This article considers the deterministic optimal control problem of profit maximization for inventory replenished at a variable rate and depleted by demand which is assumed to vary with price and stock availability. Optimal policies for the inventor, product order rate and price are derived using the maximum principle. Bounds on the maximum price possible are also derived.

Abstract: Product analysis is the most important part for any working manufacturing. It provides the sales record of their currently manufactured product and also it helps to predict its performance in the future. For this analysis, a SARIMAX model has been used with Time series forecasting. This paper will explain the need of such model instead of using a simple regression model to predict the order demand. This study analyses and presents a forecasting model to predict an order demand for the Product over the time period. Demand in Product is a main component for planning all processes in supply chain, and therefore determining Product demand is a great interest for supply chain. Mean forecasting for product order demand was carried out using SARIMA model, by using the past data from the period of 2011 to 2017. The model with the least value of Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) was selected as the appropriate model for forecasting mean Error. Test for normality of residuals were performed to see the adequacy of the chosen model. SARIMA (1, 1, 1) (0, 1, 1) (12) was selected as the best model for mean product order demand forecast. The results obtained will prove that the model could be utilized to forecast the future demand in the Product manufacturing industry. These results will help the manufacturers for manufacturing reliable guidelines in making decisions. Keywords: ARIMA, AIC, S-ARIMA, Regression

The research problems faced are among others the cost of ordering goods which always changes every time there is an order. Poor product order data collection and less than optimal handling of product orders can harm the company. To solve the problem of controlling inventory management, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used, which is proven to be effective in overcoming these problems. Contribution is generated by building an inventory management information system so that the problems faced are not repeated. The purpose of this study is to make the cost of ordering goods more stable and more optimal in handling product orders.

Prima Lakto Sehat menjadi semakin efektif dan efisien Kata kunci: Model Waterfall, Sistem Informasi, Pemesanan, PHP, MySQL Abstract: The current development of information technology provides opportunities for every company to have business competitiveness, so that companies are required to have an information system capable of supporting management in increasing company productivity. Information system for ordering products and outlets currently running at PT. Prima Lakto Sehat still uses conventional business processes, where each new outlet registration must be done manually so that it requires a long process which results in data accumulation resulting in increased data recording errors and loss of outlet order transaction data by the shop that wants to join. Likewise with the product ordering process carried out by each outlet to the company, the process currently carried out does not use an integrated system so that every product order received by the company has not been recorded properly. Seeing these problems, the information system for ordering products and outlets using website services is a solution chosen by PT. Prima Lakto Sehat. In addition to the convenience in the product order transaction process by each outlet and the opening of new outlets, the information system built is expected to be able to help PT. Prima Lakto Sehat in managing both transaction data quickly and precisely, making it easier for company management to make decisions. This web-based product and outlet ordering information system was built with the Waterfall Model using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this ordering information system, it is hoped that one of the existing business processes at PT. Prima Lakto Sehat is becoming more effective and efficient. Data mining is the technique of extracting previously unknown information in a set of data in the database. Data mining has been applied in various fields which require extracting information. One of them in groupings of data. Grouping is used to divide a set of data into several sections that are useful to more easily identify a class of data. Distribution companies can use groupings of one to determine the intensity of the volume of goods ordered. The study analyzes the application of data mining algorithms k-meansclustering to elicit information from the data ordering goods contained in centerPT distribution. Indomarco Prismatama Medan branch. That is by using a number of items and the total amount of the quantity of each item ordered.

The diagnosis of product defects is an important task in manufacturing, and machine learning-based approaches have attracted interest from both the industry and academia. A high-quality dataset is necessary to develop a machine learning model, but the manufacturing industry faces several data-collection issues including partially shuffled data, which arises when a product ID is not perfectly inferred and yields an unstable machine learning model. This paper introduces latent variables to formulate a supervised learning model that addresses the problem of partially shuffled data. The experimental results show that our graphical model deals with the shuffling of product order and can detect a defective product far more effectively than a model that ignores shuffling.

This Final Project aims to calculate the cost of production by the cost of order method on the end table product order and carved table and compare the results of PT Lentera Abadi Surakarta with the results of the study. The data used are primary data and secondary data including data about production cost determination conducted by PT Lentera Abadi Surakarta, and also company overview. Data collection methods use in this Final Project is interview, observation and documentation. Based on calculations and analysis that have been done, there is a difference in cost of production of the company by the job order costing method on the order end table amounting to Rp 27.512 and carved table orders of Rp 85.988. This difference occurs because in calculating the cost of production the company incorporates marketing costs, administrative and general costs into the components of factory overhead costs and not include PBB cost.
