The subject of media and digital education in the family and school has become a necessity in the new technological environment, where it has become an important requirement for social upbringing as a process of giving individuals the values, beliefs, norms and social norms that enable them to reconcile and facilitate them in dealing with the problems of their society in the future in a positive way. Among the most prominent problems facing social development now are the problems of the unconscious interaction of children and adolescents with the media, which are exposed to all the content that is destructive to values and morals and that is threatening to public belief and morality. In addition to the lack of opportunities for interaction and communication within the family, children and students today are communicating more with technology than with their families, families and teachers, so that the impact of technology on them is greater than social influences, as a generation that has developed in a rapidly accelerating world. The purpose of this intervention is to provide the right skills to these generations through their education, media and digital education, which will enable them to deal properly with these means, to make good use of them, to avoid their risks, to avoid their implicit messages that rob privacy and generate various forms of violence, crime, and to destroy values and morals. The role of the family and the school is integrated in this field.

Abstract The aim of this study was to determine the trend of consanguineous marriage among the Arab population in Israel. Socio-demographic data for the Arab population were extracted from national health surveys conducted in Israel in 2007 and 2017. The prevalence of consanguineous marriage among the Arab population in Israel increased significantly from 36.3% to 41.6% in the decade from 2007 to 2017. First-cousin and closer marriages constituted about 50% of total consanguineous marriages in the two periods surveyed. Consanguinity was found to be significantly related to religion and place of residence. Thus, the prevalence of consanguineous marriage remains high among the Arab population in Israel, similar to other Arab societies. These findings affect the health of future generations and impose a challenge for health care professionals.

The prevalence of customary law within Arab societies, and in particular in the area of water sharing and the organization of agro-pastoral lands has created a kind of conflict between customary legality and the positive law of the modern state, this the latter having become incapable of establishing its laws on the rural areas in which the tribes settle, and which have codified standards and have become familiar with modern laws enacted by the state. In order to preserve the social and economic balance in the Arab countries, the authorities in power were forced to promulgate laws and decrees in accordance with the customs and traditions of their peoples, in particular those related to agro-pastoral activity. Therefore, it can be said that the aim of the modern state is to place custom in a legal form respected by social groups.

People in society and the establishment of a parliamentary system. New movements are also mainly social and cultural in nature and emerged with the aim of reviving identity, deepening and developing political participation in Islamic and Arab societies. Some affiliated Arab regimes, such as the government of Al-Saud and the military regime of al-Sisi in Egypt, consider democracy to be a great and serious threat to the survival of their regime. Findings show that political culture, diplomatic support and guarantees, economic aid and foreign intervention are important obstacles to political development in the Arab world, and Arab regimes deliberately and sometimes inadvertently engineer polarization methods in society to prevent this. By the way, their authoritarian methods seem to be the last obstacle to the total collapse of their countries. Such conditions are certainly crucial to the survival of the Arab world governments and the Arab coup military regimes in the Middle East and North Africa. The method used in this research is qualitative (descriptive-analytical) and the method of collecting information is the use of library resources.

One of the functions of Al-Shanasheel was to cool the air, but they could not compete with the Evaporative coolers, As Al-Shanasheel were a sign of luxury and wealth in Arab societies and were only built in homes of wealthy families, they are more expensive than the evaporative coolers, depending on the level of the decoration and the sculpting used to create them aesthetically, where People replaced them with evaporative coolers for their low cost, and higher cooling efficiency. One of the reasons for the disappearance of Al-Shanasheel is the absence of the functional need for them, in exchange for the high cost of construction. The diminished role of Al-Shanasheel in the contemporary urban scene, although they are one of the most famous elements of the traditional architecture in Iraq in particular and their disappearance as architectural elements of the traditional urban scene, because of its inefficiency in air cooling. The reason for the failure of the environmental efficiency of Al-Shanasheel is because there are no attempts to raise their environmental efficiency and replace them with electrical evaporative coolers. That is the research problem. So the research aimed to revive Al-Shanasheel as environmental and aesthetic elements in the urban scene by creating "The Electric Shanshool" to revive them in the urban scene. The research assumed the possibility of raising the efficiency of Al-Shanasheel in cooling the air by developing the way they work, by exploiting contemporary technologies and thus the possibility of returning them to the urban scene as dual-function elements (aesthetically and environmentally). The research has made it possible to revitalize the environmental function of Al-Shanasheel, by presenting an innovative model of electric Shanshool that cools the air of the room with the same efficiency of evaporative air cooler, while preserving the beauty of Al-Shanshool as an aesthetic and heritage element in the facades of the traditional urban sc

The concept of marriage guardians in Islamic Law Compilation still seems biased and patriarchal, because women do not have the right to marry themselves or others. Articles on guardian of marriage are still less responsive to women's interests. A gender imbalance regarding the concept of marriage guardians is further strengthened by the provisions of marriage guardians in the Islamic Law Compilation which are strictly aimed at men. This research used literature review method based on the Compilation of Islamic Law and gender theory. This study found that, the information about guardian of marriage which is a man’s right from the father's line is actually in line with the pagan Arab culture, including the contribution of Quraish hegemony in interpreting religious propositions. In this regard, Arab societies like Quraish had great respect for a person based on their lineage, so that everyone who was respected would wholeheartedly keep their honor. The lineage in Arabic culture is in the hands of the male lineage, and women are entered into second-class citizens in front of them.

Transgender persons are found in almost every society; these people were present in Medina state and had been found in Arab cities and societies even before Islam. In Arab societies, they were treated as slaves, and it was their only status at that time in those societies. Comparative research has been done in this article on how different societies, civilizations and cultures of the world consider transgender persons as the curse of God. During the period of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), Transgender was given the title “Guardians of Harem”, and they used to guard the harems (the place where women and children reside) of the Muslim elites. These persons enjoy the rights of male or female and are bound to obey the directions and commands, which are for a male Muslim and female Muslim. This is a medical disability, just like any other disability and nothing else. In many other societies, civilizations and religions of the world, transgender persons have been deprived of their true status and have been humiliated.
