Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of arm power, agility and eye-hand and foot coordination in performing arm slamming skills in wrestling athletes in West Java Province. The population that was reached in this study were all wrestling athletes in the West Java area, which consisted of 30 freestyle wrestling athletes. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample, meaning that the entire affordable population is used as a research sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis with the help of SPSS version 21 computer program with a significant level of 95% or = 0.05. The results showed that: The direct effect given by the arm power variable (X1) on the eye, hand and foot coordination variable (X3) was -0.414. Then the direct effect given by the agility variable (X2) on the eye, hand and foot coordination variable (X3) is -0.357. Then the direct effect given by the arm power variable (X1) on the arm swing skill variable (Y) is 0.546. Then the direct effect given by the agility variable (X2) on the arm swing skill variable (Y) is 0.638. And lastly, the direct effect given by the eye, hand and foot coordination variable (X3) on the arm slamming skill variable (Y) is 0.351. Sobel test calculations (Sobel Test) obtained that the value of one-tailed probability (One-tailed probability) of 0.029 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the arm power variable (X1) has an indirect effect through eye coordination, hands and feet (X3) against arm slam skills (Y). Then the results of the Sobel test calculation (Sobel Test) obtained that the one-tailed probability value is 0.0730 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that the agility variable (X2) has no indirect effect through eye, hand and foot coordination (X3) on arm slamming skills (Y).   Keywords: Arm Power, Agility, Eye, Hand and Foot Coordination, Arm Kick Skills, Wrestling

This study aims to determine whether communication and coordination both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang and how much influence he had. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 20, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 0.518 + 0.669 X1 + 0.327 X2. Partially, the communication variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (7.749 > 2.052). While the coordination variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (3.389 > 2.052). Simultaneously, the variables of communication (X1) and coordination (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (340.584 > 3.35). Communication variables (X1) and coordination (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of employee performance variables at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang (Y) is 96.2% while the remaining 3.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusion above, The author suggests that employees and leaders should further improve and maintain existing coordination so that existing cooperation is more awake. Employees should work sincerely so that there are no company goals and employee needs are met by CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang.

The problem in this study is the low service ability of students of SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Hilir, and it is suspected that the problem arises due to several factors such as the low level of leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination. This study aims to determine whether there is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination to the top service ability of extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Hilir. This research is included in correlational research. The population in this study were all extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Hilir, totaling 15 people. From the research results it is known that the correlation coefficient rtitung > rtabel (hypothesis is accepted) and the significant test coefficient of the variables X1 - Y, X2 - Y and X1 X2 to Y obtained Fhitung > Ftabel. The results of this study prove: (1) there is a contribution between the X1 leg muscle explosive power variable to the upper service ability (Y) of 55.8%. (2) There is a contribution between the Eye-Hand Coordination variable (X2) to the Upper Service Capability (Y) of 66.2%. (3) Contribution of Leg Muscle Explosive Power (X1) and Eye-Hand Coordination (X2) to Upper Service Ability (Y) was 73.4%.

This research aims to know the degree of influence of coordination between units and administrative departments in commercial companies on the effectiveness of purchase in addition to identifying the concept, goals, the importance of coordination between administrative units, the relationship between them and between other administrative processes and identifying the dimensions of purchasing effectiveness and the impact of each dimension on achieving the company's goals. This research is based on the descriptive analytical approach, where research and empirical study has been carried out in the references of business administration and operations that clarify the role of the coordination process between administrative units on the effectiveness of purchasing. The most important results are there is a correlation between the coordination variable and some of the dimensions of the variable of purchasing effectiveness in the commercial companies from which the sample was taken, but it is a very weak and may lack in some dimensions like the correlation between coordination and competitive advantage is absent. Most of the employees in commercial companies can work in a company that lacks administrative coordination due to their highest value is the monthly salary. The most important recommendations are work to enhance the importance of administrative coordination between administrative units in commercial companies. Recruiting coordinators who perform all the coordination processes needed by the administrative units in the commercial companies.

This paper addresses the analytical formation control and cooperative guidance problem for multiple hypersonic gliding vehicles under distributed communication. The gliding flight of the hypersonic gliding vehicle is divided into formation control phase and time coordination phase. In formation control phase, based on the idea of path tracking, the formation controller is designed using the second-order consensus protocol with normal positions as the coordination variables. In time coordination phase, based on the quasi-equilibrium gliding condition and the assumption of uniform deceleration motion, the analytical expression of time to go is derived. Then, the cooperative guidance method is developed using the first-order consensus protocol with time to go as the coordination variable. The proposed method takes full consideration of the characteristics of hypersonic gliding vehicle, such as complex nonlinear dynamics, no thrust, and quasi-equilibrium gliding condition, and no online numerical iteration is needed, which is well applicable for hypersonic gliding vehicles. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the formation control and cooperative guidance method.

Introduction: Maturation is a biological phenomenon inherent to the human being that acts alongside environmental factors in its relationship with the development of children and adolescents. Objective: To analyse the motor skills during maturational stages of female adolescents. Methods: This study included 133 female adolescents aged between 10 and 17 years from federal schools in the city of Rio Branco, State of Acre, Brazil. Sexual maturation was evaluated using Tanner’s self-assessment. Motor skills were assessed using the following tests: strength (Jump Test); coordination (Burpee Test); balance (Flamingo Test); flexibility (Sit and Reach Test); agility (Shuttle Run Test). The data were analysed using R software through analysis of variance. The significance level was fixed at 5%.Result: No significant statistical results were found for strength, agility, balance and flexibility, evidencing that maturational advances did not influence these skills. In the coordination variable, significant results were obtained. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that maturational advancement in adolescents does not influence strength, agility, balance or flexibility. However, it does influence coordination, presenting better performance at stage P2.

In the paper two examples of division of the mathematical model for optimization are presented: a drive composed of an electric motor and mechanical transmissions, and an electromagnetic multi-coil linear drive. The first example shows that each step of the mechanical transmission may be optimized separately, if an overall power efficiency and a mass are taken as the optimality criteria for the whole drive, provided the adequate coordination variables are adopted, and these are ratios of the gears. In the other example it is demonstrated that the whole problem may be divided into three sub-problems, accordingly to the computing environment: ordinary differential equations are applied to model a mechanical part, and partial differential equations are modelling an electromagnetic field and a voltage distribution, with the moving core. The transient position of the core is the coordination variable. Finally, methodological suggestions on the systematic way of decomposing a design problem into sub-problems are proposed.
