Purpose–The dataset was collected to examine and identify possible key topicswithin these texts. Method–Data preparation such as data cleaning, transformation, tokenization, removal of stop wordsfrom both English and Filipino, and word stemmingwas employed in the datasetbefore feeding it to sentiment analysis and the LDA model. Results–The topmost occurring word within the dataset is "development" and there are three (3) likely topics from the speeches of Philippine presidents: economic development, enhancement of public services, and addressing challenges. Conclusion–The datasetwas ableto provide valuable insights contained among official documents. While the study showedthatpresidentshave used their annual address to express their visions for the country. It alsopresentedthat the presidents from 1935 to 2016 faced the same problems during their term.Recommendations–Future researchers may collect other speeches made by presidents during their term;combine them to the dataset used in this studyto furtherinvestigate these important textsby subjecting them to the same methodology used in this study. The dataset may be requested from the authors and it is recommended for further analysis. For example, determine how the speeches of the president reflect the preamble or foundations of the Philippine constitution.

Abstract Object of research is build-up compressed–bent and eccentrically compressed columns on yielding nonlinear – deformable shear bracings. Purpose of the research is development of a numerical method for calculation of columns, allowing to take in account the influence of deflection of elastic axis of bar on the increment of the bending moment from the action of longitudinal compressive force and the nonlinear dependence between the forces and deformations in the shear bracings. Problem-solving method consists in dividing the column into separate sections, a system of equations is compiled from the condition of equality of the increment of concentrated shears. The loading process is divided into a set number of stages, at each forces in the shear bracings, the stresses in the branches, and the buckling function of the elastic axis of the element are determined. The obtained values of forces in the shear bracings and buckling are used to specify stiffness of the bracings and component of the bending moment arising due to eccentric application of the longitudinal compressive force when longitudinal axis of the element is deflecting. To obtain the resulting values, the obtained forces, deflections and stresses in the branches at each calculation stage are summed up.

The aim of the article is to present the legitimacy and conditions of research on seniors and its challenges in the context of further development of the information society (IS). The conducted considerations lead to the conclusion that research of this nature is limited by the lack of unambiguity in the concept of elderly persons and the information society. Nevertheless, it has been argued that studies of older people as members of the IS are fully justified by the importance of this group in society as a whole. Whereas analysis conducted on those aged 60 years and over, or 65 years and over, is insufficient. Older people should be analyzed in smaller age ranges and the analyses require both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Qualitative approaches improve our understanding of the reasons that new technologies are used or rejected, which can help to achieve one of the goals of IS development – to increase the quality of life for seniors in the future.

The use of technology in education has a significant impact in educating and educating the nation's life, and can help create new innovations. One of the innovations created is the emergence of the concept of electronic learning (e-learning). E-learning is useful for students and teachers to get learning materials easily, one of which is by using e-module teaching materials. This study aims to determine the process and produce a product in the form of an e-module of teaching materials assisted by algebrator software on the material of rank numbers and root forms for class X SMK. This type of research is development using ADDIE floating model. The instrument used in this study is a non-test instrument, namely a validation questionnaire, and the data obtained from a validation questionnaire that has been filled out by the validator. The data will be analyzed descriptively quantitatively. Overall, the feasibility of the e-module assisted by algebrator software on the material of numbers and root forms obtained an average of 86.35%, so that the e-module assisted by algebrator software on the material of numbers and roots of class X SMK is interpreted as very valid to use. Kata Kunci: E-module, Algebrator Software, Exponents and Roots, Validity

Abstract The article is devoted to the study of steppe landscapes functioning of the Karadag nature reserve for the period of 6 years (2014-2019). The article uses a methodical approach to the assessment of intraday states of weather conditions to diagnose the nature of the steppe landscapes functioning. As results of the steppe landscapes functioning during the whole year the categories “development”, “destruction” both prerequisites and results of landscapes’ functioning, “accumulation” of prerequisites of landscapes development, and also mixed categories are distinguished. In general, the considered territory in the period from 2014 to 2019 is characterized by 85 variations of weather types. Considering of the steppe landscapes functioning in separate seasons, it is noted that, relatively alternating among them, in the winter period dominate the process of functioning prerequisites accumulation of steppe landscapes, and the process of prerequisites and results destruction of steppe landscapes functioning. The accumulation process is noted as the main result of steppe landscapes functioning in the spring season. It is dominant and fluctuates within 62.8 % and 96/8 % of the total number of functioning processes in steppe landscapes. The main result of functioning revealed in the summer season is development. It accounts for 63.2% (in 2014) to 99.9% (in 2015) of the diagnostic signs exhibited in steppe landscapes. In the autumn season the destruction process prevails, in a complex with parallel processes of various results of the steppe landscapes functioning.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the module in improving students' understanding of eco-literacy. This research is development research using the 4D development model with ten students as research participants. The learning module developed is validated by two competent validators from internal and external campuses. The feasibility of the module includes the validity and reliability of the module as measured by the validation questionnaire sheet. The validation results show that the module obtained an average score of 3.66 (very valid category), with the reliability score of 0.83 (real category). The research data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Students' understanding was measured on the competency test in the module on the pretest and posttest after giving the treatment. The results of the module trial calculated using the N-gain formula indicate that the effectiveness was under the high category with a score of 0.703 with an average pretest and posttest values of 43.7 and 83.49, respectively. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the web-based science learning module developed is valid, reliable, and effective in improving students' understanding of eco-literacy.

The final goal of this work is development of new genotypes of wheat with better properties compared to the standard set. Prediction of optimal descriptors and properties related to the production characteristics is performed using several statistical and chemometrical tools, like correlation analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis and linear discriminant analysis. Optimisation of wheat genotypes is directed towards high food quality.
