The precondition for Ukraine's accession to the multilateral agreement on automatic exchange of interstate reports is the introduction of the Report by countries of the international group of companies (hereinafter - the intercountry report), which is part of the OECD-recommended three-tier transfer pricing documentation model (Action Plan 13, BEPS Action Plan 13). It has been proven that the implementation of the intercountry report is in the early stages of the implementation of Step 13(tax legislation establishes the obligation of multinational enterprises to submit such reports; the form and procedure for its preparation are designed , but there is no mechanism for ensuring confidentiality and appropriate use of information of such reports). The conclusion is made on the need to further improve the legislation of Ukraine in the field of international exchange of information for tax purposes and the relevance of research on these issues.

As per International Health Regulations (2005), all the International airports and seaports are to be kept free from the vectors, which may cause public health hazards through transmission of pathogen through them. The country is presently connected by air, sea and road through porous borders. Due to the new challenges/ requirements brought about by the IHR (2005), necessary efforts are being made in India to ensure effective vector surveillance and control at POEs. It is also intended for use by the concerned port health officers, airport health officers, border health officers, regulators, port operators, and other competent authorities in charge of implementing the IHR (2005) at points of entry. This present SoP/ guidelines regarding vector surveillance and control may be used as a basis for the development of a management plan for preparing and performing vector surveillance and applying public health measures within the framework of the IHR (2005). The primary aim of developing model action plan is to assist public health authorities at PoE in strengthening core capacities and managing vector surveillance and control programmes by providing technical guidance on the optimal use of resources, planning, monitoring, and decision-making. There seems to be an urgent need for the vector control experts to be engaged at each international airport/ seaports due to fast expansions of the areas of the airports/ seaports and in view of receptivity and presence of breeding potential habitats of Aedes mosquitoes.

Agent-based social simulations are typically described in imperative form. While this facilitates implementation as computer programs, it makes implicit the different assumptions made, both about the functional form and the causal ordering involved. As a solution to the problem, a probabilistic graphical model, Action Network (AN), is proposed in this paper for social simulation. Simulation variables are represented by nodes, and causal links by edges. An Action Table is associated with each node, describing incremental probabilistic actions to be performed in response to fuzzy parental states. AN offers a graphical causal model that captures the dynamics of a social process. Details of the formalism are presented along with illustrative examples. Software that implements the formalism is available at http://actionnetwork.epizy.com .

In this paper, a semi-simple and Maxwell extension of the (anti) de Sitter algebra is constructed. Then, a gauge-invariant model has been presented by gauging the Maxwell semi-simple extension of the (anti) de Sitter algebra. We firstly construct a Stelle–West-like model action for five-dimensional spacetime in which the effects of spontaneous symmetry breaking have been taken into account. In doing so, we get an extended version of Einstein’s field equations. Next, we decompose the five-dimensional extended Lie algebra and establish a MacDowell–Mansouri-like action that contains the Einstein–Hilbert term, the cosmological term as well as new terms coming from Maxwell extension in four-dimensional spacetime where the torsion-free condition is assumed. Finally, we have shown that both models are equivalent for an appropriately chosen gauge condition.

Abstract We show that our previous work on Galilei and Carroll gravity, apt for particles, can be generalized to Galilei and Carroll gravity theories adapted to p-branes (p = 0, 1, 2, ⋯). Within this wider brane perspective, we make use of a formal map, given in the literature, between the corresponding p-brane Carroll and Galilei algebras where the index describing the directions longitudinal (transverse) to the Galilei brane is interchanged with the index covering the directions transverse (longitudinal) to the Carroll brane with the understanding that the time coordinate is always among the longitudinal directions. This leads among other things in 3D to a map between Galilei particles and Carroll strings and in 4D to a similar map between Galilei strings and Carroll strings. We show that this formal map extends to the corresponding Lie algebra expansion of the Poincaré algebra and, therefore, to several extensions of the Carroll and Galilei algebras including central extensions. We use this formal map to construct several new examples of Carroll gravity actions. Furthermore, we discuss the symmetry between Carroll and Galilei at the level of the p-brane sigma model action and apply this formal symmetry to give several examples of 3D and 4D particles and strings in a curved Carroll background.

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil kegiatan penulis selama menjadi dosen PDS (Penugasan Dosen di Sekolah) yang diprogramkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan, Kementerian  Riset, Teknologi, dan Perguruan Tinggi. Selama menjadi guru dalam program PDS tersebut, penulis telah menerapkan pembelajaran edutainment di kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Bandung yang diharapkan dapat memberi suasana pembelajaran sejarah yang menyenangkan. Pembelajaran edutainment ini difokuskan pada upaya kemampuan peserta didik untuk menjadi tokoh dalam sejarah (if history). Pemberian materi pelajaran di kelas didukung dengan model action research ke dalam empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi agar dapat dijadikan tindakan perbaikan selanjutnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dapat dijelaskan bahwa pembelajaran edutainment model if history telah membawa peserta didik hadir pada suasana peristiwa yang dipelajari dengan “hadir” sebagai pelaku dalam sejarah. Peserta terlihat antusias untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang rileks, menyenangkan, dan terbebas dari tekanan dalam setiap tahapan pembelajaran, mulai dari pertemuan awal sampai pertemuan akhir. Model if history menjadi lebih mudah diikuti oleh peserta didik ketika suatu peristiwa disampaikan dengan kombinasi gaya mengajar monolog. Di sini peserta didik menjadi lebih mudah memahami apa yang akan diperankannya dan menemukan fakta sejarah dengan bahasanya sendiri sehingga sejarah tidak lagi terkesan sebagai hapalan fakta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu pembelajaran bahasa Arab multiliterasi berbasis kearifan lokal di Perguran Tinggi Umum yang valid, efektif, efisien, dan praktis sehingga dapat dijadikan alternatif model pembelajaran lain yang diterapkan oleh dosen bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pola “the dominantless dominant design” dan desain penelitian research and development (R & D). Penelitian dilakukan melalui dua  tahapan: (1) Studi Pendahuluan (Exploration study), dan (2) Pengembangan model (Action Research. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, angket (test), dan FGD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) pembelajaran bahasa Arab masih terlalu bersifat behavioristik dan sekadar menghasilkan keterampilan berbahasa mekanistik, 2) Pembelajaran bahasa Arab multiliterasi harus memungkinkan mahasiswa agar dapat melakukan proses intensifikasi dan ekstensifikasi kemampuannya dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Arab sehingga mengembangkan kemampuan dan keterampilan komunikasi menggunakan bahasa Arab secara mandiri dengan menggunakan multisumber dan media, 3) pembelajaran bahasa Arab multiliterasi yang mendudukan mahasiswa dalam konteks kehidupan riilnya harus diiringi dengan pemahaman dan keinsafan tentang pentingnya integrasi kearifan lokal Indonesia dalam proses pembelajaran, 4) Komponen dan sintaks model pembelajaran bahasa Arab multiliterasi berbasis kearifan lokal mengacu pada temuan empiris dan teoretik, yakni tujuan, metode, materi, serta evaluasi pembelajaran.

Based on the low participation of the student during the classroom activities, this study aimed to improve students’ participation and academic achievement on Mathematics. The procedures of this study consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. There were 24 students of Class XI KR 3 SMK N 3 Yogyakarta 2013/2014 participated in this study. Data were obtained through observation sheets, student worksheets, test, and notes. This study implemented a Cooperative learning model action at Two Stay Two Stray. The students were divided into 6 groups (each group consisted 4 students). The results revealed that (1) the students who actively participated in the classroom activities are 77.08%; (2) the students who passed the test 77.35%, and (3) the students who passed the minimum criteria for the study are 87.5%. It can be concluded that implementing Cooperative Learning, Two Stay Two Stray model, is effective to enhance students’ participation and academic achievement in mathematics.

The study entitled "Actantial Model in The Owl and The Pussy Cat by Edward Lear: A Narrative Scheme on Poem " revealed a narration scheme to find out three models in narration text, namely the function model, action model, and narration model realized in the poem. The approach used to solve the problem is a structuralism approach by using Greimas' Actant theoretical base. The method of data collection in this study is objective literary research. Presentation of data processing is a report using the qualitative description design. The benefits of this study are expected to be one of the developments in literary studies, especially the study of poetic literary works for future students, teachers, researchers and literary critics. The results of this study are the discussion of narration schemes, which consist of the functional model, action model, and narration model of the poem.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki praktik pembelajaran dikelas yang berimbas kepada meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dianggap mampu mendukung pembelajaran abad 21 yang menekankan pada kemampuan peserta didik dalam mencari tahu dari berbagai sumber, merumuskan permasalahan, berpikir analitis dan kerjasama serta berkolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan masalah dijadikan sebagai sasaran tindakan penelitian. Adapun model action research yang dikembangkan berbentuk siklus yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Metode pengumpuan data melalui tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar peserta didik dapat meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kemampuan bekerjasama secara efektif dan kreatif dengan anggota tim dikelompoknya dan teman sekelas tanpa memandang perbedaan pendapat dan mampu menyampaikan ide-ide baru dalam memecahkan permasalahan dalam belajar. Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning-aktivitas beelajar- hasil belajar
