Abstract Strain WGZ8T was isolated from a soil sample of Puerh tea garden in Puer city, Southwest China. The isolate was rod-shaped, Gram-stain negative, aerobic, non-motile. Growth occurred within 0-3.0% (w/v) NaCl (optimal concentration, 0-1.0%), pH 5.0-11.0 (optimal pH, 7.0) and 10-40°C (optimal temperature, 28°C). 16S rRNA gene sequences based phylogenetic and phylogenomic analysis revealed that WGZ8T belonged to the genus Microvirga. Its major cellular fatty acids were C19:0 cyclo ω8c, C16:0, C18:1ω7c and/or C18:1ω6c. The profile of polar lipids included phosphatidyldimethylethanolamine, phosphatidylmonomethylethanolamine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine, diphosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidyl-glycerol. The only respiratory quinone was detected as ubiquinone 10 (Q-10). The genome size of strain WGZ8T was 5.17MB, and the content of DNA G+C was 61%. Based on the results of digital DNA-DNA hybridization and phenotypic results, strain WGZ8T could be concluded as a novel species of the genus Microvirga, for which the name Microvirga puerhi sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is WGZ8T (=CGMCC 1.19171T=JCM XXXXT).

Background Asylum seekers often suffer from high levels of mental distress. However, as a result of a lack of knowledge about mental health and health care, as well as cultural and language barriers, the utilization of mental health care in Western host countries is often difficult for these individuals. Reducing these barriers may thus be a crucial first step towards appropriate mental health care. Previous research showed that psychoeducation may be helpful in this regard. Method The current manuscript describes a short, low-threshold and transdiagnostic intervention named ‘Tea Garden (TG)’. The TG aims to increase specific knowledge about mental health problems and available treatments, and may improve psychological resilience and self-care. In this manuscript, we specifically focus on culturally sensitive facets, following the framework proposed by Heim and colleagues (2021, https://doi.org/10.32872/cpe.6351), and lessons learned from three independent pilot evaluations (Ns = 31; 61; 20). Results The TG was found to be feasible and quantitative results showed that it was helpful for male and female asylum seekers from different countries of origin (e.g., Afghanistan, Syria, Pakistan, Iraq) and with different educational levels. Interestingly, even asylum seekers who had already been in Germany or Austria for three or more years benefited from the TG. Conclusion The TG specifically aims to be culture-sensitive rather than culture-specific, to be transdiagnostic rather than focused on specific mental disorders, and to be suitable for asylum seekers who are still in the insecure process of applying for asylum. It may also be helpful for distressed asylum seekers who do not fulfill the criteria for a mental disorder, and for healthy asylum seekers who could use the knowledge gained in the TG to help others.

Abstract The James tea plantation is located in Girikerto Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, East Java. The number of tourists at the Jamus Tea Garden Tourism Object has decreased due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the potential development of the Jamus Teagarden as a community-based agricultural tourism attraction as an effort to optimize agriculture resources. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Field observations, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and document studies were carried out in data collection. Data validity uses data source triangulation. Agrotourism potential development is needed to utilize agricultural resources without damaging the environment. The potency of the Jamus tea garden in the utilization of agricultural resources can be optimized through the role of the community in various sectors. Especially in the economic sector, without any benefits, tourism business actors, including the community, will not be motivated to realize the success of agrotourism. The development of Agrotourism must also be primarily based on the environment. The environment must be maintained and preserved so that it can function sustainably.
