A publicação do novo marco legal do saneamento básico no Brasil – LEI Nº 14.026, de 15 de julho de 2020 definiu novos prazos iminentes para encerramento dos 3326 “lixões” e aterros controlados no território nacional. A importância do fim das atividades ou s adequação das áreas de disposição irregular de RSU é primordial para a eliminação/redução da contaminação dos compartimentos ambientais. Com as dificuldades financeiras e índices de avaliação de qualidade de áreas de disposição subjetivos – IQR (CETESB) e IQDR (INEA) pouco foi feito pelos gestores municipais nessas áreas. A fim de superar a subjetividade na utilização desses índices e direcionar ações efetivas, este trabalho propõe um novo Índice de Qualidade de Áreas de Disposição Irregular de RSU (IQUADI), baseada na Análise Hierárquica de Processo (AHP), definindo-se intervalos específicos para os critérios selecionados a partir de levantamento bibliográfico e documental. Os resultados finais mostram aos responsáveis pelos passivos ambientais se as atividades na área serão encerradas ou continuarão e quais medidas a serem adotadas. Verificaram-se divergências legais nos limites usualmente utilizados e novos limites foram propostos para os critérios componentes do IQUADI. A aplicação comparativa (estudo de caso) do IQUADI e do IQR no aterro controlado de Volta Redonda permitiu concluir que o IQR apresenta 58% de subjetividade para a seleção dos pesos de cada critério, ao contrário do IQUADI que apresentou valores específicos para cada intervalo selecionado integrante dos critérios. Subjectivity reduction in the MSW disposal areas classification through a new index applying Hierarchical Process Analysis: Quality Index of Irregular MSW Disposal Areas – IQUADIA B S T R A C TThe new legal framework publication for basic sanitation in Brazil in July 2020 defined new imminent deadlines for the closure of the 3326 “dumps” and controlled landfills in the national territory. The importance of the end of activities or the adequacy of MSW irregular disposal areas is essential for the elimination / reduction of contamination of environmental compartments. With the financial difficulties and the subjectivity of the quality assessment indexes of disposal areas - IQR (CETESB) and IQDR (INEA), little has been accomplished by municipal managers in these areas. In order to overcome the subjectivity in the use of these indices and direct effective actions, this work proposes a new Quality Index for MSW Irregular Disposal Areas (IQUADI), based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), defining specific intervals for the selected criteria from a bibliographic and documentary survey. The final results show those responsible for environmental liabilities whether activities in the area will be closed or will continue and what measures must be performed. Legal differences have been identified in the limits usually used and new values were proposed for the criteria that compose IQUADI. The comparative application (case study) of  IQUADI and IQR in the controlled landfill of Volta Redonda allowed us to conclude that the IQR presents 58% subjectivity for the selection of the weights of each criterion, in contrast to the IQUADI which presented specific values for each interval selected integral to the criterion.Keywords: municipal solid waste, closure, quality index, analytical hierarchy process.

With the development of online commentary research, scholars have tried to tap into the deeper value of online commentary from the analysis of sentiment analysis, quality evaluation, false comment recognition to the usefulness of comments. Previous studies have focused on online product reviews while news reviews. Social media research has been relatively rare. social media and news commentary contain readers' opinions and evaluations on current events, and reflect the trend of public opinion. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the intrinsic link between social media content of different type and the number of commentaries, and sentiment analysis.

Background: Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is a marker for many inflammatory diseases. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is among these inflammatory diseases, and many studies have compared the NLR ratio between patients with AS and healthy controls. Aim: To systematically review and analyze the available evidence about the significance of NLR values in AS. Method: Based on Meta-analysis of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (MOOSE) guidelines, we searched Embase, Pubmed, ISI Web of Science, and Scopus databases from inception to August 2020 using ("Ankylosing spondyl* " OR "Bechterew Disease" OR "Rheumatoid Spondylitis") AND ((neutrophil* AND lymphocyte*) OR NLR) as key terms of the search strategy. Data selection and extraction were conducted separately by two authors. We appraised the included articles according to the Joanna Briggs checklist. Comprehensive Meta-analysis Version 2 was used for analysis and assessment of publication bias. I2 > 75% and p-value < 0.05 were considered significant. Result: Totally, 182 studies resulted from a search in all databases. Duplicate removal, title, abstract, and full-text screening finally yielded 12 related studies, with 11 included in the meta-analysis. Quality assessment was satisfying in all studies. Pooled difference in NLR means value between patients and controls was 0.38 (95% CI: 0.24-0.52, p-value <0.0001). An I2 of 51% and a Cochran Q test p-value of <0.05 indicated moderate heterogeneity; thus, subgroup analysis had no indication. Publication bias was not significant (Funnel plot with an Egger’s intercept of -0.07; p value=0.95). Conclusion: Significant higher amounts of NLR may be strongly indicative of underlying inflammation in AS.

BackgroundComplete omentectomy is considered to be essential in the radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer (GC), but its clinical benefit remains unclear. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of omentum-preserving gastrectomy (OPG) for patients with GC.MethodsStudies comparing the surgical and oncological outcomes of OPG and gastrectomy with complete omentectomy (GCO) for GC up to March 2021 were systematically searched from PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Cochrane Library. A pooled analysis was performed for the available data regarding the baseline features, surgical and oncological outcomes. The RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform the statistical analysis. Quality evaluation and publication bias were also conducted.ResultsNine studies with a total of 3335 patients (1372 in the OPG group and 1963 in the GCO group) undergoing gastrectomy were included. In the pooled analysis, the baseline data in two groups were all comparable (p &gt; 0.05). However, the OPG group was associated with shorter operative time (MD = −18.67, 95% CI = −31.42 to −5.91, P = 0.004) and less intraoperative blood loss (MD = −38.09, 95% CI = −53.78 to −22.41, P &lt; 0.00001) than the GCO group. However, the number of dissected lymph nodes (MD = 2.16, 95% CI = −0.61 to 4.93, P = 0.13), postoperative complications (OR = 0.92, 95% CI = 0.74 to 1.15, p = 0.47), overall recurrence rate (OR = 0.83, 95% CI = 0.66 to 1.06, p = 0.14), peritoneal recurrence rate (OR = 0.91, 95% CI = 0.65 to 1.29, p = 0.60), 3-year relapse-free survival (RFS) rate (OR = 1.40, 95% CI = 0.86 to 2.27, p = 0.18), and 5-year RFS rate (OR = 1.21, 95% CI = 0.95 to 1.55, p = 0.12) of the two groups were comparable.ConclusionsOPG might be an oncologically safe procedure with better surgical outcomes for patients with GC than GCO. However, high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm this benefit.

Understanding program behaviors is important to verify program properties or to optimize programs. Static analysis is a widely used technique to approximate program behaviors via abstract interpretation. To evaluate the quality of static analysis, researchers have used three metrics: performance, precision, and soundness. The static analysis quality depends on the analysis techniques used, but the best combination of such techniques may be different for different programs. To find the best combination of analysis techniques for specific programs, recent work has proposed parametric static analysis . It considers static analysis as black-box parameterized by analysis parameters , which are techniques that may be configured without analysis details. We formally define the parametric static analysis, and we survey analysis parameters and their parameter selection in the literature. We also discuss open challenges and future directions of the parametric static analysis.
