В статье представлен подход к разработке информационно-аналитической системы, помогающей исследователю решать вычислительно сложные задачи математической физики на суперкомпьютерах. Система автоматически строит схему решения задачи по спецификации пользователя, введенной им в режиме диалога. Схема включает наиболее подходящие математические модели для решения задачи, численные методы, алгоритмы и параллельные архитектуры, ссылки на доступные фрагменты параллельного кода, которые пользователь может использовать при разработке собственного кода. Построение схемы осуществляется на основе онтологии проблемной области «Решение вычислительно сложных задач математической физики», онтологии заданной предметной области и экспертных правил, построенных с использованием технологии Semantic Web. The paper presents an approach to the development of an information-analytical system that helps a researcher to solve compute-intensive problems of mathematical physics on supercomputers. The system automatically builds a scheme for solving the problem according to the user's specification entered by him in the dialogue mode. The scheme includes the most suitable mathematical models for solving the problem, numerical methods, algorithms and parallel architectures, links to available fragments of parallel code that the user can use when developing their own code. The construction of the scheme is carried out on the basis of the ontology of the problem area "Solving compute-intensive problems of mathematical physics", the ontology of a given subject area and expert rules built using the Semantic Web technology.

The purpose of this chapter is to develop an analytical system for forecasting prices of financial assets with the use of artificial neural networks technology. Proposed by the authors, the analytical system consists of several neural networks, each of which makes the forecast of financial assets prices. The system includes recurrence (with feedback) neural networks with sigmoidal activation formula. This allows the networks to “remember” a sequence of reactions to the same stimulus. The learning process of neural networks is performed using an algorithm of back propagation of error. The key parameters of forecast for this analytical system are the indicators presented by the terminal MetaTrader 4-broker Forex Club: Average Directional и Movement Index; Bollinger Bands; Envelopes; Ichimoku Kinko Hyo; Moving Average; Parabolic SAR; Standard Deviation; Average True Range; and others.

Given the widespread penetration of Internet technology in marketing practices, one of which is branding, accelerating the internetization of business processes due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the requirements of social distancing, continuous improvement and expansion of online branding tools, the task of defining and justifying of the role of branding informational component becomes actual. The proposed article is devoted to solving this issue on the example of cases of catering establishments. The application of a set of scientific methods, including review-analytical, system, case-method, induction method, and processing of publications in professional and specialised publications, media materials, social media content, made it possible to distinguish technological and content components in the information dimension of catering establishments’ branding. The content component includes: 1) development of the concept or “legend” of the brand – its positioning in a competitive environment, which determines the key messages aimed at ensuring brand recognition and identification; 2) visual and verbal expression of the agreed concept of the brand: – visual information – logo, room design, staff uniform, site design, representations in social networks; – verbal component – slogan, menu, style and content of messages. The technological component of the information dimension of branding includes those software and technology tools through which information is disseminated about the brand and communication with the customer environment: official websites of institutions, their representation in social networks, mobile applications, messengers, online advertising. It is proved that effective branding involves a harmonious combination of content and technological components. The emphasis on technology and failures in the content component create risks of reputational and financial losses of the enterprise.

Представлены результаты исследовательской работы по унификации форматов данных,которые требуются при реализации аналитической составляющей в структуре информационных систем, предназначенных для решения экспертно-прогностических задач в сфере связи и вещания. По результатам анализа существующих в отрасли основных автоматизированных систем, их функциональных возможностей обоснована необходимость введения в действующие и перспективные системы аналитической составляющей и унификации форматов данных как непременного условия их взаимодействия. Рассматривается набор унифицированных форматов данных, разработанный для перспективного макета аналитической системы развития связи и вещания. The results of research work on unifying the data formats that are required for the implementation of the analytical component in the structure of information systems intended for the solution of expert predictive problems in the sphere of communications and broadcasting are presented. Based on the results of the analysis of the main automated systems and their functional capabilities the necessity of introducing an analytical component into existing and future systems as well as unifying data formats as an indispensable condition for their interaction is substantiated. A set of unified data formats developed for a promising layout of an analytical system for the development of communications and broadcasting is considered.

Subject matter. Informatization of processes of counteraction to man-made emergencies. Goal. Improving the effectiveness of the process of information support for decision-making in overcoming the consequences of man-made emergencies, in terms of its intellectualization, by creating a concept of integration of various software tools within a single, homogeneous space of knowledge about strategic, tactical and operational actions in a wide range of accidents and disasters related to the operation of technical facilities. Tasks. Develop a formal statement of the problem of decision-making in an emergency situation and justify the methodology of its implementation based on the integration of knowledge tools with various analytical models that describe the processes of emergency. Consider the application of the proposed methodology on a scenario that reproduces the situation on the site after the leakage of a highly toxic substance. Methods. System analysis - in the development of a comprehensive process model for decision-making in an emergency; software engineering - when creating the architecture of an integrated intelligent decision support system in emergencies of man-made nature; physics of the processes of distribution of toxic chemicals in the atmosphere - in the development of a scenario of the situation at the site in an emergency situation at an industrial site. Results. The concept of creating an integrated intelligent decision support system for overcoming the consequences of man-made emergencies, in particular, the formal formulation of a typical problem of decision-making in emergencies is described, as well as the basic principles of its solution, and the formulation of the problem of modeling management processes associated with man-made emergencies is developed. Conclusions. The concept of creating an integrated information-analytical system to support decision-making in man-made emergencies is presented. Within the framework of this concept, formal models of decision-making in man-made emergencies and an approach to the integration of diverse software within a single, homogeneous knowledge space on comprehensive measures to overcome the consequences of emergencies related to accidents and disasters at technical facilities infrastructure. The scenario example of the organization of intellectual support of decisions at release into the atmosphere of a toxic chemical is considered.

The authors used the proposed method of mathematical and statistical processing of laboratory data (indicators of electrolyte metabolism and osteomarkers) of archived data of 82 patients with various bone diseases aged 9.90 ± 0.55 years compared the structural changes in the panel of ratios of individual electrolytes and the influence of individual indicators on them in personalized data, on the basis of which a conclusion was made about a single mechanism of coinciding influences in the exchange of bone tissue. At the same time, it was found that the complex of associated links detected by the vitamin influence on the panel of electrolyte ratios may differ signifcantly in some cases from each other. These differences consisted in highly pronounced differences in the activity of vitamin D in relation to various components of osteosynthesis and osteolysis, which are described in the modern literature. On this basis, the authors conclude that the used method (analytical system) allows to identify the functional connections of the dynamics of the indicator of vitamin D in individual cases with the dynamics of other indicators of bone, which signifcantly expands the informativeness of the results of laboratory examination of the patient in determining the leading systems the implementation of functional activity of the vitamin. The presented results justify the possibility of creating and describing different images of vitamin D-related changes in the plasma electrolyte composition, followed by their use in the identifcation of certain disorders of calcium metabolism and/or evaluating the effectiveness of the therapy used in each individual case.
