AbstractPopulation genetic diversity contributes to the protection and utilization of germplasm resources, especially via genetic breeding. In the present study, start codon targeted polymorphism (SCoT) molecular markers were used to study the genetic diversity of 278 individuals from 10 Prunus sibirica L. populations in Inner Mongolia. A total of 289 polymorphic bands were amplified with 23 SCoT primers, showing a polymorphism percentage of 98.87% and an average of 12.6 polymorphic bands per primer. The SCoT21, SCoT32, and SCoT53 primers amplified up to 17 bands, and the polymorphism percentage was 100%. The minimum number of bands amplified by SCoT25 was 9, and the polymorphism percentage was 90%. Therefore, SCoT molecular markers were shown to be highly polymorphic and suitable for genetic diversity studies of P. sibirica in Inner Mongolia. The analysis of molecular variance showed that 39% of the observed genetic differentiation occurred among populations and 61% occurred within populations, indicating that the genetic differentiation within populations was greater than that among populations. The results of the unweighted pair-group method with an arithmetic cluster analysis, principal coordinate analysis and STRUCTURE analysis were basically the same and divided the 278 individuals from the 10 populations into 2 groups. The results indicated that the efficient SCoT molecular marker-based genetic diversity analysis of P. sibirica in Inner Mongolia can provide a reference for P. sibirica variety breeding and resource development.

The aim of the paper is to briefly present the development of Czech mining law, its basic sources and related literature. The author of the article recalls the common roots of Czech and Polish mining law, which date back to the Middle Ages and are currently defined by EU law.Therefore, he mentions the relevant EU legal acts. The article examines the reasons for which the Czech Republic has the mining regulations adopted in 1988: the Mining Protection and Utilization Act (Mining Act) of April 19, 1988 (adopted by the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic) and two acts of on April 21, 1988, on mining, explosives and the state mining administration, and on geological works (both laws were adopted by the Czech National Council).

As a precious and rare genetic resource, ancient Platycladus orientalis L. (Cupressaceae) has important scientific, cultural and historical value. The ancient temples and royal cemeteries in the middle reaches of the Yellow River contain the most concentrated and abundant distributions of ancient P. orientalis. Due to unfavorable conditions, the genetic resources of ancient trees are facing great threats and challenges; thus, it is urgent to strengthen the evaluation of the genetic resources of ancient P. orientalis. In this study, we used nine polymorphic nuclear simple sequence repeats (nSSRs) to evaluate the genetic resources of 221 individuals in 19 ancient P. orientalis populations in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. These selected polymorphic nSSR loci can be used reliably and rapidly in P. orientalis genetic studies. Our study showed that the 19 ancient P. orientalis populations have high genetic diversity (mean H = 0.562, He = 0.377). High historical gene flow (mean Nm = 1.179) and high genetic differentiation (mean Fst = 0.184) were observed in the ancient P. orientalis population. The analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) showed that higher genetic variation existed within populations (93%) rather than among populations (7%). The genetic structures showed that the 19 populations were divided into two groups. The Mantel test and neighbor-joining (NJ) tree analysis showed no geographical distribution characteristics among populations, which may indicate a history of transplanting by ancient humans. Our research provides a theoretical basis for the protection and utilization of ancient P. orientalis germplasm resources and exploration of the historical origin and genetic relationships among the populations of P. orientalis on a large scale in the future.

China has a large number of sports intangible cultural heritage tourism resources. Especially in the Yellow River Basin, as the accumulation of history and the crystallization of human civilization, sports intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for maintaining cultural diversity. This paper studies the integration development and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage and cultural tourism in the Yellow River Basin Based on GIS. In order to enrich the protection and inheritance path of sports intangible cultural heritage, and reveal its spatial distribution and causes, this paper uses GIS spatial analysis method to analyze "points" (excellent tourist cities, 5A scenic spots), "lines" (national trunk lines, railways), "points" and "lines". The results show that: the Yellow River Basin is a natural and cultural tourism destination, ethnic cultural experience and religious and historical holy land, which has strong attraction for tourists. Therefore, making full use of the rapid development of tourism in these areas, scientific protection and utilization of high-level sports intangible cultural heritage resources can promote the sustainable development of sports heritage and sports tourism in the Yellow River Basin.

Abstract Background China is the birthplace of the deer family and the country with the most abundant deer resources. However, at present, China’s deer industry faces the problem that pure sika deer and hybrid deer cannot be easily distinguished. Therefore, the development of a SNP identification chip is urgently required. Results In this study, 250 sika deer, 206 red deer, 23 first-generation hybrid deer (F1), 20 s-generation hybrid deer (F2), and 20 third-generation hybrid deer (F3) were resequenced. Using the chromosome-level sika deer genome as the reference sequence, mutation detection was performed on all individuals, and a total of 130,306,923 SNP loci were generated. After quality control filtering was performed, the remaining 31,140,900 loci were confirmed. From molecular-level and morphological analyses, the sika deer reference population and the red deer reference population were established. The Fst values of all SNPs in the two reference populations were calculated. According to customized algorithms and strict screening principles, 1000 red deer-specific SNP sites were finally selected for chip design, and 63 hybrid individuals were determined to contain red deer-specific SNP loci. The results showed that the gene content of red deer gradually decreased in subsequent hybrid generations, and this decrease roughly conformed to the law of statistical genetics. Reaction probes were designed according to the screening sites. All candidate sites met the requirements of the Illumina chip scoring system. The average score was 0.99, and the MAF was in the range of 0.3277 to 0.3621. Furthermore, 266 deer (125 sika deer, 39 red deer, 56 F1, 29 F2,17 F3) were randomly selected for 1 K SNP chip verification. The results showed that among the 1000 SNP sites, 995 probes were synthesized, 4 of which could not be typed, while 973 loci were polymorphic. PCA, random forest and ADMIXTURE results showed that the 1 K sika deer SNP chip was able to clearly distinguish sika deer, red deer, and hybrid deer and that this 1 K SNP chip technology may provide technical support for the protection and utilization of pure sika deer species resources. Conclusion We successfully developed a low-density identification chip that can quickly and accurately distinguish sika deer from their hybrid offspring, thereby providing technical support for the protection and utilization of pure sika deer germplasm resources.

Illegal fishing cases often occur in waters at the edge of Indonesia. This article is focused on examining and analyzing the synergy between the authorized institutions in the process of monitoring and handling illegal fishing cases that occur in the waters of Aceh province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design. The four authorized institutions coordinate the performance of each other to help each other's role to reduce illegal fishing violations in Aceh Province. LANAL Sabang helped mobilize forces to carry out law enforcement at sea from the threat of violations as well as to safeguard marine resources. PSDKP Lampulo is the foundation for supervising marine and fishery resources in Aceh Province. Panglima Laot has more authority in regulating laot customary law and fishing communities in general. DKP Aceh is the axis of the service and movement for the protection and utilization of marine resources in Aceh Province.

Decorative openwork windows (DO-Ws) in Suzhou traditional private gardens play a vital role in Chinese traditional garden art. Due to the delicate and elegant patterns, as well as their rich cultural meaning, DO-Ws have quite high protection and utilization value. In this study, we firstly visited 15 extant traditional gardens in Suzhou and took almost 3000 photos to establish the DO-W datasets. Then, we present an effective visual recognition method named CSV-Net to classify different DO-Ws’ patterns in Suzhou traditional gardens. On the basis of the backbone module of the cross stage partial network optimized with the Soft-VLAD architecture, the proposed CSV-Net achieves a preferable representation ability for distinguishing different DO-Ws in practical scenes. The comparative experimental results show that the CSV-Net model achieves a good balance between its performance, robustness and complexity for identifying DO-Ws, also having further potential for sustainable application in traditional gardens. Moreover, the Canglang Pavilion and the Humble Administrator’s Garden were selected as the cases to analyze the relation between identifying DO-W types and their locations in intelligent approaches, which further reveals the design rules of the sustainable culture contained in Chinese traditional gardens. This work ultimately promotes the sustainable application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of garden design and inheritance of the garden art.
