Green development of agriculture is the foundation of the entire green development. As a big agricultural province, promoting the green development of agriculture is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and rural revitalization in Guangxi. This paper firstly analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the green development of agriculture, combined with the relevant policy theory, constructs the index system from the three aspects of green production, economic benefits and living standards, and then uses the entropy method to calculate the index weight and the comprehensive score of the green development of Agriculture in Guangxi, it analyzes the development trend of agricultural green development in Guangxi from 2010 to 2019 and the spatial differences of agricultural green development in 14 cities of Guangxi in 2019 afterwards. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: the agricultural green development in Guangxi is on the rise from 2010 to 2019, but the development of green production is still in stagnancy; the overall level of Guangxi's agricultural green development in 2019 is relatively low, the best comprehensive developed cities are Guilin and Yulin, while the Hechi got the worst comprehensive score. According to the above conclusion, Guangxi should increase investment in science and technology to promote green agricultural production, focus on the overall development of the city to achieve regional coordination, give full play to the linkage effect of the city, and encourage well-developed cities to drive the development of surrounding cities.

Analyzing customer feedback and management of complaint processing mechanisms has become a necessity for every firm to gain a competitive edge in business. The data reveals a lot of information about the customer and helps understanding how to improve the service quality in the firm. This can also be taken as an external method of quality control of the product through customer feedback. The present study has conducted a primary survey to validate how much does the customers’ feedback helps in improving the quality of processes and the product thereby. This survey is predominantly carried out on different types of companies situated in NCR of Delhi. Through the analysis, an attempt was made to get a comprehensive score representing the aspect of market customer complaints in these companies.

In this paper, the optimization of the extraction/purification process of multiple components was performed by the entropy weight method (EWM) combined with Plackett–Burman design (PBD) and central composite design (CCD). We took the macroporous resin purification of Astragalus saponins as an example to discuss the practicability of this method. Firstly, the weight of each component was given by EWM and the sum of the product between the componential content and its weight was defined as the comprehensive score, which was taken as the evaluation index. Then, the single factor method was adopted for determining the value range of each factor. PBD was applied for screening the significant factors. Important variables were further optimized by CCD to determine the optimal process parameters. After the combination of EWM, PBD and CCD, the resulting optimal purification conditions were as follows: pH value of 6.0, the extraction solvent concentration of 0.15 g/mL, and the ethanol volume fraction of 75%. Under the optimal conditions, the practical comprehensive score of recoveries of saponins was close to the predicted value (n = 3). Therefore, the present study provided a convenient and efficient method for extraction and purification optimization technology of multiple components from natural products.

Background and PurposeWe aimed to translate the Comprehensive Score of Financial Toxicity (COST) questionnaire into Arabic and to evaluate its reliability and validity.MethodsWe applied the four-step translation method and conducted a pilot validation study over 179 medical oncology patients. Reliability was tested using the Cronbach alpha coefficient and test–retest stability. Validity was tested using the correlation with Functional assessment of Cancer Therapy-General score (FACT-G), factorial analysis and the content validity index.ResultsQuestionnaire showed high internal consistency and test retest reliability; Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.77 and Pearson stability coefficient was 0.8. Convergent validity evaluation showed a statistically significant moderate correlation with the FACT-G (r = .42, p = .047). Content validly index was 0.93.ConclusionsThe Arabic version of COST questionnaire, was a valid and reliable tool that could be used in clinical practice by healthcare providers to evaluate financial toxicity in Arab speaking cancer patients.

Background: Connecting genes to phenotypes is still a great challenge in genetics. Research related to gene-phenotype associations has made remarkable progress recently due to high-throughput sequencing technology and genome-wide association study (GWAS). However, these genes, which are considered to be significantly associated with a target phenotype according to traditional GWAS, are less precise or subject to greater confounding. Objective: The present study is an attempt to prioritize functional genes for complex phenotypes employing protein-protein interaction (PPI) network-based systems genetics methods on available GWAS results. Method: In this paper, we calculated the functional gene enrichment ratios of the trait ontology of A. thaliana for three common systems genetics methods (i.e. GeneRank, K-shell and HotNet2). Then, comparison of gene enrichment ratios obtained by PPI network-based methods was performed. Finally, a hybrid model was proposed, integrating GeneRank, comprehensive score algorithm and HotNet diffusion-oriented subnetworks (HotNet2) to prioritize functional genes. Results: These PPI network-based systems genetics methods were indeed useful for prioritizing phenotype-associated genes. And functional gene enrichment ratios calculated from the top 20% of GeneRank-identified genes were higher than these ratios of K-shell and these ratios of HotNet2 for most phenotypes. However, the hybrid model can improve the efficiency of functional gene enrichment for A. thaliana (up to 40%). Conclusion: The present study provides a hybrid method integrating GeneRank, comprehensive score algorithm and HotNet2 to prioritize functional genes. The method will contribute to functional genomics in plants. The source data and codes are freely available at http://47.242.161.60/Plant/.
