Abstract This paper analyses a number of constructions with a reflexive marker on the verb and a dative argument, using the framework of Construction Grammar. In these constructions the predication is ascribed in various modes to the experiencer argument. We focus on these constructions in the South Slavic languages in which they have a wide distribution, Macedonian, Bulgarian and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian (BCS). The following basic types are identified: Emotional processes and states, Accidental, Perception/Cognition and Stative Reflexive-Dative Construction (SRDC). The specific clusters of features in each one are due to the inheritance properties from a reflexive construction, indicating a valence reduction, in combination with the features of affectedness and lack of control, characteristic of a dative argument. This results in varied but multiply linked patterns that create a complex network of constructions. The study aims at defining the relations between these constructions and in particular at determining the place of SRDC in this network.

Abstract: The aim of this research and development was to examine the validity and practicality of problem based learning biology modules for High School students at Tulungagung. Based on the results of research on heterosis F1 soybean characterization resulting from crossing argomulyo varieties and CpMMV resistant lines. The learning module development model used is the ADDIE by Welty. The module feasibility assessment is assessed by namely practitioners, material experts and teaching materials experts, who are competent in their fields. Practical test through testing a small group of students using the questionnaire given. Overall, the results of module validation developed by material expert validators, module experts, and field practitioners in accordance with the aspects assessed and practicality tests obtain a good percentage, so that it can be concluded that the development of PBL-based modules on inheritance properties is stated very practical.

Abstract We define a dagger algebra as a bornological algebra over a discrete valuation ring with three properties that are typical of Monsky–Washnitzer algebras, namely, completeness, bornological torsion-freeness and a certain spectral radius condition. We study inheritance properties of the three properties that define a dagger algebra. We describe dagger completions of bornological algebras in general and compute some non-commutative examples.

The missing person issue has recently become the issue of the world, especially after the Malaysian Airlines MH370 tragedy a few years ago. In Islam, the missing person is known as ‘Al-Mafqud’. One of the largest issue is how the management of missing person’s properties which can also affect country and their heirs. Management of missing person’s properties is different as compared to management of inheritance properties. Uncertain status of person’s life or death creates the conflict and their property needs to be frozen due to law constraints either in Malaysia civil or syariah law. This phenomenon raises many issues and problems that become increasingly critical and extremely difficult to resolve. Besides, if the muslim’s properties do not develop, it can cause detrimental effect to the muslim community. In Islam, the wastage of wealth resource is highly discouraged because it will cause significant impact to the Muslims. Moreover, if the property is used wisely, it will give a positive impact to the society, economy and education. On that matter, in 1982 National Fatwa Committee has already given the decree that the government has the right to acquire or use any form of property that is not used for public interest. But until now, no effective measures have been taken by the government to ensure that these issues can be dealt with properly. Hence, this research addresses the management of missing person’s properties in the Maqasid Syariah dimensions.
