In last decade, there has been a growing awareness in E-Learning which is the most recent type of distance education, and becomes a highly significant model of educational technology. Today e-Learning studies indicate that there is an increasing use of this educational scheme for students, trainers and instructors which improve the learning capability of the students and trainee by depending on student-centered learning (SCL) scheme rather than using the traditional teacher or trainer centered teaching mechanism. However, students’ awareness for the advantage of using e-Learning has not been significantly investigated, especially in Iraq. The aim of this article is to inspect students’ awareness of the using of e-Learning at the Dohuk Polytechnic University. Participants involved in this study were 100 students studying the C++ programming language course during 2015-2016 and 2017-2018 academic years and 210 students studying computer application course during 2018-2019.

Abstract One of the fundamental problems faced by the province of South Sulawesi is the factor of accessibility, so the role of bridges is quite important. For this reason, the budget planning for standard bridge construction projects also needs to be efficient in terms of preparation and accurate in terms of budget. The Cost Significant Model is one of the total construction cost estimation models that relies more on the prices that have the most influence on the total project cost as the basis for estimation. In general, this study uses data from steel frame bridge construction projects in South Sulawesi Province to formulate a mathematical model with linear regression analysis so that it can be used in the process of estimating similar projects going forward. The Estimation Model which is formed from the regression analysis and the Cost Significant Model in this study, namely; Y = 3.884 (X7) + 0.989 (X8) - 65515.372. With; Y = Estimated Total Cost (Rp/m); X7 = Reinforcement Work Cost (Rp/m); X8 = Steel Frame Structure Work Cost (Rp/m). Where this model can explain 99.7% of the total project cost with a cost model factor of 1.038. The level of accuracy (percentage error estimate) of the estimation results of the Cost Significant Model in this study ranges from - 1.46% to +2.45%.

Cyber security is most widely seen in many domains. From various domains these attacks plays the major role in damaging the servers and making websites unavailable. Many challenges are facing with the various cyber attacks.Internet of Things (IoT) is most widely used to define as a pervasive network of a (broad) range of connected smart nodes that offer diverse digital services, including the collection of environmental and user data. Detection of cyber attacks is difficult task and this may cause the loss of data packets and may interrupt the server. In this paper, the Enhancement is developed to handle the attack packets effectively. This is the window based application i,e based on the window size the data is processed. The Enhancement is called as an Amplified and Forward for Bi- Directional traffic from Attacks. This is very significant model to detect the several types of attacks that occur in IoT. Results show the performance of proposed system.

The application of coal ash (CA) in construction industries has grown rapidly, posing risk to the environment due to heavy metals leaching from the material. This research presents a simulation of ecological risk assessment and model risk indicators (ERI) of leached heavy metals (lead (Pb), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) and arsenic (As)) from CA (FA: fly ash and BA: bottom ash) via response surface methodology (RSM). The ERI values were based on quantified leached heavy metals from the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP-1311) and synthetic precipitation leaching procedure (SPLP-1312). The ecological risk index (RI ) values for TCLP were 10.27 × 100 (FA), 9.91 × 100 (BA) and 12.58 × 100 (FA + BA); whereas RI for SPLP were 10.34 × 100 (FA), 9.90 × 100 (BA) and 12.61 × 100 (FA + BA). Twenty-nine combinations of operations were evaluated based on Box-Behnken design with ERI as the response variable. The established model risk indicator (i.e., coded and actual factors) of Pb, Cu, Zn and ‘As’ showed significant model terms that describe their relationship very well, perfectly fit to the corresponding ERI (sum of squares = 0.4160, F value = 682,375.55) with probability of 0.01% for an F-value could occur due to noise. The optimized models were validated with error percentage of less than 5%. The established ERI models showed significant model terms and will be useful for ecological monitoring of CA application in construction industries.

In this paper, an endeavor is made to perceive handwritten characters for English letters in order. The principle point of this task is to plan a master framework for, "HCR(English) utilizing Neural Network". that can viably perceive a specific character of type design utilizing the Artificial Neural Network approach. The handwritten character acknowledgment issue has become the most well-known issue in AI. Handwritten character acknowledgment has been a difficult space of examination, with the execution of Machine Learning we propose a Neural Network based methodology. Acknowledgment, precision rate, execution and execution time are a significant model that will be met by the technique being utilized.

Abstract We explore whether the axion which solves the strong CP problem can naturally be much lighter than the canonical QCD axion. The $$ {Z}_{\mathcal{N}} $$ Z N symmetry proposed by Hook, with $$ \mathcal{N} $$ N mirror and degenerate worlds coexisting in Nature and linked by the axion field, is considered in terms of generic effective axion couplings. We show that the total potential is safely approximated by a single cosine in the large $$ \mathcal{N} $$ N limit, and we determine the analytical formula for the exponentially suppressed axion mass. The resulting universal enhancement of all axion interactions relative to those of the canonical QCD axion has a strong impact on the prospects of axion-like particle experiments such as ALPS II, IAXO and many others: experiments searching for generic axion-like particles have in fact discovery potential to solve the strong CP problem. The finite density axion potential is also analyzed and we show that the $$ {Z}_{\mathcal{N}} $$ Z N asymmetric background of high-density stellar environments sets already significant model-independent constraints: 3 ≤ $$ \mathcal{N} $$ N ≲ 47 for an axion scale fa ≲ 2.4 × 1015 GeV, with tantalizing discovery prospects for any value of fa and down to $$ \mathcal{N} $$ N ∼ 9 with future neutron star and gravitational wave data, down to the ultra-light mass region. In addition, two specific ultraviolet $$ {Z}_{\mathcal{N}} $$ Z N completions are developed: a composite axion one and a KSVZ-like model with improved Peccei-Quinn quality.

Trip Distribution is a difficult and significant model in the urban transportation planning process. This paper creates and assesses a satisfactory model of the trip distribution stage for the Nasiriyah city by using two models, Gravity and Fratar methods. A large sample was used for developing the model. The research methodology depends on discussing the theoretical fundamentals of the various methods for estimating the trips distribution and examining the suitability of these fundamentals for the conditions of the selected study area. Two different models had been used, namely; Frater and Gravity model. These models were calibrated using real data. The study tests the accuracy of the models, including overall statistical assessments of the predicted movements. Finally, the study recommended to use Fratar Method. These results had been confirmed to the literature that, if the area is a homogenous growth, the best model is the growth factor (Fratar's method) and if the area is experiencing rapid changes. The gravity model will produce satisfactory results because it takes into account the competition in different land uses.
