effects and complications (intercurrences) that may arise when not performing the technique as recommended, in addition to reviewing the literature and the protocol for applying the Botulinum toxin type A. The bibliographic research method, literature review of articles from the year 2000, in English and Portuguese, in search platforms of Scielo, Pubmed, Academic Google, atlas, dissertations and theses. Respecting the reapplication time is essential not only for complications, but also the patient's individuality, outlining a safe and effective path to avoid unwanted effects, thus ensuring a successful and attractive procedure both in the eyes of the professional and in the eyes of the clients .

The purpose of the study was to determine, test and analyze empirically the effect of work discipline, training and professionalism on employee commitment and performance at DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency. Sampling using the census technique of 35 respondents. Research data is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used instrument test, linearity test, hypothesis test, path analysis. The results showed that training and professionalism had a significant effect on commitment, while work discipline had no significant effect on commitment; work discipline, training, professionalism and commitment have a significant effect on performance. The F test results show that work discipline, training, professionalism and commitment have a significant effect on performance. The total R2 test results are 0.981, meaning that the performance variable is explained by work discipline, training, professionalism, and commitment of 98.1 %, the remaining 1.9 % is explained by other factors outside the research model. The results of the path analysis show that the direct path of work discipline to performance is the most dominant and most effective path to improve performance. The commitment intervening variable cannot mediate all independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract Liquid electrolytes for anode-free Li metal batteries (LMBs) provide a cost-effective path to high energy density. However, liquid electrolytes are challenging due to the reactivity of Li0 with the electrolyte and the resulting Li loss, as well as mossy Li deposits leading to inactive Li and dendrite formation. Thus, more research is needed to develop electrolytes capable of 80% capacity retention after 800 cycles to meet electric vehicle (EV) demands. Here, we report cycle life results from 65 electrolyte mixtures consisting of various additives or co-solvents added to a dual-salt base electrolyte previously reported by our group. We tested these electrolyte systems using a practical anode-free pouch cell design with a high-loading (16 mg cm-2, or 3.47 mAh cm 2) LiNi0.8Mn0.1Co0.1O2 (NMC811) cathode, with a bare Cu foil as the counter electrode. All cells in this work were cycled at 40 °C with 0.2C/0.5C charge/discharge rates between 3.55 4.40 V. Based on the total energy delivered over 140 cycles, only five electrolytes showed marginal improvement over the baseline, while the other electrolytes were uncompetitive. This data set can serve as a guide for LMB researchers investigating electrolyte systems and highlights the challenges associated with liquid electrolytes.

In order to improve the information and product originality level of intelligent manufacturing industry based on sensor technology, this paper summarizes the current situation of CAx integration based on sensor technology and its design application and analyzes the shortcomings of existing CAx integration, aiming at accurate, complete, timely, and barrier-free transfer of sensor product data and information between CAx system and MRPII/ERP management information system. The concept and information model of feature extension of sensor components oriented to the whole process of sensor intelligent manufacturing is presented. Taking feature extension of sensor components as the integration link, CAx integration framework structure and its design application mode based on feature extension are established, while key technologies and implementation ideas to realize the integration and the design application are put forward, which provides an effective path to realize the sensor integration of CAx and management information systems such as MRPII/ERP.
