The Holy Quran, due to it is full of many inspiring stories and multiple lessons that need to understand it requires additional attention when it comes to searching issues and information retrieval. Many works were carried out in the Holy Quran field, but some of these dealt with a part of the Quran or covered it in general, and some of them did not support semantic research techniques and the possibility of understanding the Quranic knowledge by the people and computers. As for others, techniques of data analysis, processing, and ontology were adopted, which led to directed these to linguistic aspects more than semantic. Another weakness in the previous works, they have adopted the method manually entering ontology, which is costly and time-consuming. In this paper, we constructed the ontology of Quranic stories. This ontology depended in its construction on the MappingMaster domain-specific language (MappingMaster DSL)technology, through which concepts and individuals can be created and linked automatically to the ontology from Excel sheets. The conceptual structure was built using the object role modeling (ORM) modeling language. SPARQL query language used to test and evaluate the propsed ontology by asking many competency questions and as a result, the ontology answered all these questions well.

This study examines rhythm in the subject matters of the Holy Quran and the functions that rhythm serves in Makki and Medani verses. To accomplish the study objectives, content analysis as a tool was devised to analyze rhythm based on its subject matters. The Holy Quran includes Madni (revealed in Medina) (26%) and Makki (revealed in Makkah) (74%), and each one has different subject matters and functions. The study showed that rhythm in the Holy Quran is distinct, inimitable, melodious and serves several functions as mentioned in the study. It also affects meaning and varies according to the subject matter. Furthermore, it is a phonological term contributing to how meaning is organized, offered and leads to a better understanding of verses and helps listeners memorize them easily. This paper paves the way for further linguistic studies on the Holy Quran, such as phono–pragmatic studies.

Since Adam Alyhis Salaam till Eesa (Jesus) Alyhis Salaam, all the apostles and messengers of ALLAH Subhanahu Wa Ta’Aala, the priests, monks and religious leaders, in their respective times, have kept on informing their disciples about the arrival of last Prophet. They used to declare all his prospective characteristics and the signs of his revelation. They affirmed the arrival of the last prophet by indicating the fact that they find this information in their respective divine books that are the Psalms, the Torah and the Bible (Gospel). The Holy Quran also asserted this fact that the arrival of last prophet is already mentioned in the divine books that were sent by ALLAH Subhanahu Wa Ta’Aala before the Holy Quran. The first book of the Bible i.e. Geneses also testifies that this claim of the Holy Quran is truly valid.
