This paper describes the development and implementation of a blockchain to improve security, knowledge and intel ligence during the communication and col laboration processes between agents under restricted Internet Infrastructure domains. It is a work that proposes the application of a blockchain, independent of platform, in a particular model of agents, but that can be used in similar proposals, since the results in the specific model were satisfactory. Additional ly, the model al lows interaction and, also, col laboration between humans and agents.

The Mosque in the Prophet Muhammad SAW era had a strategic role. The role is to be a solution and provide prosperity for the Muslims in particular and the surrounding community in general. Currently, the mosque plays a narrower role. It is a provider of facilities for pilgrims to carry out routine worship. In order for this role to increase, the mosque administrator, called DKM (Mosque Prosperity Council), must know his congregation more closely so that he knows what is needed and then comes to provide solutions. This study aims to create and implement an information system to manage congregational data to improve the role of mosques in the community. The main material that was obtained and prepared was data on residents around the mosque and the stakeholder needs (leaders of organizations around the mosque such as the heads of hamlet (RW), neighbourhood (RT), and youth organizations). The citizen data and stakeholder needs are used to develop the system. Because the specifications of the requirements can change during system development, the development method chosen is the prototyping method. There are two main outputs of this activity, namely the availability of a congregational data mapping application, and the installation of internet network infrastructure at the mosque. The two outputs in their implementation have proven to be beneficial for the congregation and the surrounding community. The information system provides improved service quality to pilgrims and residents in various activities such as zakat and qurbani. Meanwhile, Internet infrastructure provides new hope in easing the burden of community quotas and bringing children closer to the mosque.

Resumo Este trabalho investiga os impactos ambientais, sociais, urbanos e paisagísticos decorrentes da infraestrutura da internet, a partir do estudo de caso da grande ressonância arquitetônica desse sistema: o Data Center, um tipo de edifício em ampla multiplicação que evidencia a fisicalidade de um sistema que se apresenta como nebuloso, onipotente e ubíquo. A partir de exemplos elegidos, instiga-se a desenvolver análises dessas arquiteturas hipertecnológicas, discutindo seus aspectos formais e sócio-ambientais. A centralidade vital da infraestrutura da internet em uma sociedade cada vez mais conectada reverbera desafios existentes, mas cada vez mais complexos, como processos de urbanização, acesso desigual à comunicação e alto impacto ambiental, integrando o debate dos possíveis caminhos do campo da arquitetura nos desdobramentos da era digital. Abstract This work investigates the environmental, social, urban, and landscape impacts resulting from the internet infrastructure, focusing on the case study of the great architectural resonance of this system: The Data Center — a type of building in wide multiplication that highlights the physicality of a system that presents itself as cloudy, omnipotent, and ubiquitous. Based on selected examples, it analyzes these hyper-technological architectures, discussing their formal and socio-environmental aspects. The vital centrality of internet infrastructure in an increasingly connected society reverberates existing but increasingly complex challenges, such as urbanization processes, unequal access to communication, and high environmental impact, integrating the debate on possible paths in the field of architecture in the developments of the digital age. The ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’ (4IR) era characterized by ‘Information Communication Technology’ (ICT) based data literacy with respect to research data collection, documentation, preservation, intellectual protection / control and dissemination is a functional catalyst  in enabling the realization of the SDGs of the United Nations (UN) global agenda on poverty reduction; hunger eradication; safe water accessibility, sustainable energy accessibility; ‘Sustainable Forest Management’ (SFM); climate change resilience; ‘Disaster Risk Reduction’ (DRR); biodiversity conservation and; social and gender equity by 2030. The study, employing a desk bound literature review research design, conceptualized that ‘ICT based digital data literacy’ (dependent variable) can ‘catalyze an enabling of the realization of the SDGs of the United Nations (UN) global agenda’ (independent variable), ‘inherent challenges’ (intervening variable) like poor internet infrastructure, digital data illiteracy and high-power costs among others notwithstanding. Global government ‘Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) are managing voluminous (big) digital data to support strategic decision making, policy implementation and operational optimization (monitoring and evaluation) towards realizing the SDGs. This requires effective competence (literacy) in digital data analytics to facilitate SDGs based data processing thereby enabling global government MDAs to accurately utilize data for policy implementation and decision making towards effectively realizing the SDGs. The study findings recommend a scaling up of digital data literacy and internet infrastructure development as well as power accessibility in especially developing countries among others.

The UK is one of the leaders in the use of digital tools in the interaction of government institutions and citizens. Now we are witnessing an active dialogue between various British institutions precisely in the digital dimension, as the transfer of data on vaccinations and hospitalizations from hospitals to other structures is carried out thanks to blockchain technologies. Of course, the explosion of interest in the use of digital events was provided by the coronavirus. However, it provided not only an increase in the importance of «numbers» in British society, but also greatly contributed to the disunity of citizens, especially in the context of access to the Internet infrastructure. To this day, this very task remains the main one in the respective strategies. At the same time, individual cities and regions of the country are more actively solving the task. London and the activities of the mayor’s office should be pointed out as the most illustrative example. For the services of the mayor’s office, it was necessary to ensure the transparency of the decisions made, to form and strengthen the trust of citizens. As part of the analysis, the author comes to the conclusion that for the most part, these tasks can be considered completed. The purpose of this article is basing on an analysis of specific digital tools and examples of the implementation of digital strategies for 2017 and 2021 to identify how a particular metropolis has formed permanent channels of communication and interaction between decision-making institutions and citizens.

Abstract:  This research aims to determine and test the effectiveness of the role of the village government in creating a Tourism Village strategy to build competitive advantage in the Era of Industry Revolution 4.0 and to find out the factors that hinder and influence the role of the village government in managing the village of Blimbingsari Tourism Village which is a Special Interest Tourism Village (Spiritual). This research used descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this research were the Headman of Blimbingsari, Village Secretary, BUMDes Treasurer, Secretary of the Tourism Committee, Homestay Owners, Village Community Leaders and Academics. The technique of data collection is done by using triangulation technique (combined), the results of qualitative research emphasize the quality of the meaning of good research.The research results obtained by researchers from interviews, observations, and documentation are the role of the Blimbingsari Tourism Village Government to be carried out well. The Blimbingsari Tourism Village Government has a good role as a stabilizer, innovator and motivator. The provision of internet infrastructure and human resource development is a factor in the development of Blimbingsari tourism village in building competitiveness in the era Industry Revolution 4.0. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji efektifitas peran pemerintah desa dalam menciptakan strategi Desa Wisata untuk membangun keunggulan bersaing di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mempengaruhi peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan desa Desa Wisata Blimbingsari yang merupakan Desa Wisata Minat Khusus (Rohani). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perbekel Desa Blimbingsari, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahahara BUMDes, Sekretaris Komite Pariwisata, Pemilik Homestay, Tokoh Masyarakat Desa dan Akademisi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi (gabungan), hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan pada kualitas makna penelitian yang baik.Hasil penelitian yang didapat peneliti dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah peran Pemerintah Desa Wisata Blimbingsari dilakukan dengan baik. Pemerintah Desa Wisata Blimbingsari memiliki peran yang baik sebagai stabilitator, innovator dan motivator. Pengadaan infrastuktur internet dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor pada pengembangan desa wisata Blimbingsari dalam membangun daya saing di era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Paradigm shift towards cloud computing offers plethora of advantages both for cloud users and Cloud Service Provider (CSP). For cloud users, it offers saving of cost, scaling of resources, pay per use, elastic and on-demand services. On the other hand, it offers centralized resource management and provisioning of operations, safety and security for CSP. By holding multiple virtual IT resources (CPUs, storage servers, network components and software) over the internet, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) serves as fundamental layer for all other delivery models. Along with benefits of IaaS, there exists several security and privacy issues and threats to confidentiality, integrity, authentication, access control and availability. In this paper, detailed study of IaaS components, associated security and privacy issues are explored and counter measures for the same are determined. Furthermore, as a result of the study, Model for IaaS Security and Privacy (MISP) is proposed. The model presents a cubical structure and adds more features than the existing models to enhance the security and privacy of data and operations and guide security assessment for safer adoption by enterprises.

The financial sector is experiencing an accelerated process of transformation shaped by fintechs, which opens an important window of opportunity to increase financial inclusion in emerging markets, such as Brazil, with high financial exclusion. Thus, this article investigates, through a Delphi approach involving fintech professionals, the potential of fintechs to enable financial inclusion in emerging markets, using Brazil as a proxy. The analysis carried out identified three domains related to fintechs that have the potential to impact financial inclusion: (i) fintechs can serve niches of people without a bank account in the traditional financial market, (ii) fintechs can reduce costs for clients through increased competition, and (iii) fintechs can offer financial services in remote locations, far from traditional financial institutions. Thus, with the objective of developing a public agenda of financial inclusion through fintechs, the article proposes four lines of public policies: (i) expansion and modernization of mobile and internet infrastructure, (ii) improvement of the population’s financial and digital education, (iii) implementation of a trustworthy environment for the fintech clients, and (iv) development and enforcement of an effective legal and regulatory framework for fintechs. These policies, if implemented, can benefit people excluded from the financial system around the world.

After an analysis of gaps in implementing digital accessibility policies in the region, this chapter reviews five country case studies (Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Guyana) of successful innovations leveraging their fast-expanding mobile and internet services ecosystems that could be easily replicated across the region. Those findings support the thesis that, with better policies and capacity to implement, Latin American and Caribbean countries are in a favorable position to leapfrog in promoting digital accessibility and assistive technologies and services for persons with disabilities by capitalizing on their mobile and internet infrastructure and common languages.
