The role of different meteorological parameters controlling the incidences of some diseases on tomato, guava and fig grown at Pune and Padegaon in Maharashtra state were studied by graphical superimposition and correlation techniques. Peak infestation of rust on fig was observed in January at Padegaon whereas maximum infestation of fruit canker on guava and early blight on tomato were reported respectively from September to first week of October and September to November at Pune. Increase in maximum temperature was found to increase the infestation of both fruit canker and early blight. Decrease in afternoon relative humidity favoured the infestation of fruit canker and rust. Fall of minimum temperature and rise in bright hours of sunshine also aggravated the incidences of fruit canker and rust respectively.

This study aims to determine the effect of moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and social attitudes on employee’s performance at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja, both separately and together. This research is an ex-post facto research. The population in this study were all 77 employees of STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja who were directly used as research samples. The independent variable in this study are moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and social attitudes, while the dependent variable is employees’ performance. The instrument used was a moderate leadership questionnaire based on Tri Kaya Parisudha, social attitudes, and employees’ performance. The data analysis method usedwais multiple regression and partial correlation techniques. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha on employees’ performance, 2) there was a significant effect of social attitudes on employees’ performance, and 3) there was a significant effect of moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and social attitudes towards employees’ performance.

Counter Productive Work Behaviour (CWB) is vibrant phenomena existing in contemporary workplace setting which has to be encountered. This study explores the Psychological Capital (PC) interference towards controlling CWB. Study structure was based on quantitative and cross sectional research. Questionnaires were distributed amid 240 workers of SNGPL KPK, Pakistan. Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) besides regression plus correlation techniques was applied for data analysis. The outcomes of study explore that there occurs solid affirmative correlation amid PC interference in the direction of controlling CWB. The forthcoming research zone is also integrated in this study.

The smooth running of business in activities in the workplace occurs when there is a harmonious relationship between employers and workers based on working relationships in an industrial environment. Workers should feel well-being as part of the membership of a business enterprise. This study aims to determine the correlation between worker welfare and industrial relations. Observations were made in a company with a workforce of more than 1000 people in East Java Province. The number of samples taken was 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The collected data is then processed through the SPSS program with statistical correlation techniques. The results obtained are that there is a significant correlation of worker welfare and industrial relations. The form of correlation is positive or unidirectional and quite strong. The better and the welfare felt by the workers, the better and harmonious industrial relations will be created on both sides.

This study presents the performance of the auto-correlation methods for detecting weak signals, where the signal level is much less than the noise level. Double and triple auto-correlation techniques are used to improve the detection performance compared with the single autocorrelation. Simulation results obtained by MATLAB programs show that the multiple correlation techniques outperform the single correlation in terms of probability of detection and probability of false alarm versus signal to noise ratio SNR.

Spiritual and emotional intelligence is one of the most important components in tecacher’s performance. The teacher should be able to perform the planning of teaching and learning process, implementing teaching and learning process, evaluating learning process and implementing the accountable follow-up, therefore the teacher’s performance will be better. In implementing the performance, the teacher must have good spiritual and emotional intelligence. The aim of the study is to show the relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence and the teacher’s performance in all of SDIT metro city. The hypothesis proposed is; There is a positive and significant relationship between the Relationship of Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and the teacher’s performance either individually or collectively. This research is designed quantitatively with the research population are all teachers who are in SDIT of Metro city with total number is 93 teachers. The sampling ofthe study was done with the formula from isaac and michael, which the table with the level of error 10%. The instrument usedLikert scale model questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The first and second hypotheses were tested with partial correlation techniques, and the third used multiple correlation techniques. The results showed that (1) the achievement level of spiritual intelligence score of 76.31% from ideal maximum score and included enough categories.Spiritual intelligence contributes significantly to the teacher's performance of 17.70%.(2) The achievement level of Emotional Intelligence score of 79.97% of the ideal maximum score and including enough category. Emotional intelligence contributes significantly to teachers' performance of 14.40%.(3) Level of achievement of teacher performance score equal to 77,39% from ideal maximum score and included enough category. Spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence together contribute significantly to teacher performance by 39.50%. The study found that the two predictor variables studied individually and collectively contributed significantly to teacher performance. Therefore these two predictors need more attention to improve teacher performance. Thus, the performance of teachers will be better with the increase of spiritual and emotional intelligence.

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of MPI students to the academic services of FTK UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Research using quantitative approach method with non experiment type survey method. Variables used include independent variables, namely student satisfaction levels, and dependent variables that are academic services. Data is collected through observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study found the results of calculations with product moment correlation techniques obtained rhitung 0.673 greater when compared to apostates at a significant level of 5% = 0.138 and a significant level of 1% = 0.181. So the Zero Hypothesis is rejected, meaning there is student satisfaction with academic services. While the alternative hypothesis is accepted, there is no student satisfaction with the academic services of the faculty of tarbiyah and teaching.
