The advanced tensor solution to the problem of inter-domain routing with normalized Quality of Service under hierarchical coordination in a communication network is proposed in the paper. The novelty of the method based on the tensor model lies in the more flexible load balancing over the network due to the presence of requirements to average end-to-end delay of packets. The framework of the method comprises a decomposed flow-based routing model that includes the inter-domain routing interaction conditions and ensures the normalized Quality of Service derived from the tensor model. Considering the mentioned above, the advanced inter-domain Quality of Service routing task was formulated in the optimization form, using the quadratic optimality criterion. The conducted analysis of the numerical research results confirmed the efficiency and adequacy of the proposed method when the desired solutions were obtained during the finite number of iterations under a provision of the normalized Quality of Service. It should be noted that the reduced number of such iterations during the operation of the method will decrease the amount of service traffic transmitted over the network needed for obtaining the final solution in the process of inter-domain routing with normalized Quality of Service.

Micro-grids have become the building block of modern energy systems, where distributed resources are the characterizing feature. The charging operation of electric vehicles can be exploited as a flexible load to achieve operational goals of the micro-grid. In the particular case of car-sharing fleets, the degrees of freedom in the charging procedures are reduced when compared to private users. In this work, we illustrate how a car sharing fleet can be incorporated as a flexible load in the micro-grid management system. A linear optimization problem is formulated, where the cost function makes a trade-off between the gain in flexibility in the micro-grid and the loss incurred by the car-sharing service for delaying the recharging procedure of the EV. The proposed approach is evaluated on a data set of charging events generated by a real car-sharing fleet showing that the EMS allows reducing the daily peak demand requested to the public grid and diminishes the operational costs.

When the power is in control of its own fleet of vehicles, the power grid will experience an increase in the amount of fluctuating energy consumption depending on the nature of the load presentation. Depending on the drawing density, electric batteries can be integrated to create a new volume of the overall load profile can increase the voltage of the tips. Fees and charges the pattern is not random, as they can affect the driver's travel habits and charging capabilities, which means that ANY integration as well as a significant impact will have cargo. An increasing number of loads and peaks in load may lead to the need to upgrade the network infrastructure in order to reduce the risk of loss, abandoned services and or damage to any components. But with well-designed incentives for users, the HOME variable that is in the electric vehicle charging (EVC) - based power consumption can be flexible load, which can help in the energy system load and reduce charging at the tips.

In recent years, with the continuous growth of China’s power peak load and the rapid development of renewable energy, a large number of renewable energy sources are connected to the power grid, increasing the uncertainty of power grid operation and posing new major challenges to the power system regulation capacity. Flexible load has the characteristics of wide distribution, fast response, and high economy, which is an important control resource for the future power system. Based on the flexible load of commercial buildings and residential users, this paper studies the resource characteristics and response characteristics, clarifies the resource characteristics and demand response characteristic indexes of commercial and residential users, and establishes the response characteristics model of commercial buildings and residential users. Considering the influence of weather, holidays, incentive mechanism, and other factors on the response of flexible load, the quantitative analysis method of flexible load resource regulation potential for regional power grid dispatching was studied, and the feasibility of flexible load resources directly participating in the load control system was analyzed. Based on the uncertainty and mathematical characterization method of the active response of flexible loads, the optimal combination control strategy of demand response resources was proposed to eliminate the problems of heavy load and overload of regional power grid equipment by using the active response ability of flexible loads. Finally, the IEEE 14-node system is selected for simulation verification, which provides a theoretical basis for alleviating the power grid operation pressure in the peak load period of the power grid in the urban core area, improving the safety and economic operation level of regional power grid dispatching and the utilization rate of power grid equipment assets.
