PurposeTaking the perfect perspective of customers' satisfaction, this paper aims to investigate the elements affecting customer satisfaction in business-to-consumer (B2C) online retailing stores, which are divided into five non-monetary dimensions: trust, order fulfillment, website construction, excitement and interaction.Design/methodology/approachDue to distinguishing the suitability of the data, the authors used exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Next, the authors utilized confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to check their validity. Then, the authors applied Cronbach's alpha to check the reliability of the elements. After that, the authors combined these five elements with structural equation modeling (SEM) to make a model. The authors also performed Friedman tests to prioritize the elements.FindingsThe results indicate that each element is undeniably significant and has an extraordinary impact on customers' satisfaction evaluation. Therefore, system providers and electronic retailers need to consider them on their websites to achieve marketing goals in the competitive online environments.Originality/valueElectronic commerce has resulted in an essential change in B2C marketing, especially in the electronic retailing industry. Online suppliers need to satisfy their customers to receive competitive advantages and increase their income. The purpose of this study is to research the elements affecting customers' satisfaction in B2C online retailing stores.

ABSTRAKDesa Panyampa terletak di Kecamatan Campalagian, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Berdasarkan penelitian Indeks Pembangunan Manusia tahun 2019, Desa Panyampa merupakan salah satu desa dengan angka kasus stunting yang cukup tinggi. Stunting merupakan kondisi tidak tercukupinya gizi anak yang menyebabkan permasalahan pada tumbuh kembang anak. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat perihal stunting terutama mengenai pentingnya kecukupan gizi dalam pertumbuhan anak pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah Edukasi Stunting melalui penyampaian materi oleh narasumber kompeten yang dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab dan konsultasi. Hasil evaluasi kepuasan kegiatan Edukasi Stunting menunjukkan bahwa sebagain besar peserta berusia 25-34 tahun dan kini telah memiliki dua hingga lebih dari tiga orang anak. Sebanyak 65,31% peserta merasa sangat setuju bahwa narasumber menyampaikan materi dengan baik serta memberi tanggapan yang baik terhadap pertanyaan peserta. Peserta juga memperoleh informasi yang baru mengenai stunting melalui kegiatan ini. Kata kunci: edukasi stunting; desa panyampa ABSTRACTPanyampa Village is located in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Based on the 2019 Human Development Index research, Panyampa Village is one of the villages with a high enough number of stunting cases. Stunting is a condition of inadequate child nutrition that causes problems in child growth and development. This community service activity aims to increase public knowledge and understanding about stunting, especially regarding the importance of adequate nutrition in children's growth in the first 1000 days of life. The method used is Stunting Education through the material presentation by competent resource persons followed by questions and answers then consultations sessions. The results of the satisfaction evaluation of Stunting Education activities show that most of the participants are aged 25-34 years old and now have two or more than three children. A total of 65.31% of the participants strongly agreed that the resource persons conveyed the material well and gave good responses to the participants' questions. Participants also received new information about stunting through this activity. Keywords: stunting education; panyampa village

Abstract Background: Evidence-based practice is competency required by librarians to provide quality services in today’s rapidly growing world of information. This study aimed to instructional desianing and implementing of an evidence-based information management and practice course based on ADDIE Model.Methods: This action research was conducted based on ADDIE Model in 2019 in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The Analysis,Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation was performed accordingly. The course was offered virtually through the Learning Mangement System of one of the top ranked universities in Iran. course evalouation was done based on Kirkpatrick’s model. A Likert-based satisfaction evaluation questionnaire was developed, which included three open-ended questions about strengths and weaknesses of the course and an open-end question for recommendations. After psychometric analysis, the questionnaires were distributed among the participants. The data were analyzed in SPSS 19 and reported by descriptive statistics (mean and SD).Results: After three sessions of focus group discussion, 10 lessons was determined inclouding: evidence-based practice in clinical medicine, critical thinking and mind map, searching and retrieving evidence, systematic reviews, critical appraisal of evidence, systematic search, levels of evidence, systematic questions, and meta-analysis. The syllabuses was categorized in 5 modules based on 5 steps of evidence-based practice guidline.The overall satisfaction about the training was reported excellent (83.52 ± 16.27), and addressed the highest satisfaction with the support services (94.52 ± 29.68).Conclusions: This syllabus is appropriate for short course education of evidence-based approach in librarianship as a branch of medical librarianship and information sciences. It also is suitable for professional continuing education of librarians.

Abstract Object: By combing the policy content of the standardized resident training system in China, this paper analyzes the residents’ cognition and satisfaction evaluation of standardized training policy, and discusses the implementation obstacles and feasible strategies of the Chinese standardized resident training. Method Using policy text analysis to sort out the policy content of the Chinese standardized resident training system; A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1048 residents in 5 standardized training bases for residents in Shandong Province, China, and a qualitative interview was conducted with 42 residents by personal in-depth interview. Descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression model were used to statistically analyze the residents’ cognition of the training policy, the way of participating in the training, the harvest during the training, existing problems, satisfaction evaluation, and to explore the implementation obstacle factors and optimization strategies of the standardized resident training policy in China. Result Through quantitative investigation and qualitative interview, it is found that the standardized resident training has improved the students’ clinical theoretical knowledge level, practical ability, and doctor-patient communication ability. However, there are still some problems in the standardized resident training in China, such as unreasonable time arrangement, low salary and living security level of residents, weak awareness of teaching, inadequate implementation of training content and assessment, etc. Conclusion The implementation of the standardized resident training system in China has played an important role in cultivating homogeneous and qualified doctors and improving the ability and level of doctors. However, the survey found that the training arrangement is unreasonable, the salary and living security level is not high, and put forward that the training time should be arranged reasonably, the salary and treatment level should be improved, and the awareness of teachers’ responsibility should be improved Strengthen the implementation of training content and assessment. This paper can provide a reference for graduate medical education and the training of human resources in healthcare in other countries and regions.

Sentiment analysis of online and offline integrated teaching in universities is being paid more and more attention. Many universities have carried out online teaching activities. However, due to the lack of face-to-face teaching, the lack of emotional communication is the key problem affecting the quality of online teaching. We analyze the relations from the perspectives of the change of teaching mode, the reconstruction of teacher-student relationship, and the transmission of emotional attitude of teachers and students in this paper. Then based on the Bayesian network (BN) theory, the satisfaction of online teaching can be evaluated from the aspects of emotion analysis, learning investment, and teaching interaction. Further, some suggestions are put forward to improve the satisfaction of online teaching.
