One of the directions that can expand the instrumental base for modeling the economy is complex-valued economics – a section of economic and mathematical modeling devoted to the use of models and methods of the theory of the function of a complex variable in economics. The article discusses the possibility of short-term economic forecasting using autoregressive models of complex variables. A classification of possible modifications of complex-valued autoregressive models is given, and the main properties of each of the classes of these models are shown. One of the varieties of these complex-valued models uses current and past errors of approximation, which means that it can be compared with the widely used model of autoregressive real variables ARIMA(p, d, q). The article makes such a comparison, both on a theoretical level and on a practical example.

In traditional notarization processes, the correctness of the activities between the parties is guaranteed by a central authority or guaranteeing institution. In this case, the authority is not able to quickly establish the originality of the content to be notarized, or at least to have a large degree of certainty without the use of automated systems. This paper presents a new notarization platform that uses blockchain technology and integrates advanced anti-plagiarism approaches able to effectively detect copyright violations of documents that users want to notarize. In addition, our proposal includes the use of models, methods, and techniques, through which a very high level of privacy and information security can be guaranteed.

The current situation of coronavirus infection necessitates the use of models and prediction methods for decision- making in a rapidly changing situation in large cities and towns. Due to the dynamics of the processes, it is necessary to use different models and forecasting methods for the development of the situation. The city of St. Petersburg is the object of study and an analysis of hospitalisation of patients is performed. St. Petersburg was chosen as the subject of the research. The presented research was carried out within the framework of the work "Mathematical modelling of logistic systems in medicine" during the performance of diploma projects on the assignment of St. Petersburg executive authorities in 2021. In the course of the study analytical data are collected, the city districts where the situation with transportation of patients to medical organizations is likely to be difficult to predict are identified, and the methodology of forecasting hospitalization of patients by ambulance cars is considered. In solving the problem of predicting the situation, forecasting methods in the class of polynomial models are used and the effectiveness of using the Holt-Winters method is justified.

The article reports on the new technology and equipment of vertical‑stack molding (VSM), created by OJSC “BELNIILIT” for the manufacture of vertical‑stack molds. The development is intended for the production of molds and cast blanks of oil, which are later used for the manufacture of piston rings of internal combustion engines. The difference between the above‑mentioned technology and traditional methods of VSM is the use of models without drafts. The development is export‑oriented and has a great economic effect for ring manufacturers due to the absence of drafts on castings, since part of the mechanical operations for their processing is excluded, the metal consumption of blanks is reduced, the production spaces required in this regard are reduced, the necessary labor supply is reduced, etc.OJSC “BELNIILIT” has successfully carried out experimental design and technological work on the new scientific and technical products creation, which are of great interest to the world manufacturers of piston rings. An industrial sample of a molding machine and a mold manipulator were manufactured.

AbstractE-learning environments constitute an essential element in education, as they help students to ensure their pass their courses and graduate on time. Although guidelines, techniques, and methods have been presented in some literature in recent years to contribute to the development of accessible e-learning environments that promote digital inclusion, their implementation is challenging. In this context, the use of accessibility metadata not only provides a way to enhance the description of adapted educational resources but also facilitates their search according to the needs and preferences of students, in particular those with disabilities. In this paper, a systematic review was conducted in order to provide the state of the art regarding the use of accessibility metadata in e-learning environments. A total of 746 documents were found during the period from 2012 to 2019, of which 31 were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria relevant to our review. The findings revealed an intensive use of models and standards of accessibility in e-learning environments, however, using accessibility metadata remains underused. In fact, the evaluation of accessibility and adaptability through the use of its metadata was not found. The findings obtained also helped to establish challenges and opportunities in this research field as well as to provide an overview that could support those who generate educational resources to keep their interest in making them accessible.

AbstractModels are a universal instrument in science, technology, and daily life. They function as instruments in almost every scenario. Any human activity can be (and is) supported by models, e.g. reason, explain, design, act, predict, explore, communicate, collaborate, interact, orient, direct, guide, socialises, perceive, reflect, develop, making sense, teach, learn, imagine, etc. This universal suitability is also the basis for a wide use of models and modelling in Computer Science and Engineering. We claim that models form the fourth dimension in Computer Science. This paper sketches and systematises the main ingredients of the study model and modelling.

Abstract This paper analyses and presents an experimental investigation of the efficiency of modern models for object recognition in computer vision systems of robotic complexes. In this article, the applicability of transformers for experimental classification problems has been investigated. The comparison results are presented taking into account various limitations specific to robotics. Based on the results of the undertaken studies, recommendations on the use of models in the marine vessels classification problem are proposed

The learning model is a conceptual framework that is used as a guide in carrying out learning activities. With the use of models, learning can be more directed, easy to understand, and mastered by students. Hence, the use of models in learning must be in accordance with the theory being taught, the goals to be achieved, and the environment and students must also be considered. In addition, the model used must also be fully controlled by the teacher. If these factors are not considered, the final result will not be as expected. Problems arise, students do not want to learn, the learning atmosphere is uncomfortable, the teacher is also uncomfortable in teaching, so that the students' grades are not optimal. Therefore, in this study, Researchers want to see how the model is applied by teachers, especially Indonesian language subject teachers, as well as the Covid-19 period with student final grades (UNAS). The method used in this research is qualitative method. Researchers will describe the final results of the study, then draw a conclusion. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. Observations here, are not only observations in the classroom, but also researchers make observations of other facilities and infrastructure. Through this research, it is hoped that (1) there will be an image as a reference material for related agencies in making policies to improve the quality of education, (2) a reference for other educators on the application of an effective model, and (3) find the latest learning models that might be found in this study. Then, the results of this research are also targeted to be published in national seminars and journals.

We advance an approach to logical contexts that grounds the claim that logic is a local matter: distinct contexts require distinct logics. The approach results from a concern about context individuation, and holds that a logic may be constitutive of a context or domain of application. We add a naturalistic component: distinct domains are more than mere technical curiosities; as intuitionistic mathematics testifies, some of the distinct forms of inference in different domains are actively pursued as legitimate fields of research in current mathematics, so, unless one is willing to revise the current scientific practice, generalism must go. The approach is advanced by discussing some tenets of a similar argument advanced by Shapiro, in the context of logic as models approach. In order to make our view more appealing, we reformulate a version of logic as models approach following naturalistic lines, and bring logic closer to the use of models in science.
