Due to the rapid development of society and economy, people have more and more urgent needs for a better life and coordinated development between regions. However, research on people’s good life and coordinated development based on new era technologies such as intelligent communication is not sufficient. The future of smart communications technology will be all over the place, from television to mobile phones and the Internet, and ICT is making the world look new, helping hundreds of millions of people to live, work, and play in the most creative ways. At the same time, ICT is managing cities in innovative ways, especially in an increasingly integrated information society, exchanging information knowledge and communicating on the move. In order to understand the impact of intelligent communication on people’s good life and coordinated development research, this paper uses intelligent communication and k-means algorithm-based methods to study people’s good life and coordinated development and conducts questionnaire surveys and constructs corresponding evaluation indicators analysis. The results showed that 36% of the respondents were satisfied with the housing environment, 24% were relatively satisfied, 76% were satisfied with the greening environment, and 13% were relatively satisfied. 41% of people are satisfied with their health, and 32% are satisfied with their work status. This shows that people’s good life and coordinated development are inseparable from rapid economic development, but rapid economic development alone is far from enough because rapid economic development can improve people’s material living conditions, but not necessarily promote people’s life coordination in the spiritual world. Therefore, for people’s good life and coordinated development, the improvement of material economy and the construction of spiritual level are indispensable.

Double-symmetry I-beams are the most common beam cross-sections in structural building. Because that is simpler to design and analyze steel profiles than single-symmetry I-beams. However, with the advancement of economy, the improvement of the quality of life and the cultural standards, large-scale emergence of various large span bridges, special bridge-type landscapes and viaducts. Single symmetrical I-section is better than Double-symmetry I-section to fairly in line with demand characteristics and material economy. This study chooses different Iyc/Iy ratio sections, 0.229, 0.23, 0.3 and 0.5. Iyc/Iy =0.23 is the change point of the sudden drop of the strength of the compressed airfoil. In study, the section is divided into three sections of plasticity, inelasticity and elasticity for analysis and comparison. Considering the different section sizes. If the value of Lb for a small non-elastic interval is too large, the section with a smaller cross-section will reach the elastic interval. Taking all section conditions Lb into consideration, taking 1.4m as a section will reach the non-elastic interval, if the value of the longer Lb is too small, the section with the larger section does not reach the elastic interval. In study, 10m is taken as the section to reach the elastic interval, orientation the AISC ( 2017 ) specification is used to analyze the I-beam. Symmetrical wing plate cross-sections were increased and reduced. The strength of the cross-sections between the compressed side and the tensioned side was discussed, and a single-symmetric I-section with the best cross-sectional efficiency was proposed.

Abstract Nowadays, many components which were earlier cast or machined have now been replaced by steel metal stampings. Material economy and the resultant reduction in weight and cost, high productivity and a high degree of possible precision have made press-work essential for many mass-produced products such as electronic appliances, utensils and car parts. Although, laser-cut technology is widely developed and more flexible in terms of variety of produced components, it cannot reach the extremely high productivity rates of a progressive die. Progressive die can perform a sequence of operations, in different stations at a single stroke of press. In this work, an innovative progressive die consists of two stations was designed, in order to produce a complex metal part with three different manufacturing processes. The components of the die have been calculated by mathematical formulas and empirical data, designed with Computer Aided Design software and analyzed by Finite Element Analysis tool.

The article considers the economic results of 2020. The key events of the country’s economic life related to the global coronavirus pandemic are described. The difficulties of the Russian economic situation in 2020–2021 are caused not only by the pandemic, but also by the persistence of problems of the raw material economy, as well as shortcomings of state and corporate governance. The tasks and directions of the national plan for economic recovery in 2021 are described. It emphasizes the importance of addressing not only the current problems of life support, but also focusing on strategic national goals to ensure economic sustainability. In this regard, the main principles of improving the quality of public administration are considered. A model for improving strategic planning at the macro level with active involvement of leading enterprises in the process is proposed. The article describes the main directions of diversification of the domestic economy, as well as the practice of implementing relevant industry strategies. The problem of formation of the national innovation system as a factor of ensuring the national security of the country remains relevant.

Traditional bricks are made of clay or cement. However, it has environmental deficiencies as causing high energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. In addition, excessive and senseless use of non-renewable natural resources around the world causes social, economic and environmental damages. For these reasons, researchers have used several waste materials in brick production to contribute to sustainable development by optimizing environment-material-economy. In this study, the latest papers in the literature on the use of waste rubber (WR) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in brick production are presented. In particular, its thermal and sound insulation properties are examined. The literature review reveals the potential of the raw materials to be replaced by WR and PET when the manufactured bricks meet the standards.

Analyzing the progress of reforms in the two countries, A.V. Kiva emphasizes that China managed to reform the country in an evolutionary way without the shocks that the Russian Federation went through. Deng Xiaoping's team carefully developed a reform model, including ways to get outside investment, technology, and expertise. At the same time, the emphasis was placed on internal development, and the authorities refused any geopolitical projects in order to save money. Already at the beginning of the reforms, the emphasis was placed on the development of the industrial and innovative sector in the economy and the creation of a strong export potential in order to obtain currency and increase investment in the economy. At the same time, Deng Xiaoping instructed his colleagues not to quarrel with anyone, not to react to unfriendly statements against China, no matter where they came from. As for Russia, the team of young reformers led by Yegor Gaidar did not develop their own model of reforms, but borrowed it from the United States and implemented it with the participation of American advisers. This model is made in the spirit of neoliberalism and a priori was disastrous for Russia. In the zero years, the model has changed, but the problem of transferring the country's raw material economy to the rails of industrial and innovative development has not been solved. Russia, as the legal successor of the USSR, became embroiled in expensive geopolitical projects, quarreled with a number of influential countries, and failed to evade sanctions that hindered its development.

The paper wants to show that by means of new techniques any piece can be reconditioned, the costs being much reduced. Among the advantages can be recalled: allows the reconditioning of parts that have a lot of workmanship; material economy; low cost; repairs are performed that cannot be done by other procedures; the equipment used for welding is simple, cheap, with great possibility of diversification; welding is easily suitable for machining and automation.
